We establish analogs of the Hausdorff–Young and Riesz–Kolmogorov inequalities and the norm estimates for the Kontorovich–Lebedev transformation and the corresponding convolution. These classical inequalities are related to the norms of the Fourier convolution and the Hilbert transform in Lp spaces, 1p∞. Boundedness properties of the Kontorovich–Lebedev transform and its convolution operator are investigated. In certain cases the least values of the norm constants are evaluated. Finally, it is conjectured that the norm of the Kontorovich–Lebedev operator is equal to . It confirms, for instance, by the known Plancherel-type theorem for this transform when p=2. 相似文献

This paper is concerned with representations of split orthogonal and quasi-split unitary groups over a nonarchimedean local field which are not generic, but which support a unique model of a different kind, the generalized Bessel model. The properties of the Bessel models under induction are studied, and an analogue of Rodier's theorem concerning the induction of Whittaker models is proved for Bessel models which are minimal in a suitable sense. The holomorphicity in the induction parameter of the Bessel functional is established. Local coefficients are defined for each irreducible supercuspidal representation which carries a Bessel functional and also for a certain component of each representation parabolically induced from such a supercuspidal. The local coefficients are related to the Plancherel measures, and their zeroes are shown to be among the poles of the standard intertwining operators. 相似文献

Kerov[16,17] proved that Wigner's semi-circular law in Gauss[an unitary ensembles is the transition distribution of the omega curve discovered by Vershik and Kerov[34] for the limit shape of random partitions under the Plancherel measure. This establishes a close link between random Plancherel partitions and Gauss[an unitary ensembles, In this paper we aim to consider a general problem, namely, to characterize the transition distribution of the limit shape of random Young diagrams under Poissonized Plancherel measures in a periodic potential, which naturally arises in Nekrasov's partition functions and is further studied by Nekrasov and Okounkov[25] and Okounkov[28,29]. We also find an associated matrix mode[ for this transition distribution. Our argument is based on a purely geometric analysis on the relation between matrix models and SeibergWitten differentials. 相似文献

In this paper, we define a horospherical transform for a semisimple symmetric space Y. A natural double fibration is used to assign a more geometrical space Ξ of horospheres to Y. The horospherical transform relates certain integrable analytic functions on Y to analytic functions on Ξ by fiber integration. We determine the kernel of the horospherical transform and establish that the transform is injective on functions belonging to the most continuous spectrum of Y. 相似文献
