The steam reforming of methane over Cu/Co6Al2 mixed oxides with different copper contents was studied. The Co6Al2 support was prepared via the hydrotalcite route. It was thermally stabilized at 500 °C, impregnated with 5 wt.%, 15 wt.% or 25 wt.% copper using copper (II) nitrate Cu(NO3)2·3H2O precursor and then calcined again at 500 °C under an air flow. The impregnation of copper enhanced significantly the reactivity of the solids in the considered reaction. The 5Cu/Co6Al2 solid was the most reactive one, with a methane conversion of 96% at 650 °C. The selectivities of H2 and CO2 were also better for the catalyst containing 5 wt.% copper compared to higher copper loadings. The decrease in the catalytic reactivity with increasing the copper content was attributed to the formation of agglomerated and less reactive CuO species, which were detected by XRD and TPR analyses.  相似文献

The potential of rapid thermal processing (RTP) for the preparation of thin films of niobium oxynitrides was investigated. The 200 and 500 nm niobium films were deposited via sputtering on oxidized silicon(1 0 0)- and on sapphire(1 −1 0 2)-substrates. At first, oxidation of niobium films in molecular oxygen and then nitridation in ammonia using an RTP-system was performed. The films were characterized before and after the oxidation and nitridation processes by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM) and secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS). The influence of the two different substrates, amorphous SiO2 and single crystalline sapphire on the reactivity of the niobium films was studied in dependence of temperature, time of reaction and film thickness. The existence of niobium oxynitride formation was verified for some of the films. In some of the experiments, crack formation in the films or even delamination of the Nb-films from the substrates was observed.  相似文献

Achieving highly efficient phosphorescence in purely organic luminophors at room temperature remains a major challenge due to slow intersystem crossing (ISC) rates in combination with effective non‐radiative processes in those systems. Most room temperature phosphorescent (RTP) organic materials have O‐ or N‐lone pairs leading to low lying (n, π*) and (π, π*) excited states which accelerate kisc through El‐Sayed's rule. Herein, we report the first persistent RTP with lifetimes up to 0.5 s from simple triarylboranes which have no lone pairs. RTP is only observed in the crystalline state and in highly doped PMMA films which are indicative of aggregation induced emission (AIE). Detailed crystal structure analysis suggested that intermolecular interactions are important for efficient RTP. Furthermore, photophysical studies of the isolated molecules in a frozen glass, in combination with DFT/MRCI calculations, show that (σ, B p)→(π, B p) transitions accelerate the ISC process. This work provides a new approach for the design of RTP materials without (n, π*) transitions.  相似文献

报道了全固态连续波571.6 nm黄光激光器.黄激光是分别由两片Nd∶YAG的1 444 nm和946 nm谱线非线性和频产生,两条谱线在各自晶体对应能级跃迁分别为4F3/2-4I15/2和4F3/2-4I9/2.实验中采用复合腔结构,利用RTP晶体II类临界相位进行内腔和频,当注入到两片Nd∶YAG晶体的抽运功率分别为25 W和14.8 W时,获得562 mW的连续波571.6 nm黄激光输出,4 h功率稳定度优于±2.9%.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to verify applicability of electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) ex vivo dosimetry in teeth enamel for determination of doses absorbed by patients during radiotherapy with radiation fields covering head regions and to examine with what accuracy the doses predicted by radiotherapy treatment plan (RTP) can be confirmed by doses measured ex post by the EPR method. The doses were determined in 22 enamel samples obtained from 11 patients who, after their radiotherapy treatment underwent extraction of teeth due to medical reasons. The delivered doses were determined by measuring EPR signals in enamel samples from the extracted teeth; magnitude of these signals is proportional to concentration of stable free radicals induced by radiation in the hydroxyapatite content of enamel. The measured doses were compared with doses planned in the teeth locations by RTP systems. The relation between the measured (Dm) and the planned (Dp) doses can be described as a linear function: Dm = s·Dp + b, with the slope s = 0.93 ± 0.03 and the intercept b = 0.67 ± 1.26. The deviations between the measured and calculated doses were in the (−12.6%, +1.9%) range with the average deviation of – 4.6%. It is concluded, than more accurate measurements, achievable when using a higher calibration dose than in the present study, are necessary to confirm or to deny the observed bias between the measured and planned doses.  相似文献

