在自动化测量技术迅速发展的今天,国内外对船舶吨位的测定却主要依据船舶图纸及证件,存在着诸多弊端。为解决上述问题,本文在对侧扫声纳成像原理分析后,认为侧扫声纳对水面目标同样可以成像,设计了利用侧扫声纳测量内河航道过闸船舶实载总吨位的测量方案。为了对测量方案进行验证,本文使用Starfish 450F型侧扫声纳于常州魏村船闸开展实地测量实验,所得理论计算结果与实际丈量结果误差较小,证明了本文提出的船舶吨位测量技术的可行性,对船舶吨位自动化测量的实现具有一定的价值。  相似文献

Ambient noise data measured in an experiment conducted in shallow water near a sea-route were analyzed. It was observed that, at low frequency, the horizontal correlation has an obvious difference from that predicted by the classical ambient noise model. The theoretical analyses show that this phenomenon is caused by wind noise together with the discrete shipping noise nearby. An ambient noise model was proposed to include the effects caused by both the noise sources. Data measured at different times verify that the proposed model can be used to forecast the ambient noise field in shallow water near the sea-route. 提高港口国监控(PSC)的检查效率,本文研究了船舶固有属性(船舶年龄、船旗、船级社、船舶尺度)、港口国检查缺陷项与船舶事故间的影响关系。本文所使用的数据主要来自于英国劳氏船级社(LR)、国际海事组织(IMO)和东京谅解备忘录(Tokyo MOU)三个数据库,共5478条干散货船数据。利用贝叶斯网络(BN)构建模型,并分别采用Bayesian Network (BN)和Greedy thick thinning(GTT)算法构建网络模型。同时利用K-折交叉验证、对数似然函数(LL)、赤池信息量准则(AIC)和贝叶斯信息准则(BIC)对模型进行评估。结果表明船舶的固有属性和关键检查缺陷项对船舶事故均有较高的直接影响,而大多数的港口国监控检查缺陷之间具有相互影响,并且通过关键检查缺陷项对船舶事故产生间接影响。因此可以利用关键检查缺陷项优化港口国检验制度,提高检验效率。  相似文献

This paper presents the calculated results for three classes of typical modern ships in modelling of ship‐generated waves. Simulations of turbulent free‐surface flows around ships are performed in a numerical water tank, based on the FINFLO‐RANS SHIP solver developed at Helsinki University of Technology. The Reynolds‐averaged Navier–Stokes (RANS) equations with the artificial compressibility and the non‐linear free‐surface boundary conditions are discretized by means of a cell‐centred finite‐volume scheme. The convergence performance is improved with the multigrid method. A free surface is tracked using a moving mesh technology, in which the non‐linear free‐surface boundary conditions are given on the actual location of the free surface. Test cases recommended are a container ship, a US Navy combatant and a tanker. The calculated results are compared with the experimental data available in the literature in terms of the wave profiles, wave pattern, and turbulent flow fields for two turbulence models, Chien's low Reynolds number k–εmodel and Baldwin–Lomax's model. Furthermore, the convergence performance, the grid refinement study and the effect of turbulence models on the waves have been investigated. Abstract

The article studies the valuation and optimal management of Time Charters with Purchase Options (T/C–POPs), which is a specific type of asset lease with embedded options that is common in shipping markets. T/C–POPs are economically significant and sometimes account for more than half of the stock market value of listed shipping companies.

The main source of risk in markets for maritime transportation is the freight rate, and we therefore specify a single-factor continuous time model for the dynamic evolution of freight rates that allows us to price a wide variety of freight rate-related derivatives including various forms of T/C–POPs using contingent claims valuation techniques. Our model allows for the derivation of closed valuation formulas for some simple freight rate derivatives, whereas the more complex ones are analysed using numerical (finite difference) procedures. We accompany our theoretical results with illustrative numerical examples as we proceed.  相似文献

信息作战环境下,对我方舰船位置坐标与敌方舰船所在地理位置坐标进行准确、快速定位是定位系统设计的必备条件;传统舰船上使用的舰船定位系统存在定位源信号追踪稳定性差、恶劣环境下的定位信号搜索域范围小、定位波反干扰性差等一系列的问题;通过深度的研究分析,提出信息作战环境下舰船无源定位系统设计;采用三维立体空间定位单元、广域GPNS信号检索模组与谐波振频反干扰技术,实现作战环境下舰船无源定位系统设计;对作战环境下舰船无源定位系统的设计进行仿真实验测试;仿真实验测试证明,提出的信息作战环境下舰船无源定位系统设计具有定位速度快、坐标定位准、定位源抗干扰性强的优点,满足当今恶劣的信息作战环境,能够达到无源定位的目的。  相似文献
