三维热传导型半导体器件瞬态模拟问题的Crank—Nicolson差分—流线扩散有限元法及其数值分析

本文研究三维热传导型半导体器件瞬态模拟问题的数值方法。针对数学模型中各方程不同的特点，分别提出不同的有限元格式。特别针对浓度方程组是对流为主扩散问题的特点，使用Crank-Nicolson差分-流线扩散计算格式，提高了数值解的稳定性。得到的L^2误差估计关于空间剖分步长是拟最优的，关于时间步长具有二阶精度。     

正互反阵的一个特征值问题

本文讨论层次分析方法提出的一个矩阵特征值问题:对于给定的正互反矩阵,如何修改它的一对元素使得主特征值能够减小?我们对此给出了解答。对于反复多次修改,我们构造了一个迭代程序并且证明了一定意义下的收敛性。将本文的结果应用于层次分析法,可以减少决策分析过程的盲目性。     

高阶Schr(O)dinger方程的加权估计

本文主要研究的是相函数为齐次椭圆多项式的自由高阶Schrodinger方程.通过相函数等值面的几何性质,得到了解算子的Strichartz加权估计和极大算子加权估计.

The Iyengar Type Inequalities with Exact Estimations and the Chebyshev Central Algorithms of Integrals

In this paper, both low order and high order extensions of the Iyengar type inequality are obtained. Such extensions are the best possible in the same sense as that of the Iyengar inequality. hzrthermore, the Chebyshev central algorithms of integrals for some function classes and some related problems are also considered and investigated.     

矩阵损失下回归系数的线性估计的可容许性

针对广义的Gauss-Markoff模型Y=Xβ+θ,E(θ)=0,Cov(θ)=σ2V,其中X和V＞0是已知的n×p和n×n矩阵;β∈Rp和σ2＞0是未知参数,给出了矩阵损失条件下,Sβ的估计LY+a在非齐次线性估计类中可容许的充要条件.     

基于MMD算法的HMM参数重估计的矩阵表示

本文提出的MMD算法用于提高模型区别错误信息和正确信息的能力．利用该算法在对模型的参数进行重估计时．涉及到复杂的目标函数的梯度运算．击运用矩阵运算使得梯度运算变得简单明了，因此本文给出了MMD算法下的HMM参数重估计的矩阵表示形式并给出了证明．     

ON THE RATE OF WEIGHTED Lp CONVERGENCE BY THE GRUENWALD INTERPOLATORY OPERATORS

This paper gives the weighted Lp convergence rate estimations of the Gruenwald interpolatory polynomials based on the zeros of Chebyshev polymomials of the first kind,and proves that the order of the estimations is optimal for p≥1.     

Bounds for the Least Laplacian Eigenvalue of a Signed Graph

A signed graph is a graph with a sign attached to each edge. This paper extends some fundamental concepts of the Laplacian matrices from graphs to signed graphs. In particular, the relationships between the least Laplacian eigenvalue and the unbalancedness of a signed graph are investigated.
