多孔氮化硼掺杂聚吡咯-2,3,3-三甲基吲哚固相微萃取涂层的制备及多环芳烃的检测

多环芳烃(PAHs)是持久性有机污染物中的一种，大部分具有较强的致癌、致畸和致突变性，对生态环境和人类健康易造成严重威胁。由于环境样品基质复杂且其中PAHs含量低，因此在仪器分析之前需要对环境样品进行必要的前处理。萃取材料的特性是决定大部分前处理技术萃取效率的关键。基于此，本文以低成本且富含较多官能团的吡咯(py)、2,3,3-三甲基吲哚(2,3,3-TMe@In)为单体，多孔氮化硼为掺杂物，采用电化学循环伏安法制备出多孔氮化硼掺杂聚吡咯-2,3,3-三甲基吲哚(Ppy/P2,3,3-TMe@In/BN)复合涂层，通过扫描电子显微镜、热稳定性分析、傅里叶红外光谱等手段对Ppy/P2,3,3-TMe@In/BN进行表征，结果表明：该涂层呈现出多孔、多褶皱的枝状结构，该结构有利于增加涂层的比表面积，从而实现对PAHs的大量富集；在320℃解吸温度下，涂层材料的色谱基线基本稳定，表明该涂层具有良好的热稳定性。将其修饰在不锈钢丝表面制成固相微萃取涂层，结合气相色谱-氢火焰离子化检测器，对影响萃取和分离萘(NAP)、苊(ANY)、芴(FLU)3种PAHs的条件进行优化，建立了用于以上3种PAHs...     

钙钛矿型Sr_（1－x）Bi_xFeO_（3－y）系列物的结构、电性及铁氧化态研究

在１１００℃制备了钙钛矿型非计量系列物Ｓｒ_（１－ｘ）Ｂｉ_ｘＦｅＯ_（３－ｙ），与文献相比，明显具有温度低、时间短、能耗少的特点。用化学分析方法测得其化学式及Ｆｅ离子的平均价态，用ＸＲＤ、交流阻抗、ＩＲ、Ｍｏｓｓｂａｕｅｒ谱等方法研究了其结构与性质，该类化合物具有Ｐｍ３ｍ对称性和半导体性质，铁离子会产生电荷歧化现象。

金属β-二酮化合物用于MOCVD法生长铁电氧化物薄膜

对用于MOCVD法生长铁电氧化物薄膜的金属β－二酮化合物的制备、结构及性质进行了评述，对它们在生长铁电薄膜中的应用现状进行了介绍，并对它们的应用前景作了展望。     

HI—V族化合物半导体的高能重离子辐照缺陷研究·

用正电子湮没寿命谱技术研究了2.4×1O15/cm2、2.2×1016/cm2注量的85MeV19F离子辐照N型GaP和1.6×1016/cm 2注量的85MeV19F离子辐照P型InP所产生的辐照缺陷.结果表明:两种注量辐照在GaP中均产生较高浓度的单空位.其浓度随着辐照注量的增大而增加;辐照也在InP中产生较高浓度的单空位.     

Study on the Reaction of Benzimidazolium Salt with Amine Compounds

The addition-hydrolysis reaction of benzimidazolium salt with some mono- and bifunctional amine nucleophiles is reported,and a novel method of biomimetic synthesis for formamides and heterocycle compounds is provided.     

Theoretical Analysis of Characteristics of GaxInl—x NyAsl—y／GaAs Quantum Well Lasers with Different Intermediate Layers

Based on the band anticrossing model, the effects of the strain-compensated layer and the strain-mediated layero n the band structure, gain and differential gain of GalnNAs/GaAs quantum well lasers have been investigated. The results show that the GaNAs barrier has a disadvantage in increasing the density of states in the conduction band. Meanwhile, the multilayer quantum wells need higher transparency carrier density than the GalnNAs/GaAs single quantum well with the same wavelength. However, they help to suppress the degradation of the differential gain. The calculation also shows that from the viewpoint of band structure, the strain-compensated structure and the strain-mediated structure have similar features.     

A New Triterpene from the Orchid Pholidota yunnanensis

A new triterpene, 25-methylenecyclopholidonyl p-hydroxy-trans-cinnamate, was isolated from a orchid Pholidota yunnanensis. The structure elucidation and ^1H, ^13C-NMR assignments were achieved by spectral and chemical method.
