The 1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylic acid 1 was converted via reactions of its acid chloride 3 with various asymmetrical disubstituted urea and alcohol derivatives into the corresponding novel 4‐benzoyl‐N‐(N′,N′‐dialkylcarbamyl)‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxamide 4a , b and alkyl 4‐benzoyl‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazole‐3‐carboxylate 7a‐c , respectively, in good yields (57%‐78%). Friedel‐Crafts reactions of 3 with aromatic compouns for 15 min.‐2 h led to the formation of the 4‐3‐diaroyl‐1‐(4‐hydroxyphenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles 9a‐c , 4‐benzoyl‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐3‐aroyl‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles 10a , b and than from the acylation reactions of 9a‐c were obtained the 3,4‐diaroyl‐1‐(4‐acyloxyphenyl)‐5‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles 13a‐d . The structures of all new synthesized compounds were established by NMR experiments such as 1H, and 13C, as well as 2D COSY and IR spectroscopic data, and elemental analyses. 建立了树脂工艺品中半挥发性有机物(SVOCs)的超声萃取–气相色谱检测方法。对超声萃取条件进行了研究,优化了气相色谱参数。结果表明,样品用三氯甲烷在60℃下超声萃取40 min,选择HP–5色谱柱时,气相色谱(FID)测定半挥发物总量时可获得良好的灵敏度和准确的定量结果。方法的相对标准偏差小于5%(n=6),检测限为2 mg/kg。4个含量水平样品的6个实验室3次平行测定结果表明,实验室内测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.61%~2.94%,实验室间测定结果的相对标准偏差为5.96%~8.35%。 相似文献

The functionalized multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (f‐MWCNTs) were obtained by Friedel–Crafts acylation, which introduced aromatic amine groups onto the sidewall. And the grafted yield was adjusted by controlling the concentration of the catalyst. The composite solutions containing f‐MWCNTs and polyacrylonitrile (PAN) were then prepared by in‐situ or ex‐situ solution polymerization. The resulting solutions were electrospun into composite nanofibers. In the in‐situ polymerization, morphological observation revealed that f‐MWCNTs was uniformly dispersed along the axes of the nanofibers and increased interfacial adhesion between f‐MWCNTs and PAN. Furthermore, two kinds of f‐MWCNTs/PAN composite nanofibers had a higher degree of crystallization and a larger crystal size than PAN nanofibers had, so the specific tensile strengths and modulus of the composite nanofibers were enhanced. And the thermal stability of f‐MWCNTs/PAN from in‐situ method was higher than that of ex‐situ system. When the f‐MWCNTs content was less than 1 wt%, the specific tensile strengths and modulus of nanofibers were enhanced with increase in the amounts of f‐MWCNTs, and f‐MWCNTs/PAN of in‐situ system provided better mechanical properties than that of ex‐situ system. The replacement of liquid acid catalyst by solid acids for the Friedel‐Crafts reaction of aromatic alkylation is a challenging task. Mixed oxide possessing spinel structures were found to catalyze the Friedel‐Craft benzylation of arenes. It was found that the reaction was very fast at 80 °C, hence the reaction was studied with respect to more substrate. The significant point was even at this temperature monobenzylation, with the para isomer predominating, was achieved. This work investigated the synthesis of biphenyl‐3,3′,4,4′‐tetracarboxylic dianhydride and benzophenone‐3,3′,4,4′‐tetracarboxylic dianhydride derivatives ( 3a – e and 6a – e ) with different substituted phenols via Friedel‐Crafts acylation reaction in the presence of dilute sulfuric acid. Dianhydride derivatives with 3‐N,N′‐dimethylamino phenol ( 3d and 6d ) and resorcinol ( 3e and 6e ) have been found to be highly fluorescent. The structures of all newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by the chromatographic, spectral and elemental data. Electrochemical study was done to determine to band gap energy, LUMO and HOMO levels energy. Band gap and LUMO energy levels were found to be lowest in xanthene derivatives substituted with 3‐N,N′‐dimethylamino group having value 2.24 and 4.85 eV respectively. 相似文献

A soft chemistry synthetic strategy based on a Friedel–Crafts alkylation reaction is developed for the textural engineering of phenolic resin (PR) with a robust mesoporous framework to avoid serious framework shrinkage and maximize retention of organic functional moieties. By taking advantage of the structural benefits of molecular bridges, the resultant sample maintains a bimodal micro‐mesoporous architecture with well‐preserved organic functional groups, which is effective for carbon capture. Moreover, this soft chemistry synthetic protocol can be further extended to nanotexture other arene‐based polymers with robust frameworks. 相似文献
