拖曳式线列阵声纳的拖船噪声具有多途角扩展等特点,并且是一个非平稳过程,使得对该噪声的消除或抑制是一大难点。经验模式分解是一种用于分析非线性非平稳信号的新方法,该方法自适应地将嵌于数据内部的多个固有模式函数逐一分解开来。本文尝试利用经验模式分解方法分离出水听器接收信号中的拖船干扰噪声,从而达到消除干扰的目的。海上试验数据的处理结果充分验证了这种方法的可行性。  相似文献

This paper provides “ready-to-apply” procedures, based on generating functions, which allow to compute power indices in weighted majority games restricted by an a priori system of unions. We illustrate these methods by an application to the International Monetary Fund. We compare the empirical properties of the coalitional and traditional power indices keeping the game fixed or allowing for variations in its set of parameters.  相似文献

利用1990年6月至1993年10月间采集的数据,西藏空气簇射阵列(海拔高度4300m)以5.7σ、7.1σ的显著性观测到了10TeV宇宙线的太阳阴影和月亮阴影;研究发现,行星际磁场效应使太阳阴影偏向西0.62°,南0.22°:仔细研究了太阳阴影与太阳活动及其不对称性的关联,对太阳阴影位置的偏转发其变化行为给出了新的定性解释.  相似文献

针对风荷载、地震荷载等存在但难以精确量测的问题,提出一种无需量测外荷载的新的损伤识别方法。将经验模态分解(Empirical Mode Decomposition,EMD)应用于结构损伤识别,通过求振动响应信号固有模态函数(Intrinsic Mode Function,IMF)的振动传递率,构建了一种新的结构损伤识别参数。对预置不同程度开胶损伤的玻璃幕墙试件进行动态测试,得到不同损伤程度下玻璃幕墙的固有模态函数振动传递率,与无损伤条件下的固有模态函数振动传递率进行比较来识别和评估玻璃幕墙开胶损伤程度。研究表明:此方法无需量测外荷载也能识别结构损伤,损伤参数值能反映损伤大小。  相似文献

Voting Power in the Governance of the International Monetary Fund   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
In general in an organisation whose system of governance involves weighted voting, a member's weight in terms of the number of votes and the formal power it represents differ. Power indices provide a means of analysing this difference. The paper uses new algorithms for computing power indices for large games. Three analyses are carried out: (1) the distribution of Banzhaf voting power among members in 1999; the results show that the United States has considerably more power over ordinary decisions than its weight of 17% but that the use of special supermajorities limits its power; (2) the effect of varying the majority requirement on the power of the IMF to act and the powers of members to prevent and initiate action (Coleman indices); the results show the effect of supermajorities severely limits the power to act and therefore renders the voting system ineffective in democratic terms, also the sovereignty of the United States within the IMF is effectively limited to just the power of veto; (3) the paper proposes the determination of the weights instrumentally by means of an iterative algorithm to give the required power distribution; this would be a useful procedure for determining appropriate changes in weights consequent on changes to individual countries' quotas; this is applied to the 1999 data. Policy recommendations are, first, that the IMF use only simple majority voting, and discontinue using special supermajorities, and, second, allocate voting weight instrumentally using power indices.  相似文献

It has been exactly 100 years since Hess’s historical discovery: an extraterrestrial origin of cosmic rays [1]. Galactic cosmic rays (GCR) being charged particles, penetrate the heliosphere and are modulated by the solar magnetic field. The propagation of cosmic rays is described by Parker’s transport equation [2], which is a second order parabolic type partial differential equation. It is time dependent 4-variables (with r, θ, φ, R, meaning: distance from the Sun, heliolatitudes, heliolongitudes and particles’ rigidity, respectively) equation which is a well known tool for studying problems connected with solar modulation of cosmic rays. Transport equation contains all fundamental processes taking place in the heliosphere: convection, diffusion, energy changes of the GCR particles owing to the interaction with solar wind’s inhomogeneities, drift due to the gradient and curvature of the regular interplanetary magnetic field and on the heliospheric current sheet.  相似文献

The data on the measurements of the intensities of galactic cosmic rays with proton energies greater than 30 MeV are compared with the data on the solar wind and interplanetary magnetic field measured on board the Vega-1 and Vega-2 automated interplanetary stations. Modulation structures with characteristic shapes and durations, namely quasi-symmetric (“bays”) short-term Forbush decreases of intensity, are revealed. By means of ‘deep integration’ observations of a videomagnetograph the vector magnetic field was first systematically measured near the solar south polar region on April 12, 1997 when the Sun was in the minimal phase between the 22nd and 23rd solar cycle. It was found that the polar magnetic field deviated from the normal of solar surface by about 42.2° ± 3.2°, a stronger magnetic element may have smaller inclination, and that within the polar cap above heliolatitude of 50°, the unsigned and net flux densities were 7.8 × 10−4) T and −3.4×10−4T, respectively, and consequently, the unsigned and net fluxes were about 5.5 × 1022 and − 2.5 × 1022 Mx. The net magnetic flux, which belongs to the large-scale global magnetic field of the Sun, roughly appmaches the order of the interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) measured at distance of 1 AU. In this work, a novel method for detecting low intensity fast moving objects with low cost Medium Wavelength Infrared (MWIR) cameras is proposed. The method is based on background subtraction in a video sequence obtained with a low density Focal Plane Array (FPA) of the newly available uncooled lead selenide (PbSe) detectors. Thermal instability along with the lack of specific electronics and mechanical devices for canceling the effect of distortion make background image identification very difficult. As a result, the identification of targets is performed in low signal to noise ratio (SNR) conditions, which may considerably restrict the sensitivity of the detection algorithm. These problems are addressed in this work by means of a new technique based on the empirical mode decomposition, which accomplishes drift estimation and target detection. Given that background estimation is the most important stage for detecting, a previous denoising step enabling a better drift estimation is designed. Comparisons are conducted against a denoising technique based on the wavelet transform and also with traditional drift estimation methods such as Kalman filtering and running average. The results reported by the simulations show that the proposed scheme has superior performance.  相似文献
