本文从非线性自然观的视野。引用与分析了社会经济系统功能模型与效应模型。构建了系统和谐状态模型与和谐状态可信度模型，形象地说明了企业系统的和谐既是一个随机不确定状态。又是企业和谐力量与不和谐力量相互抗争干涉的过程。依据协同学原理提出了企业系统和谐演进的机制，表明企业系统的和谐发展是子系统和谐协同的过程。即子系统竞争合作的过程。文中所构建的模型，从理论上清晰地说明了企业系统和谐有序运行的机理，为如何构建和谐企业。提供了建设性的思考。

群体决策的偏好协调性检验

对于一类群体决策问题，本文引进群体的偏好协调性指标，并且给出了偏好协调性指标的统计检验．在此基础上，还提出一个求该类群体决策问题的方法，以及讨论了群体的偏好快调性指标和群体决策结果间的关系．     

A Comparative Investigation on Model Selection in Independent Factor Analysis

With uncorrelated Gaussian factors extended to mutually independent factors beyond Gaussian, the conventional factor analysis is extended to what is recently called independent factor analysis. Typically, it is called binary factor analysis (BFA) when the factors are binary and called non-Gaussian factor analysis (NFA) when the factors are from real non-Gaussian distributions. A crucial issue in both BFA and NFA is the determination of the number of factors. In the literature of statistics, there are a number of model selection criteria that can be used for this purpose. Also, the Bayesian Ying-Yang (BYY) harmony learning provides a new principle for this purpose. This paper further investigates BYY harmony learning in comparison with existing typical criteria, including Akaik’s information criterion (AIC), the consistent Akaike’s information criterion (CAIC), the Bayesian inference criterion (BIC), and the cross-validation (CV) criterion on selection of the number of factors. This comparative study is made via experiments on the data sets with different sample sizes, data space dimensions, noise variances, and hidden factors numbers. Experiments have shown that for both BFA and NFA, in most cases BIC outperforms AIC, CAIC, and CV while the BYY criterion is either comparable with or better than BIC. In consideration of the fact that the selection by these criteria has to be implemented at the second stage based on a set of candidate models which have to be obtained at the first stage of parameter learning, while BYY harmony learning can provide not only a new class of criteria implemented in a similar way but also a new family of algorithms that perform parameter learning at the first stage with automated model selection, BYY harmony learning is more preferred since computing costs can be saved significantly.     

Generalized Chi Square Method for the Estimation of Weights

This paper presents a generalized chi square method for the estimation of weights in the analytic hierarchy process and studies its desirable properties such as invariance under transpose, harmony, and rank preservation. A convergent iterative algorithm is given and its practicality is shown by a numerical example.

Hybrid harmony search algorithm and fuzzy mechanism for solving congestion management problem in an electricity market

A hybrid technique for solving the congestion management problem in an electricity market based on harmony search algorithm (HAS) and Fuzzy mechanism is presented in this article. This algorithm does not require initial value setting for the variables and does not require differential gradients, thus it can consider discontinuous functions as well as continuous functions. The HAS is a recently developed powerful evolutionary algorithm, inspired by the improvisation process of musicians, for solving single/multiobjective optimization problems. In the proposed technique, each musician plays a note for finding a best harmony all together. Transmission pricing and congestion management are the key elements of a competitive electricity market based on direct access. They also focus of much of the debate concerning alternative approaches to the market design and the implementation of a common carrier electricity system. This article focuses on the tradeoffs between simplicity and economic efficiency in meeting the objectives of a transmission pricing and congestion management scheme. The effectiveness of the proposed technique is applied on 30 and 118 bus IEEE standard power system in comparison with CPSO, PSO‐TVAC, and PSO‐TVIW. The numerical results demonstrate that the proposed technique is better and superior than other compared methods. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 90–98, 2016     

Multivariate Calibration,an Overview

Abstract

Numerous methods of multivariate calibration methods exist with ridge regression, principal component regression, and partial least squares being the most popular methods in analytical chemistry. This mini‐review overviews multivariate calibration and provides a common theme with respect to the bias/variance tradeoff (harmony) and the harmony/parsimony tradeoff for model selection. Other multivariate calibration considerations are briefly reviewed. A few applications are noted.
