A differential pulse polarographic method for the determination of nitrate ion has been developed. With 0.5 M CaCl2 as supporting electrolyte, NO?3 is reduced to give a peak with E1/2=–1.836 Volt vs. the Ag/AgCl electrode. The differential pulse polarographic peak height is proportional to the nitrate concentration from 20 to 60 ppm. The detection limit for nitrate is 2 ppm in pure aqueous solution. In the determination of 40 ppm nitrate a relative precision (relative standard deviation) of less than 2% was achieved. Nitrite interferes seriously and should be absent if accurate results are required. The method has been applied to the determination of nitrate in Ammonium Uranyl Tricarbonate (AUT) Solution, results obtained by this method are compared to those obtained by ion chromatography. The agreement between the two sets of results suggests that the DPP method can be used with a fair degree of confidence.  相似文献

The nano-ZnFe2O4/TiO2 films possess the functions of desulfurization and degradation for organic pollutants. The sols of ZnFe2O4/TiO2 were prepared by sol-gel method and coated on glass and porous ceramic by vertical coating and dipping-lift processes, respectively, and the samples were obtained after drying and sintering. The composition, appearance, absorption spectrum of the films, and the influence of the film on porous ceramic performances were analyzed using SEM, AFM, UV-Vis spectrometer, and mercury porosimeter, respectively, to determine the operation parameters of the multifunction porous ceramic elements for gas-purification.  相似文献

Abstract

Modifications induced by the combined application of pressure (up to 800 MPa) and temperature (up to 80° C) were studied on wet and dry semolina, and on fresh pasta as such and after cooking. Rheological and immunochemical properties of the treated products were investigated, along with parameters indicating the extent of protein denaturation. No modification occurs in semolina treated at less than 45% water, below 60°C/800MPa for 10min. Egg noodles prepared from pressure/heat treated semolina had increased protein digestibility and low recognition by anti-gliadin antibodies either before or after cooking. The same effects were observed in heat/pressure treated pasta, but were lost upon subsequent cooking, although we found decreased immunochemical reactivity after heat/pressure treatment of cooked pasta. No sensory difference was found between cooked and pressure-treated semolina products.  相似文献

The Extended Euclidean algorithm provides a fast solution to the problem of finding the greatest common divisor of two numbers. In this paper, we present three applications of the algorithm to the security and privacy field. The first one allows one to privately distribute a secret to a set of recipients with only one multicast communication. It can be used for rekeying purposes in a Secure Multicast scenario. The second one is an authentication mechanism to be used in environments in which a public-key infrastructure is not available. Finally, the third application of the Extended Euclidean algorithm is a zero-knowledge proof that reduces the number of messages between the two parts involved, with the aid of a central server.  相似文献

Abstract

Two imino(bismethylene)phosphat-ions can be synthesized via reaction of phenylamino- and α-naphthylaminobismethylenephosphorane with n-butyllithium in tetrahydrofuran. Anions containing [sgrave]3λ6-bounded phosphorus are stabilized in the crystal with THF-solvated lithium-kations.

Zwei Imino(bismethylen)phosphat-ionen werden durch Umsetzung des Phenylamino- und des α-Naphthylaminobismethylenphosphorans mit n-Butyllithium in Tetrahydrofuran erhalten. The structure and the dynamics of D-erythrostearoyl sphingomyelin has been studied by the variable temperature wide-line 31P and high-resolution 1C CP MAS NMR apectroscopy. The results indicate the formation of the highly ordered, relaxed gelphase, and are interpreted based on the conformation of D-erytgrosphingomylin in the unaggregated state.  相似文献

Abstract

The treatment of 2-acetylthiophene with phosphorus pentachloride led, besides other products reported in previous studies, to 2-(2-thienyl)-2-chloroethenephosphonic acid in 16% yield. This compound was transformed, in the course of purification attempts, into 2-(2-thienyl)-2-oxoethanephosphonic acid. Full spectroscopic data for both compounds are provided.  相似文献
