We present and study a fractal model of a non-uniform granular system for the first time, based on which wenumerically solve the dynamics actions in the system successfully in one-dimensional case. The multi-mixture is composed of N different particles, whose granularity distribution has the fractal characteristic. The particles are subject to inelastic mutual collisions and obey to Langevin equation between collisions. Far from the equilibrium,i.e. the given typical relaxation time τ of the driving Brownian process is much larger than the mean collision time τc, the results of simulation indicate that the degree of inhomogeneity in the granularity distribution signed by the fractal dimension D of size distribution has great influence on the dynamics actions of the system. The velocity distribution deviates obviously from the Gaussian distribution and the particles cluster more pronouncedly with the larger value of D in the system. 基于荧光激发光谱和发射光谱对波长呈高斯分布的设定,本文推导出固定波长同步荧光光谱峰峰值位置、相对强度和半峰宽度等3个主要光谱参数的理论计算式。所提出的计算式应用于若干荧光物质光谱参数的计算,并和实测值、文献计算值作了对照。结果表明,和文献计算方法相比,本法与所研究物质的实际光谱参数较为接近,可为固定波长同步荧光光谱参数的理论计算提供一有效方法。 相似文献

The emission angle and the transverse momentum distributions of projectile fragments produced in the fragmentation of 56Fe on CHs, C and A1 targets at 471 A MeV are measured. It is found that for the same target, the average value and width of the angular distribution decrease with an increase of the projectile fragment charge; for the same projectile fragment, the average value of the distribution increases and the width of the distribution decreases with increasing the target charge number. The transverse momentum distribution of a projectile fragment can be explained by a single Gaussian distribution and the averaged transverse momentum per nucleon decreases with the increase of the charge of projectile fragment. The cumulated squared transverse momentum distribution of a projectile fragment can be explained well by a single Rayleigh distribution. The temperature parameter of the emission source of the projectile fragment, calculated from the cumulated squared transverse momentum distribution, decreases with the increase of the size of the projectile fragment. 相似文献

The entanglement in one-dimensional random XY spin systems where the impurities of exchange couplings and the external magnetic fields are considered as random variables is investigated by solving the different spin-spin correlation functions and the average magnetization per spin. The entanglement dynamics near particular locations of the system is also studied when the exchange couplings (or the external magnetic fields) satisfy three different distributions (the Gaussian distribution, double-Gaussian distribution, and bimodal distribution). We find that the entanglement can be controlled by varying the strength of external magnetic field and the distributions of impurities. Moreover, the entanglement of some nearest-neighbouring qubits can be increased for certain parameter values of the three different distributions. 相似文献

This paper investigates the current-voltage (I-V) characteristics of Al/Ti/4H-SiC Schottky barrier diodes (SBDs) in the temperature range of 77 K-500 K, which shows that Al/Ti/4H SiC SBDs have good rectifying behaviour. An abnormal behaviour, in which the zero bias barrier height decreases while the ideality factor increases with decreasing temperature (T), has been successfully interpreted by using thermionic emission theory with Gaussian distribution of the barrier heights due to the inhomogeneous barrier height at the A1/Ti/4H-SiC interface. The effective Richardson constant A* = 154 A/cm2 . K2 is determined by means of a modified Richardson plot In(I0/T2) - (qσ)2/2(κT)2 versus q/kT, which is very close to the theoretical value 146 A/cm2 · K2. 相似文献

依附于互联网电子商务的在线采购拍卖交易, 对传统的贝叶斯离线拍卖理论提出新的挑战, 因为面对不同时间点的投标, 采购电商必须即可决策出是否中标以及购买价格。鉴于此, 对于诸如石油、煤、粮食等无限可分商品的电子采购, 本文基于投标具有高斯分布特征设计了一种激励相容的在线采购策略, 演绎出在线采购的数学模型, 利用Runge-Kutta数值算法, 通过Matlab编程求解出采购电商在线定价策略的需求曲线及其对应的竞争比, 最后, 利用数值模拟, 将在线采购机制策略与纯竞争分析得到的在线采购策略比较, 结果显示利用了高斯分布信息的在线采购策略的竞争性能由于利用了投标的统计信息而得到了提高。 相似文献
