太赫兹成像技术对玉米种子的鉴定和识别   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
利用太赫兹时域光谱(THz_TDS)测试技术及透射式太赫兹逐点扫描成像技术分别对几种玉米种子DNA和胚的样品进行了光谱和成像测量;利用空间图样成份分析(component spatial pattern analysis)方法对得到的THz像进行识别运算。实验结果表明,几种样品在THz波段都有不同的吸收特性,但都没有明显的吸收峰,不能利用“特征指纹谱”进行识别。用基于THz扫描成像的空间图样成份分析方法能很好地实现不同玉米种子DNA样品的鉴定和识别。与现有的THz图像识别方法相比,这个方法只需要THz像的实验数据和样品的吸收谱信息,不需要样品的其它特征。这项研究为进一步利用THz成像技术实现无损检测、安全检查、质量监测等提供了依据,具有实际应用价值。  相似文献

Introducing Bt Gene Into Maize With Ovary Injection   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
It is reported here that Bt toxin gene has been successfully transferred into maize inbred line by ovary injection for the first time both at home and abroad. One transgenic plant (To) has been confirmed by Southern blotting and PCR test, and 71 progenies (T1) from T0 have been obtained through self-pollination. Of these 71 progenies, seven plants demonstrated positive results in the PCR test; four were used to feed Asian corn borer, and certain effect of insect-resistance was observed. The experiments on the ovary injection in Hainan Province have also been repeated, thus providing new chance to the application of genetic engineering to the maize improvement.  相似文献

探讨提取玉米粕蛋白质的最佳工艺条件。在单因素试验的基础上,选取料液比(g·mL-1)、温度、NaoH浓度为响应因子,玉米粕蛋白质的提取率为响应值,实施3因素3水平的响应面分析,建立数学模型,得出最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明,玉米粕蛋白质的最佳提取条件为:料液比1:6.89(g·mL-1)、温度44.92℃、NaoH浓度0.078mol·L-1,在此工艺条件下玉米粕蛋白质的提取率可达到40.57%。  相似文献

研究了NaCl增敏碘 淀粉显色反应。NaCl用量为0 24g mL,H3PO4(3 97)为0.5mL的酸度条件下以KI还原KIO3与淀粉显色,λmax=483nm,λmax=2 7×105L·mol-1·cm-1。在483nm处,测得碘在大米、小麦和玉米中的回收率在96.3%~99.1%,RSD<2.5%。该法已用于大米、小麦、玉米等食品中微量碘的分析。  相似文献

A resistant starch (RS) mixture (MIX) consisting of fibre of potatoes (FP) and wrinkled pea starch (WPS), and high amylose maize starch (HAMS) were supplemented in adults to evaluate their effects on fat oxidation by means of a 13CO2-breath test. Sixteen subjects received a regular diet either without or with the supplementation of MIX and HAMS in randomised order. After administration of a [U-13C]algal lipid mixture, exhaled air was collected over 14?h in 0.5- and 1-h intervals. The 13C abundances were measured by nondispersive infrared spectroscopy. In comparison to the dry run (DR), supplementation with MIX and with HAMS increased the cumulative percentage dose recovery: (DR: 16.7?%, MIX: 16.9?%, HAMS: 18.0?%), but without statistical significance. The colonic degradation of MIX and HAMS to short-chain fatty acids tends to lower the formation of carbohydrate-derived acetyl-CoA and contributes to a postprandial lipid oxidation increase by using fat-derived acetyl-CoA as a compensatory fuel source.  相似文献

