Gauss-Manin connections for arrangements, III Formal connections

We study the Gauss-Manin connection for the moduli space of an arrangement of complex hyperplanes in the cohomology of a complex rank one local system. We define formal Gauss-Manin connection matrices in the Aomoto complex and prove that, for all arrangements and all local systems, these formal connection matrices specialize to Gauss-Manin connection matrices.

     

Curvature of curvilinear 4-webs and pencils of one forms: Variation on a theorem of Poincaré, Mayrhofer and Reidemeister

A curvilinear d-web W = (F ₁ , . . . , F _d ) is a configuration of d curvilinear foliations F _i on a surface. When d = 3, Bott connections of the normal bundles of F _i extend naturally to equal affine connection, which is called Chern connection. For 3 < d, this is the case if and only if the modulus of tangents to the leaves of F _i at a point is constant. A d-web is associative if the modulus is constant and weakly associative if Chern connections of all 3-subwebs have equal curvature form. We give a geometric interpretation of the curvature form in terms of fake billiard in §2, and prove that a weakly associative d-web is associative if Chern connections of triples of the members are non flat, and then the foliations are defined by members of a pencil (projective linear family of dim 1) of 1-forms. This result completes the classification of weakly associative 4-webs initiated by Poincaré, Mayrhofer and Reidemeister for the flat case. In §4, we generalize the result for n + 2-webs of n-spaces. Dielectric effect on the rf characteristics of a helical groove travelling wave tube

A new type of partial-dielectric-loaded helical groove slow-wave structure (SWS) for millimetre wave travelling wave tube (TWT） is presented in this paper.The radio-frequency characteristics including the dispersion properties,the longitudinal electric field distribution and the beam-wave coupling impedance of this structure are analysed.The results show that the dispersion of the helical groove circuit is weakened,the phase velocity is reduced and the position of the maximum Ez is moved from the mouth to the inside of the groove after partially filling the dielectric materials in the helical groove SWS.Therefore,the dielectric-loaded helical groove SWS is suitable for a multi-beam TWT with broad band and high gain.     

Difference discrete connection and curvature on cubic lattice Dedicated to Professor Sheng GONG on the occasion of his 75th birthday

In a way similar to the continuous case formally, we define in different but equivalent manners the difference discrete connection and curvature on discrete vector bundle over the regular lattice as base space. We deal with the difference operators as the discrete counterparts of the derivatives based upon the differential calculus on the lattice. One of the definitions can be extended to the case over the random lattice. We also discuss the relation between our approach and the lattice gauge theory and apply to the discrete integrable systems.     

关于Hopf丛S3的几个论题

本文证明了Hopf主纤维丛S^3的几个相关的命题，指出底流形S^3上的Laplace算子在主丛上的提升是主丛S^3上的Laplace算子，以及主丛的嵌入截面具有不动点性质等。     

New Plasmon Waveguides Composed of Twin Metal Wedges with a Nano Gap

We have numerically shown the existence of coupled wedge plasmons (CWPs) which propagates along a nano gap of a twin metal wedge. The CWPs are formed by wedge plasmons which can interact with each other. The dispersion relations of the wavenumber, propagation distance, and beam area of CWPs, are described and show that the characteristics of CWPs are similar to those of wedge plasmons and of gap plasmons. We also propose a new plasmon waveguide composed of twin metal wedges with a nano gap.

新型制冷机冷凝器壳侧的传热强化研究

针对现行制冷机冷凝器的不足 ,设计了适用于冷凝传热的新型折流杆冷凝器的壳程内部结构 ,并分析了其传热强化机理。在重力控制条件下 ,对不同内部支承结构与管束组合的冷凝器进行了传热实验研究 ,得到了水蒸汽在冷凝器壳侧的冷凝传热特性曲线。采用冷凝传热强化因子的概念 ,建立了预测该种折流杆冷凝器壳侧冷凝传热膜系数的计算公式 ,为折流杆冷疑器在制冷系统中的设计应用提供了理论依据。     

半连续格的刻画和映射

本文讨论了半连续格的一些性质,在半连续格中引入半Scott开集族,用半Scott开集族来刻画半连续格,同时定义了半连续格之间的半连续映射,得到闭包算子的像仍是半连续格的条件.最后,研究了半连续格上的半连续映射的全体不动点之集的性质。
