Robust speed control of a low damped electromechanical system with backlash is studied, controlled load angular speed being not measured. The proposed control strategy combines a Luenberger observer (load angular speed and load torque disturbance estimations) and a robust CRONE controller. The observer provides estimation of the load angular speed and of the disturbance torque applied on the load. Through the computation of only three independent parameters (as many as a PID controller), the CRONE controller permits to ensure the robust speed control of the load in spite of plant parametric variations and speed observation errors. The proposed control strategy is applied to a four mass experimental test bench.  相似文献

Differential game formulations provide an adequate basis for a guidance law synthesis against highly maneuvering targets. This paper deals with a guidance law based on a linear-quadratic differential game formulation. This guidance law has many attractive properties: it is continuous, linear with respect to the state variables, and its gain coefficients can be precalculated offline. Nevertheless, due to the lack of hard control constraints in the formulation, the magnitude of the control can exceed the admissible level imposed by the nature of the problem. In this paper, the upper bound of the interceptor control is obtained depending on the system parameters and the penalty coefficients of the game performance index. It is shown that the interceptor can guarantee an arbitrarily small miss distance without exceeding the control constraints if it has sufficient maneuverability and if the penalty coefficients are chosen properly. By manipulating the penalty coefficients, it is possible to reduce significantly the maneuverability requirements compared to the case of zero interceptor penalty coefficient.  相似文献

In this paper a predictive control strategy is applied to a periodic-review dynamic inventory system with deteriorating items. Given the current inventory level, we determine the optimal production rates to be implemented at the beginning of each of the following periods over the control horizon. The effectiveness of this approach is the use of future information of the inventory target level and the desired production rate, which are available, along the fixed horizon. The deterioration coefficient may be known or unknown and both cases are considered. In the case where it is unknown, the self-tuning predictive control is applied. The proposed control algorithms are illustrated by simulations.  相似文献

根据光束偏转原理,研制了激光等离子体冲击波自动测试系统的硬件和软件。该系统使用计算机与可编程序控制器作为上下位机,采取上下位机通讯的方式控制步进电机及二维移动架的移动,以改变探测光的相对位置,并利用单模光纤和光电倍增管将探测到的光偏转信号传入数字示波器进行存储,最后计算机将示波器中采集到的光偏转信号进行分析处理。使用该系统对激光等离子冲击波的衰减过程进行了实际测试,得到了较为理想的实验结果。  相似文献

Shaping command input or preshaping is used for reducing system oscillation in motion control. Desired systems inputs are altered so that the system finishes the requested move without residual oscillation. This technique, developed by N.C. Singer and W.P. Seering, is used for example in the aerospace field, in particular in flexible structure control. This paper presents the study of ZV shaper for explicit fractional derivative systems (generalized derivative systems). A robustness study of ZV shaper is then presented and applied to improve second generation CRONE control response time. Results from simulation and from a DC motor bench are also given.  相似文献

Finding Robust Solutions Using Local Search   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
This paper investigates how a local search metaheuristic for continuous optimisation can be adapted so that it finds broad peaks, corresponding to robust solutions. This is relevant in problems in which uncertain or noisy data is present. When using a genetic or evolutionary algorithm, it is standard practice to perturb solutions once before evaluating them, using noise from a given distribution. This approach however, is not valid when using population-less techniques like local search and other heuristics that use local search. For those algorithms to find robust solutions, each solution needs to be perturbed and evaluated several times, and these evaluations need to be combined into a measure of robustness. In this paper, we examine how many of these evaluations are needed to reliably find a robust solution. We also examine the effect of the parameters of the noise distribution. Using a simple tabu search procedure, the proposed approach is tested on several functions found in the literature. A number of sequential injection analysis (SIA) measurement methods have been developed during the last years. Almost all have been used in laboratory conditions with good results, but very few have been implemented as on-line methods, applied to non-stop measurements, producing immediate results for process control. The transfer of an SIA system from laboratory to an industrial facility [J. Ruzicka, Anal. Chim. Acta 261 (1992) 3] requires a whole new range of details to be taken into account. Some SIA platform related topics will be discussed. There are numerous ways of building an SIA system that meets the needs of the industry. One alternative, SIAmate, is presented.  相似文献
