中学生男性性别角色期望的因子模型与应用

运用中学生男性性别角色期望调查表和因子分析方法对贵阳市中学生进行男性性别角色期望调查和定性与定量分析,为中学生树立适宜的性别角色观,促进其心理健康发展提供量化依据.分析显示:传统的男性角色并不被现代中学生完全接受,无论是男中学生还是女中学生都在力图探求一种新的男性性别角色模式,且两性中学生对这一新的男性性别角色模式的期望和把握是有一定差异的.

Momordica charantia Extract Protects against Diabetes-Related Spermatogenic Dysfunction in Male Rats: Molecular and Biochemical Study

More than 90% of diabetic patients suffer from sexual dysfunction, including diminished sperm count, sperm motility, and sperm viability, and low testosterone levels. The effects of Momordica charantia (MC) were studied by estimating the blood levels of insulin, glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), testosterone (TST), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), and luteinizing hormone (LH) in diabetic rats treated with 250 and 500 mg/kg b.w. of the total extract. Testicular antioxidants, epididymal sperm characteristics, testicular histopathology, and lesion scoring were also investigated. Testicular mRNA expression of apoptosis-related markers such as antiapoptotic B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl-2) and proapoptotic Bcl-2-associated X protein (Bax) were evaluated by real-time PCR. Furthermore, caspase-3 protein expression was evaluated by immunohistochemistry. MC administration resulted in a significant reduction in blood glucose and HbA1c and marked elevation of serum levels of insulin, TST, and gonadotropins in diabetic rats. It induced a significant recovery of testicular antioxidant enzymes, improved histopathological changes of the testes, and decreased spermatogenic and Sertoli cell apoptosis. MC effectively inhibited testicular apoptosis, as evidenced by upregulation of Bcl-2 and downregulation of Bax and caspase-3. Moreover, reduction in apoptotic potential in MC-treated groups was confirmed by reduction in the Bax/Bcl-2 mRNA expression ratio.

大麦光温敏雄性不育系的基本特性研究

雄性不育系 40 A是由核基因和环境条件互作而致的光温敏雄性不育新品系 .对其在不同播期下的育性表现及 F1 杂种优势的研究结果表明 :该不育系早播表现为雄性可育 (武汉地区在 10月 2 0日以前播种 ) ,晚播表现为雄性不育 (武汉地区在 12月上、中旬播种 ) .与多个测交恢复系配制的 F1 杂种育性完全正常 ,具有较强的杂种优势 .     

少精、弱精不育症患者精液中微量元素含量的测定分析

用ICPOES法检测了54例男性少精、弱精不育者精液中Ca、Cd、Cu、Fe、Mg、Mn、Ni、Zn元素的含量,并对相关含量进行数据分析。结果表明,精液中微量元素含量的改变是影响精液质量的重要原因之一。     

珍汕97不育系和保持系水稻花粉发育过程中RNA含量变化的研究

采用组织化学方法，对珍汕９７水稻不育系及保持系的花粉发育过程进行分析，结果表明从幼小的单孢花粉到单核边位出现中央大液泡时期，不育系花粉细胞ＲＮＡ含量与保持系无显著差异，单核末期不育系开始败育，双核期ＲＮＡ含量与保持系双核期花粉细胞相比有显著下降，说明ＲＮＡ含量下降是珍汕９７不育系花粉败育的一个重要生理特征，不育系花粉在单核末期以前发育是正常的．     

Antioxidant activity,phytochemical screening,and total phenolic content of extracts from three genders of carob tree barks growing in Morocco

We evaluated the in vitro antioxidant property and phytochemical constituents of the crude ethyl acetate and methanol extract of the three genders of carob tree barks (spontaneous male, spontaneous female, and grafted female). The scavenging activity on DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) was determined, as well as the phenolic contents (Folin–Ciocalteu method) of both the extracts. The highest antioxidant activity and the higher amounts of total phenols were shown in methanol crude bark extract for the three genders. Variety significantly affected the phenol content and the antioxidant activity, with the spontaneous male variety globally showed a higher polyphenol concentration and antioxidant activity than the grafted female and spontaneous female.     

Imposex and organotin body burden in the dog‐whelk (Nucella lapillus L.) along the Portuguese coast

Nucella lapillus imposex—superimposition of male characters onto prosobranch (a subclass of gastropod molluscs) females—and organotin female body burden were surveyed on the Portuguese coast, from Vila Praia de Âncora (northern limit) to Praia da Luz (southern limit), at 17 sampling stations, between May and August 2003. The vas deferens sequence index (VDSI), the relative penis size index (RPSI), the percentage of females affected with imposex (%I) and the percentage of sterile females (%S) were used to assess the level of imposex at each site. VDSI, RPSI and %I were 0.20–4.04, 0.0–42.2% and 16.7–100.0%, respectively. Sterile females were found at stations 2 (6.2%), 5 (4.0%) and 7 (5.0%). Tributyltin (TBT) and dibutyltin (DBT) female body burdens were 23–138 and <10–62 ng Sn/g dry weight, respectively. TBT female body burden was significantly correlated with RPSI and VDSI [Spearman rank order linear correlation: RPSI vs TBT body burden (b.b.) r = 0.71, p < 0.01; VDSI vs logTBT body burden r = 0.71, p < 0.01]. Imposex and TBT b.b. were highest at sites located in the proximity of harbours, where TBT leaching from antifouling paints is more intense owing to the high concentration of ships and dockyard activities. 三种细胞质雄性不育水稻小孢子发育过程的研究

运用ＤＮＡ荧光探针结合显微荧光术，系统地研究了３种水稻细胞质雄性不育系的败育过程、时期和特点．结果表明，珍汕９７不育系不能完成小孢子第一次有丝分裂；马协不育系小孢子可完成第一次有丝分裂，但不能进入第二次有丝分裂；广丛４１不育系部分小孢子可完成第二次有丝分裂，因此可看到许多三核花粉，但因核行为异常而败育．小孢子的败育过程可能是一种程序性细胞死亡（ＰＣＤ）的过程
