社会经济管理系统和谐性模型的构建与分析

本文从非线性自然观的视野。引用与分析了社会经济系统功能模型与效应模型。构建了系统和谐状态模型与和谐状态可信度模型，形象地说明了企业系统的和谐既是一个随机不确定状态。又是企业和谐力量与不和谐力量相互抗争干涉的过程。依据协同学原理提出了企业系统和谐演进的机制，表明企业系统的和谐发展是子系统和谐协同的过程。即子系统竞争合作的过程。文中所构建的模型，从理论上清晰地说明了企业系统和谐有序运行的机理，为如何构建和谐企业。提供了建设性的思考。     

Category with a natural cone

Generally, in homotopy theory a cylinder object (or, its dual, a path object) is used to define homotopy between morphisms, and a cone object is used to build exact sequences of homotopy groups. Here, an axiomatic theory based on a cone functor is given. Suspension objects are associated to based objects and cofibrations, obtaining homotopy groups referred to an object and relative to a cofibration, respectively. Exact sequences of these groups are built. Algebraic and particular examples are given. We point out that the main results of this paper were already stated in [3], and the purpose of this article is to give full details of the foregoing.     

高等师范学校物理专业课程结构改革研究

为解决高等师范院校物理专业学生的知识结构和实际能力与社会需要明显不相适应的矛盾，我们对四年制物理专业的课程结构进行了全面改革。改革后，毕业生不仅能胜任普通中学或职业中学（职业中专）的教学，而且有能力参与厂矿企业的技术工作，具有更广泛的适应性和更强的竞争力。     

Cyclic cohomology and algebra extensions

We construct a spectral sequence to study cyclic cohomology for an extension A = R/I of algebras. When R is a free algebra we describe the cyclic cohomology of A in terms of traces defined on R or powers of I. Explicit cyclic cocycles representing the cyclic cohomology class belonging to the trace are constructed as analogues of Chern character and Chern-Simons forms.Dedicated to Alexander Grothendieck     

核心素养为本的单元教学设计与实施——以“探究水的组成”为例

以“探究水的组成”教学为例，通过课标、教材及学习者分析，从认识角度、探究水平、认识水平等3个维度整体规划“身边的化学物质”主题单元目标学习进阶，明确“探究水的组成”课时目标，通过温故建模、据模探究、探究推理等3个阶段的教学实施，建立具体物质的研究思路模型，运用模型研究陌生物质（氢气），初步形成定量研究物质组成的能力。     

新工科视阈下石油化工类高校应用化学专业课程体系重构

Taking a typical local and industry-orientated applied chemistry major as an example with focusing on the major changes in the form and content of the petrochemical industry, the way to reform the core curriculum system and teaching contents is presented. Based on the changing tendency of refinement of the petrochemical industry, a complete curriculum system with distinctive industry characteristics is set up according to the principles of the emerging engineering education (3E) with several reasonable suggestions. A new model for the construction of a 3E major in chemistry-related majors is suggested. It is a good reference for the construction of curriculum systems for other local and industry-orientated colleges who want to make 3E reform.     

Micro construction of poly(epsilon-caprolactone)/poly(L-lactic acid) blend film by solution casting under microwave irradiation

The micro construction of poly(epsilon-caprolactone) (PCL) and poly(L-lactic acid) (PLLA) blend films fabricated by solution casting under microwave irradiation was investigated by selective enzymatic degradation and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results were totally different from the blends obtained by conventional methods. The blend was more homogeneous and the PCL continuous phase more compact as no spherulites and tiny zone separation were observed from the film surface and no PCL network was observed inside the film, and the degradation of a PCL plank by Pseudomonas lipase was significantly retarded. The distributed PLLA micro spheres were enlarged and amorphous. The thermal behavior of the blend by microwave heating revealed that PCL and PLLA underwent a melting process, which induced the variations of the PCL phase and PLLA spheres. The weight loss caused by degradation of the PCL/PLLA blend obtained by conventional methods (B50c) is greater than that of the blend obtained by microwave methods (B50m), which reflects the change in morphology from a loose PCL network (B50c) to a dense PCL plank (B50m).

Simple fragments of transition metal 1,2-bidentate thiolates, the so-called building blocks of the general compositions ML₃, ML₂, ML, M(O)L₂, ML₂L, MLL, etc. have been proposed to constitute the di-, tri- and tetranuclear complexes concerned in this review. 物理化学课程“热化学”主题学习历程研究——化学师范生知识建构的文本分析

为深入了解地方性师范院校化学师范生知识建构习惯和水平，探讨他们在大学专业基础课程中的学习历程，以物理化学课程中以“融合科学读写特色”的“热化学”学案作为研究载体，研究对象在学案引导下开展自学活动，并在阅读教材和文献基础上进行科学写作。采用量表工具针对大学生自学效果和反思活动进行评价，并采用SOLO分类评价科学写作作品，采用KWL工具评价学生的科学阅读收获。结果发现研究对象学习动机不强，不擅长在新的学科知识学习中联系已有专业课程知识，基于文本学习的建构活动水平极低，可能是因为他们在应试背景下的基础知识并未形成体系，先修课程中并未培养元认知学习策略。     

Implementation of a general multireference configuration interaction procedure with analytic gradients in a semiempirical context using the graphical unitary group approach

The graphical unitary group approach has been applied in an efficient implementation of a general multireference configuration interaction (MRCI) method for use with small active molecular orbital spaces in a semiempirical framework. Gradients can be computed analytically for molecular orbitals from a closed-shell or a half-electron open-shell Hartree-Fock calculation. CPU times for single point energy and gradient calculations are reported. The code allows MRCI geometry optimizations of large molecules, as illustrated for the singlet ground state and the four lowest triplet states of fullerene C(76).
