A Generalization of the Mean Size Formula of Wavelet Packets in Lp

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the mean size formula of wavelet packets in Lp for 0 〈 p ≤ ∞. We generalize a mean size formula of wavelet packets given in terms of the p-norm joint spectral radius and we also give some asymptotic formulas for the Lp-norm or quasi-norm on the subdivision trees. OPTIMAL HARVESTING POLICY FOR INSHORE-OFFSHORE FISHERY MODEL WITH IMPULSIVE DIFFUSION

This article studies the inshore-offshore fishery model with impulsive diffusion. The existence and global asymptotic stability of both the trivial periodic solution and the positive periodic solution are obtained. The complexity of this system is also analyzed. Moreover, the optimal harvesting policy are given for the inshore subpopulation, which includes the maximum sustainable yield and the corresponding harvesting effort.     

ASYMPTOTIC BEHAVIOR OF THE DRIFT-DIFFUSION SEMICONDUCTOR EQUATIONS

This paper is devoted to the long time behavior for the Drift-diffusion semi-conductor equations. It is proved that the dynamical system has a compact, connected and maximal attractor when the mobilities are constants and generation-recombination term is the Auger model; as well as the semigroup S(t) defined by the solutions map is differential. Moreover the upper bound of Hausdorff dimension for the attractor is given.

求解P0函数互补问题的一种微分方程方法

本针对P0函数互补问题，给出了一种微方程方法，并且证明了P0函数互补问题的解是微分方程系统的渐进稳定平衡点。在适当的假设条件下，证明了所给出的算法具有二次收敛速度。几个数值例子表明了该算法的有效性。

因子分析过程的并行处理

本文讨论因子分析的并行计算问题。我们分别给出了样品相关阵的建立、样品相关阵特征值问题的求解和因子载荷阵的方差极大正交旋转的并行算法,将它们适当协调即可形成因子分析过程的一种并行处理方案。文中所提算法均适用于SIMD型并行处理机。
