This paper describes numerical modelling of a dual band multi-layered microstrip patch antenna operating at 35GHz on an in-house semi-insulating GaAs substrate. 基于冷轧成型工艺,采用不同的轧制道次制备Al/Ni多层复合材料。开展了Al/Ni多层复合材料准静态压缩和准密闭二次撞击反应实验,对它的力学性能和冲击释能特性进行测试。同时,通过扫描电镜得到了材料的细观结构特性,分析了Al/Ni多层复合材料细观特性对宏观力/化学行为的影响机制。结果表明,基于冷轧技术制备的Al/Ni多层复合材料比粉末压制而成的Al/Ni复合材料塑性更强,材料的抗压强度总体随冷轧次数的增加呈上升趋势。另外,冷轧3~5道次的Al/Ni多层复合材料的准密闭二次撞击反应实验表明,材料在相同的撞击速度(800~1 500 m/s)下释放的化学能随着轧制道次的增加而逐渐降低。 相似文献

Summary The present paper discusses how to reduce the applied electric potential which controls a distribution of the elastic displacement,
when temperature change induces elastic deformation in a piezoelectric-based solid state actuator. The actuator consists of
an isotropic structural plate, onto which multiple piezoelectric ceramic plates of crystal class 6mm are perfectly bonded.
The analysis of this thermoelastic problem leads to electric potential applied to piezoelectric ceramic plates. Numerical
calculations are carried out for an isotropic steel plate, onto which multiple cadmium-selenide plates are perfectly bonded.
Finally, it is shown that the maximum applied electric potential in the case of ten cadmium selenide plates can be reduced
to 11% of that derived from the previous study of a similar problem of one cadmium selenide plate bonded onto an isotropic
steel plate.

In this paper, a finite crack with constant length (Yoffe type crack) propagating in a functionally graded coating with spatially varying elastic properties bonded to a homogeneous substrate of finite thickness under anti-plane loading was studied. A multi-layered model is employed to model arbitrary variations of material properties based on two linearly-distributed material compliance parameters. The mixed boundary problem is reduced to a system of singular integral equations that are solved numerically. Some numerical examples are given to demonstrate the accuracy, efficiency and versatility of the model. The numerical results show that the graded parameters, the thicknesses of the interfacial layer and the two homogeneous layers, the crack size and speed have significant effects on the dynamic fracture behavior. 相似文献

We present how to use the block Schur algorithm to design optical multi-layered filters. The block Schur algorithm can, in turn, be applied to find reflection coefficients of optical multi-layered filters. We show that the block Schur algorithm using the block matrices is faster than the standard Schur algorithm using the scalar elements on vector processor. The optimum sub-matrix size for the block Schur algorithm on CRAY Y-MP C98 supercomputer is also suggested. 相似文献

A complete, plane-wave spectral, vector-wave function expansion of the electromagnetic, electric, and magnetic, dyadic Green's function for electric, as well as magnetic, point currents for a planar, anisotropic uniaxial multi-layered medium is presented. It is given in terms ofz-propagating, source-free vector-wave functions, where is normal to the interfaces, and it is developed via a utilization of the Lorentz reciprocity theorem. The electromagnetic dyadic Green's function for periodic electric as well as magnetic point current sources is also presented. 将层层自组装(LBL)技术与原位还原过程相结合在单晶硅片表面成功构筑了与基底结合牢固、性能优异的氧化锆/还原氧化石墨烯(ZrO2/rGO)多层纳米复合薄膜.试验中,引入了具有强附着性和还原性的物质-多巴胺,使得氧化石墨烯(GO)片的表面锚固和原位还原可以一步完成.另外,ZrO2粒子的表面组装通过简单、温和的溶液沉积过程来实现.结果证明:复合薄膜中rGO和ZrO2的引入以及多层结构的构筑赋予复合薄膜许多优异的性能.在不进行热处理的情况下,所构筑的ZrO2/rGO多层薄膜表现出优异的力学性能(硬度:11.54 GPa)和摩擦学性能(摩擦系数:0.12~0.17),可作为减摩抗磨涂层被用于微/纳机电系统(MEMS/NEMS)的表面保护和其他领域. 相似文献
