电光全内反射调制

研究各种无侵袭电光采样技术,尤其是研究电信号在半导体中的传播技术是有意义的。通常是根据施加电场所引起的寻常光线和非常光线的指数变化来讨论电光效应,这种变化与外加电场成正比。调制电场和光场之间电光晶体中的相互作用产生光场的垂直分量。把电光晶体放在交叉偏振器之间,这种效应可以转换为一种强度调制。     

非晶调制多层膜Nb/Si中的互扩散研究

利用原位Ｘ射线衍射技术得到非晶调制多层膜Ｎｂ／Ｓｉ中的互扩散系数与退火温度的关系，调制周期Ｌ＝３.２ｎｍ的非晶调制多层膜是用粒子溅射方法制备的．温度范围为４２３—５２３Ｋ的有效互扩散系数通过原位测量多层膜的一级调制峰强度与退火温度之间的关系而得到．利用缺陷陷阱延迟扩散机制解释了所得到的扩散系数与退火温度的关系．建立了可以解释较小前置系数的模型 关键词：

Structural and thermodynamic properties of AlB2 compound

We employ a first-principles plane wave method with the relativistic analytic pseudopotential of Hartwigsen, Goedecker and Hutter (HGH) scheme in the frame of DFT to calculate the equilibrium lattice parameters and the thermodynamic properties of AlB₂ compound with hcp structure. The obtained lattice parameters are in good agreement with the available experimental data and those calculated by others. Through the quasi-harmonic Debye model, obtained successfully are the dependences of the normalized lattice parameters a/a₀ and c/c₀ on pressure P, the normalized primitive cell volume V/V₀ on pressure P, the variation of the thermal expansion α with pressure P and temperature T, as well as the Debye temperature \Theta_D and the heat capacity C_V on pressure P and temperature T.     

稀掺杂GaNxAs1－x(x≤0.03)薄膜的调制光谱研究

磁各向异性色散介质散射的Pad啨时域有限差分方法分析

根据矩阵Pad啨逼近理论,把磁化色散介质的相对磁导率张量表示成以jω为自变量的矩阵函数形式,用/t代替jω后过渡到时域,再引入离散时域移位算子代替时间微分算子.进而导出磁化色散介质中的磁感应强度B和磁场强度H在离散时域的色散关系,并将其具体应用于旋磁介质,得到了这种磁化色散介质的Pad啨时域有限差分方法的递推表达式.作为验证,用这种方法计算了磁化铁氧体球的后向雷达散射截面,所得结果与文献结果一致.理论推导及算例表明,该方法是正确和有效的.

In this research, we shall define τ-Chebyshev subspaces and τ-cochebyshev subspaces of a Banach space, in which the property τ is compact or weakly-compact, respectively. A set of necessary and sufficient theorems under which a subspace is τ-Chebyshev is defined.