提出了一种计算缓存区大小的改进方案.根据RTCP包中反馈回的丢包率,动态地改变音频数据的发送策略,有区分地采取差错控制手段,提高了网络带宽的利用率.在此基础上,设计了一个以RTP协议为基础的音频会议系统的模型,并在Linux平台上用多线程的方法实现了各个模块.模拟实验表明,该系统能自适应地调整缓存区大小和数据包的发送策略,在实时性及带宽资源的利用上都达到了较理想的效果.  相似文献

The RTP electro-optical Q-switched ceramic laser at the wavelength of 678 nm with narrow pulse width is studied. We used the laser diode arrays side-pumped Nd:YAG ceramic crystal with 1.1 at% Nd doping and dimensions of Φ3 mm × 50 mm, designed folding cavity parameters, and discussed the variation of the beam radius in the ceramic crystal and frequency doubling crystal with the thermal focal length of ceramic crystal or KTP crystal. By using double RTP crystals as electro-optic Q-switch and KTP crystal type II phase matching for intracavity frequency-doubling, a narrow pulse width electro-optical Q-switched Nd:YAG ceramic laser was obtained. The output energy of 0.9 mJ and the pulse width of 41.6 ns at 678 nm are obtained at the repetition rate of 1000 Hz and pumped power of 144 W. The results formed the basis for the further development of the high power and high efficiency ceramic red laser.  相似文献

通过水相合成法制备了硫鸟嘌呤(TG)修饰的锰掺杂硫化锌量子点(TG-Mn:ZnS QDs)。加入Pt4+后,Pt4+会与硫鸟嘌呤上的氮原子结合形成N-Pt4+配位结构附着在TG-Mn:ZnS QDs的表面,随着Pt4+浓度的增加,TG-Mn:ZnS QDs-Pt4+体系发生电子转移而导致磷光逐渐被猝灭,基于此构建了检测Pt4+的磷光探针。实验中考察了p H、时间对Pt4+猝灭TG-Mn:ZnS QDs磷光强度的影响。在最佳实验条件下,Pt4+浓度在0.06~2.4μg/mL范围内与TG-Mn:ZnS QDs的磷光强度呈良好的线性关系y=0.0884x+0.2319,R2=0.991,方法检出限(3σ/n)为1.3μg/mL。该磷光探针适用于实际样品中Pt4+含量的测定。  相似文献

The nitridation of niobium films approximately 250 and 650 nm thick by rapid thermal processing (RTP) at 800 °C in molecular nitrogen or ammonia was investigated. The niobium films were deposited by electron beam evaporation on silicon substrates covered by a 100 or 300 nm thick thermally grown SiO2 layer. In these investigations the reactivity of ammonia and molecular nitrogen was compared with regard to nitride formation and reaction with the SiO2 substrate layer. The phases formed were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD). Depth profiles of the elements in the films were recorded by use of secondary neutral mass spectrometry (SNMS). Microstructure and spatial distribution of the elements were imaged by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy-filtered TEM (EFTEM). Electron energy loss spectra (EELS) were taken at selected positions to discriminate between different nitride, oxynitride, and oxide phases. The results provide clear evidence of the expected higher reactivity of ammonia in nitride formation and reaction with the SiO2 substrate layer. Outdiffusion of oxygen into the niobium film and indiffusion of nitrogen from the surface of the film result in the formation of oxynitride in a zone adjacent to the Nb/SiO2 interface. SNMS profiles of nitrogen reveal a distinct tail which is attributed to enhanced diffusion of nitrogen along grain boundaries.  相似文献
