一维粗糙表面散射特征的数值分析

使用Monte Carlo模拟的方法得出了随机粗糙表面，在Kirchhoff近似的基础上，利用数值分析的方法分析了一维随机粗糙表面的散射特征，得出了一维随机粗糙表面散射分布曲线，我们还考虑了遮蔽效应的影响，并且讨论了Kirchhoff近似的有效性。

A New View on Fuzzy Hypermodules

We describe the relationship between the fuzzy sets and the algebraic hyperstructures. In fact, this paper is a continuation of the ideas presented by Davvaz in （Fuzzy Sets Syst., 117： 477- 484, 2001） and Bhakat and Das in （Fuzzy Sets Syst., 80： 359-368, 1996）. The concept of the quasicoincidence of a fuzzy interval value with an interval-valued fuzzy set is introduced and this is a natural generalization of the quasi-coincidence of a fuzzy point in fuzzy sets. By using this new idea, the concept of interval-valued （α,β）-fuzzy sub-hypermodules of a hypermodule is defined. 薄膜界面粗糙对双晶摇摆曲线的影响

用X射线衍射动力学理论,模拟计算InP衬底上InGaAs/AllnAs超晶格和InGaAs单层膜的X射线双晶摇摆曲线,计算结果表明:薄膜界面粗糙对单层膜的衍射峰和超晶格的零级衍射峰影响较小,但却明显影响单层膜衍射干涉条纹和超晶格的±1级卫星峰,随着平均界面粗糙度的增大,单层膜衍射干涉条纹强度减弱并趋于消失;超晶格的±1级卫星峰变弱并逐渐展宽,理论计算的模拟双晶摇摆曲线与超晶格实验曲线比较表明:高质量匹配In_0.53Ga_0.47As(85?)/Al_{0.4 关键词：}     

基于模糊方法的多人合作对策的研究

多人合作对策模型中联盟的收入和总体的收入常常出现相互矛盾的情况 ,此时核是空集 .由于不存在核 ,无法用 Nash-Harsanyi谈判模型求解 .采用模糊数学方法 ,调整模型中线性约束的右端系数 ,使核在一定程度上是非空集合 ,得到模糊意义下的 Nash平衡解 .该方法一定程度上解决了各联盟收入与总体收入的矛盾 .最后通过一个算例说明该方法的可行性 .     

L—Fuzzy集上的Fuzzy数值Fuzzy测度和Fuzzy数值Fuzzy积分

本文在L-FuZzy σ-代数上引入了Fuzzy数值Fuzzy测度和Fuzzy数值Fuzzy测度的自连续和零可加,以及L-Fuzzy集上的关于Fuzzy数值Fuzzy测度的Fuzzy数值Fuzzy积分等重要概念,并讨论了一些类似于[1]中给出的重要性质,特別给出了依测度收敛的情况下,自连续性与积分序列收敛的等价性定理。     

B—模糊集合代数和广义互信息公式

模糊集单调型分解定理

模糊集的分解集定理有两种形式，第一种形式与模糊集的λ—截集有关：Ａ＝其中Ａ＿λ是的λ—截集￣［１］．第二种形式与集合套有关：其中Ｈ（λ）为集合套￣［２］或者Ａ＝其中Ｈ（λ）为集合套，Ｑ为（０，１）的可列稠密子集＿［３］，．其实，这两种形式在本文提出的基本模糊集的概念下，可以统一起来成为任何模糊集可以分解为一些（可数或不可数）基本模糊集的和。不仅如此，本文还提出简单模糊集的概念，并证明了任何模糊集都可以表示成为可数个单调上升的简单模糊集的和，或等价地，可以表示成可数个单调上升的简单模糊集的极限，所用的证明方法是构造性的，所以对模糊集的结构也得出了一个清晰的认识．     

Fabrication and Characterization of Ni Thin Films Using Direct-Current Magnetron Sputtering

Ni films are deposited by using ultra high vacuum dc magnetron sputtering onto silicon substrates at room temperature, and the high-quality and high-density films are prepared. The parameters, such as thickness, density and surface roughness, are obtained by using small-angle x-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses with the Marquardt gradient-expansion algorithm. The deposition rate is calculated and the Ni single layer can be fabricated precisely. Based on the fitting results, we can find that the surface roughness of the Ni films is about 0.7nm, the densities of Ni films are around 97% and the deposition rate is 0.26nm/s. The roughness of the surface is also characterized by using an atomic force microscope (AFM). The changing trend of the surface roughness in the simulation of XRD is in good agreement with the AFM measurement.
