深挖高职院校公选课“生活中的化学”的育人元素,精心设计教学内容,运用课堂主题辩论、趣味生活实验的设计与展示、探秘生活中的化学等理论知识传授与课内外实践相结合的教学方式,实现全过程育人,充分展现了公选课在立德树人方面的价值。     

Ratiometric Detection of microRNA Using Hybridization Chain Reaction and Fluorogenic Silver Nanoclusters

miRNA (miR)-155 is a potential biomarker for breast cancers. We aimed at developing a nanosensor for miR-155 detection by integrating hybridization chain reaction (HCR) and silver nanoclusters (AgNCs). HCR serves as an enzyme-free and isothermal amplification method, whereas AgNCs provide a built-in fluorogenic detection probe that could simplify the downstream analysis. The two components were integrated by adding a nucleation sequence of AgNCs to the hairpin of HCR. The working principle was based on the influence of microenvironment towards the hosted AgNCs, whereby unfolding of hairpin upon HCR has manipulated the distance between the hosted AgNCs and cytosine-rich toehold region of hairpin. As such, the dominant emission of AgNCs changed from red to yellow in the absence and presence of miR-155, enabling a ratiometric measurement of miR with high sensitivity. The limit of detection (LOD) of our HCR-AgNCs nanosensor is 1.13 fM in buffered solution. We have also tested the assay in diluted serum samples, with comparable LOD of 1.58 fM obtained. This shows the great promise of our HCR-AgNCs nanosensor for clinical application.     

A paper-based resonance energy transfer nucleic acid hybridization assay using upconversion nanoparticles as donors and quantum dots as acceptors

Monodisperse aqueous upconverting nanoparticles (UCNPs) were covalently immobilized on aldehyde modified cellulose paper via reduction amination to develop a luminescence resonance energy transfer (LRET)-based nucleic acid hybridization assay. This first account of covalent immobilization of UCNPs on paper for a bioassay reports an optically responsive method that is sensitive, reproducible and robust. The immobilized UCNPs were decorated with oligonucleotide probes to capture HPRT1 housekeeping gene fragments, which in turn brought reporter conjugated quantum dots (QDs) in close proximity to the UCNPs for LRET. This sandwich assay could detect unlabeled oligonucleotide target, and had a limit of detection of 13 fmol and a dynamic range spanning nearly 3 orders of magnitude. The use of QDs, which are excellent LRET acceptors, demonstrated improved sensitivity, limit of detection, dynamic range and selectivity compared to similar assays that have used molecular fluorophores as acceptors. The selectivity of the assay was attributed to the decoration of the QDs with polyethylene glycol to eliminate non-specific adsorption. The kinetics of hybridization were determined to be diffusion limited and full signal development occurred within 3 min.     

Cosmic dust and our origins

The small solid particles in the space between the stars provide the surfaces for the production of many simple and complex molecules. Processes involving the effects of ultraviolet irradiation of the thin (hundredth micron) mantles are shown to produce a wide range of molecules and ions also seen in comets. Some of the more complex ones inferred from laboratory experiments are expected to play an important role in the origin of life. An outline of the chemical evolution of interstellar dust as observed and as studied in the laboratory is presented. Observations of comets are shown to provide substantial evidence for their being fluffy aggregates of interstellar dust as it was in the protosolar nebula, i.e. the interstellar cloud which collapsed to form the solar system. The theory that comets may have brought the progenitors of life to the earth is summarized.     

连续激光诱导Zn/InP掺杂过程中温度分布的解析计算

在实验的基础上，分析表面蒸发Zn的InP样品在连续激光诱导下掺杂Zn过程.在一维热传导问题的第三类边界条件下，给出激光辐照有限厚双层材料Zn/InP温度分布的一种直观简洁的解析形式. 关键词： 激光诱导掺杂 Zn/InP 温度分布     

基因组重排问题的一个近似算法

分子生物学中基因无方向的反向基因组重排问题在数学上已被证明是一个NP困难问题．基于断点图的概念，给出一个时间复杂性为O(max{b^(π)，nb(π)})，空间复杂性为0(n)的求其近似最优解的算法．其中n为基因组中基因个数，π=(π1,π2，…，πn)表示n个基因的一种排列，b(π)表示排列π中的断点数．数据实验的结果表明，该近似算法可以求得较好的结果．     

A simplified green chemistry approach to the Biginelli reaction using ‘Grindstone Chemistry’

Grindstone Chemistry--a greatly evolved version of Toda’s method of grinding solids together for solvent-free chemical reactions--has been described and its usefulness illustrated by the successful application of this technique to a simplified process for conducting the multi-component Biginelli reaction for the synthesis of physiologically active tetrahydropyrimidinones.     

辐射加热金X光再发射时间测量

利用星光Ⅱ三倍频激光打双盘靶，研究了辐射加热材料的Ｘ光发射时间。激光脉冲能量４０～６０Ｊ、脉冲宽度６００～７００ｐｓ。通过两台时间关联的亚千Ｘ光能谱仪分别监测双盘靶初、次级发射Ｘ光谱，给出了辐射加热次级Ｘ光再发射时间。     

自相似结构壳模型

为了扩展以简谐振子为基矢的常规壳模型（ＳＭ）计算到晕核，提出了自相似结构壳模型（ＳＳＭ）．通过对简谐振子动能项和势能项的重度规以及单粒子平均场模拟，可以得到ＳＳＭ中的单粒子轨道有态相关的圆频率，在ＳＳＭ中，晕核大的均方根半径、厚的中子皮以及Ｂｏｒｒｏｍｅａｎ晕核和的束缚态性质能够再现出来。