The neonicotinoid imidacloprid is a very important insecticide in maize cultivation in China. A laboratory experiment was conducted to investigate its absorption, transportation and distribution in maize plants. Plants were exposed to an aqueous solution of imidacloprid at five concentrations (10, 20, 50, 100 and 200 μg/mL). The residues of imidacloprid in different plant parts were determined by using a quick and effective method of high-performance liquid chromatography. Results showed that the average recoveries ranged from 85.16% to 102.23%, with relative standard deviations of 1.82–4.40% at three different spiking levels in each different matrix. The half-lives of imidacloprid in hydroponic maize water were from 5.33 to 11.55 days. The concentrations in roots, stems and leaves were from 5.61 to 7.48, 1.03 to 4.03 and 0 to 30.57 μg/mL after 6 h–7 days exposed in 10 μg/mL imidacloprid aqueous solutions, respectively. Our study showed that imidacloprid was strongly absorbed by roots and mainly accumulated in leaves. Quantity ratio and bioconcentration factors (BCFs) were also used to estimate the distribution and accumulation in maize. The values of quantity ratios were the highest in the leaves while lowest in the root after 7 days treatments, with the ranking of leaves > stem > root. The BCFs were 0.63–1.66, 0.52–0.92 and 3.20–6.78 in root, stem and leaves, respectively. These results demonstrated that the exposed time and imidacloprid application concentrations were also the main factors influencing the absorption. This study enhances our understandings of the uptake and distribution of imidacloprid in maize plants.  相似文献

The investigation of the residual effect of nitrogen (N) released from tobacco-waste (TW) using isotope techniques will provide valuable data for sustainable organic farming. For this aim, a pot experiment was conducted using the 15N isotope technique. The experiment was based on a completely randomised design with four replications and was conducted on a calcareous ustochrepts soil. TW at levels of 0, 10, 20, 30 and 40 t ha?1 and N fertiliser as (NH4)2SO4 at levels of 0, 20, 40, 60 and 80 kg N ha?1 were used for the Bezostaja-1 wheat variety. Concerning mineral N fertilisation with 20 and 80 kg N ha?1, additional treatments with 15N-labelled (NH4)2SO2 (10 at.% exc.) have been applied. Following harvesting wheat plants, the Pioneer 3377 maize variety was used to see the residual effect of TW. After harvesting, dry matter yields were recorded and total N concentrations were determined. 15N determinations and calculations were also made for 15N treatments separately. TW had a significant residual effect on the growth of corn plant under the pot condition. Increasing rates of TW significantly increased the dry matter yield of corn plant following wheat from 3.31 t ha?1 (at control) to 7.89 t ha?1 (at the TW treatment of 40 t ha?1). The 15N values derived from the 15N fertiliser decreased with increasing TW application. The average values of N derived from N fertiliser (Ndff) varied from 2.14 to 3.09% at the rates of 20 and 80 kg N ha?1, respectively. However, N derived from TW (Ndftw) significantly increased from 16.93 to 24.59% (at 20 kg N ha?1), and it also increased from 23.06 to 28.15% (at 80 kg N ha?1) with increasing TW applications from 20 to 40 t ha?1, respectively.  相似文献

Novel Fe3O4-decorate hierarchical porous carbon skeleton derived from maize straw(Fe3O4@MSC)was synthesized by a facile co-precipitation process and a calcination process,which was developed as a UV assisted heterogeneous Fenton-like catalyst.The as-synthesized catalysts were characterized via X-ray powder diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM),Brunauer-Emmet-Teller(BET)and vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM)at room temperature.The morphology and structure analysis revealed that the as-prepared Fe3O4@MSC retained the original pore morphology of the maize straw material.The non-uniform poly- hedral Fe3O4 grew on the whole surface of the MSC,which reduced the aggragation of Fe3O4 and provided more active sites to strengthen the UV-assisted Fenton-like reaction.As a result,the tetracycline(TC)degradation efficiency after 40 min reaction and total organic carbon(TOC)removal efficiency after 2 h reaction of Fe3O4@MSC catalyzing UV-Fenton system reached 99.2%and 72.1%,respectively,which were more substantial than those of Fe3O4@MSC/H2O2(31.5%and 2%),UV/H2O2 system(68%and 23.4%)and UV/Fe3O4/H2O2(80% and 37.5%).The electron spin resonance(ESR)results showed that the ·OH played an important role in the catalytic reaction.A possible degradation pathway of TC was proposed on the basis of the identified intermediates.Overall,the UV assisted heterogeneous Fenton-like process in Fe3O4@MSC improved the cycle of Fe^3+/Fe^2+ and activated the interfacial catalytic site,which eventually realized the enhancement of degradation and mineralization to tetracycline.  相似文献

采用开放光程可调谐二极管激光吸收光谱技术和反向拉格朗日随机扩散模型,通过田间试验,开展基于高时间分辨率数据的农田氨挥发研究,旨在为揭示农田氨挥发的动态变化规律提供新技术新方法。结果表明,TDLAS-bLS法能有效监测农田氨挥发动态,尤其是日内变化规律。豫北平原潮土农田夏玉米追肥后日内氨挥发有两个挥发峰值,分别在9:00和14:00左右,第一个高峰是由于夜晚溶解在露水中的氨气随露水蒸发而再次挥发,第二个高峰受地温和光照影响所致。追肥后氨挥发速率迅速升高,但挥发高峰期持续时间较短,集中于前四天,整个监测期内氨挥发损失约25.3%。TDLAS-bLS法与通气法相比,测定结果有一定差异。  相似文献

不同耐热型春玉米品种对高温的光谱特征响应   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
运用两种光谱仪(SPAD-502叶绿素仪与Sunscan植物冠层分析仪)分析了华北平原不同耐热型春玉米品种的光合性能对灌浆期高温的光谱学特征响应。田间试验于2011年—2012年在河北省吴桥县进行。品种选用天玉198、兴玉998与天润606,设置2个播种期(4月15日与4月25日),于灌浆期测定3个光谱特征值,即叶绿素相对含量(SPAD)、叶面积指数(leaf area index, LAI)与光合有效辐射(photosynthetically active radiation, PAR)。结果表明,播种期4月15日与4月25日相比,春玉米灌浆期≥33 ℃日最高气温的天数与日均温分别增加了3.5 d和0.8 ℃,而日照时数、降雨量、气温日较差及生育期长短均相似; 天玉198与兴玉998、天润606相比,耐热指数(stress tolerance indices, STI)分别高2.9%,11.0%; 根据STI由大到小的顺序,将天玉198、兴玉998与天润606分别定为耐热型、较耐热型与不耐热型品种; 播种期4月15日,天玉198比兴玉998、天润606的产量分别高4.1%,13.7%,SPAD分别高12.5%,19.6%,LAI分别高5.3%,5.6%,PAR分别高4.0%,14.0%; 播种期4月25日,产量分别高1.3%,2.8%; SPAD分别高3.5%,6.0%,LAI分别高1.7%,4.1%,PAR分别高-4.4%,0.9%; 三个品种在高温胁迫环境下产量差异显著,耐热型品种具有显著的产量、SPAD与LAI优势(p<0.05)。播种期4月15日相对于4月25日,天玉198、兴玉998、天润606的产量分别降低了3.2%,5.9%,12.6%; SPAD分别降低了8.6%,12.4%,15.7%; LAI分别降低了11.7%,17.6%,19.8%; PAR分别降低了3.4%,11.3%,14.5%; STI与SPAD的降幅(r=-0.883,p<0.05)、LAI的降幅(r=-0.853,p<0.05)均呈显著负相关,与PAR的降幅(r=-0.923,p<0.01)呈极显著负相关; SPAD的降幅与PAR的降幅(r=0.872,p<0.05)呈显著正相关; LAI的降幅与PAR的降幅(r=0.943,p<0.05)呈极显著正相关。综上所述,耐热型春玉米品种在灌浆期受高温胁迫时,能够在个体层面保持相对较高的叶绿素含量,在群体层面保持相对较高的叶面积,进而保持了较高的光能截获与利用,削弱了高温对光合的抑制程度,缩小了产量降幅,实现了高产与稳产; 品种的耐热性可以通过其光谱特征(SPAD,LAI和PAR)对高温的响应作为鉴定与评价的主要指标之一,为利用光谱特征研究玉米耐热性提供了依据。  相似文献
