37mm冲压加速器试验和计算

气动中心超高速所自1995年正式开展冲压加速器研究以来,自行研制成功了国内第一座冲压加速器．给出冲压加速器这一新型超高速发射器的工作原理及国内外研究现状,然后介绍气动中心超高速所37mm冲压加速器系统组成、典型发射试验结果及有关的数值计算工作．     

94 GHz回旋管准光模式变换器设计

基于几何光学理论和矢量绕射理论,研究了将回旋管及其他高功率微波器件的振荡输出模式转换成准光高斯波束的模式变换器,采用伏拉索夫(Vlasov)辐射器和三级准光反射面实现了准高斯模TEM₀₀的横向输出.研究了Vlasov辐射器的工作机理,运用矢量绕射理论计算出波导辐射场,口面电流分布的方法计算反射面辐射场.通过编写程序设计了将94 GHz,模式为TE₆₂的毫米波转化为准光高斯波束的内置式准光模式变换器. 关键词： 94 GHz回旋管 内置式准光模式变换器 Vlasov辐射器 矢量绕射理论     

Improved method for analyzing quasi-optical launchers

An improved method for analyzing the radiation characteristic of the quasi-optical launcher is presented. The launcher is decomposed into an open-ended waveguide and a helical cut according to the proposed method. The radiation from the open-ended waveguide is obtained by using the Stratton-Chu formulation. The helical cut＇s radiation is calculated based on its current distribution, gained by several iterative computations, which helps to improve the calculation accuracy since the diffraction effect introduced by the helical cut is considered during the calculation. The proposed method is used to study different launches, and the results are compared with the existing results. Good agreement is achieved between the results obtained from our proposed method and the reported results. The present results provide an alternative for analysis and synthesis of the optical-mode converter.     

电磁弹射灭火弹消防系统研究

首先介绍了我国严峻的火灾形势,阐明现有气动和火箭发射灭火弹装置的研究现状,针对射程不足、火工品使用限制等问题,提出采用电磁线圈发射器发射灭火弹进行灭火,基于电流丝模型法设计了一种10级线圈发射器模型,以脉冲电容器作为初始能源,采用续流电路对线圈进行时序放电,可将7.2 kg抛体加速至最高速度171 m/s,出口速度154 m/s,发射效率达15%,分析表明现有电磁线圈发射器能够满足灭火弹的发射需要。提出一种智能化无人电磁弹射灭火弹消防系统,智能指挥控制系统利用无人机采集火场信息,制定灭火策略,指挥无人电磁发射灭火车发射灭火弹实现精准高效灭火,根据灭火效能评估结果调整灭火方案,直至完成灭火任务。     

23 mm电热化学发射装置研究

 简要介绍了23 mm电热化学发射系统的能源、控制、发射装置和测试技术。分析了过氧化氢浓度对辛烷与过氧化氢混合物发射性能的影响。介绍了几种配方液体推进剂的发射实验结果。     

爆炸力学实验技术新进展

本文综述了爆炸力学实验和测试技术的最新进展。      

超高速发射装置的数值模拟

 应用二维Lagrangian有限元程序EPFT101对超高速发射装置作数值模拟设计。对速度超过10 km/s的发射飞片作了系统研究。为防止飞片的破碎和熔化,采用密度梯度结构装置冲击固定飞片,为使固定飞片达到最大的可能发射速度,采用了筒的延伸技术,并通过数值模拟,优化了超高速发射条件。计算结果表明,当密度梯度结构装置的初始冲击速度为5.8 km/s（或6.0 km/s）时,1.063 g钛合金飞片的速度可达到10 km/s以上。飞片的纵横比为0.3。     

一个刚柔耦合的火箭发射架动力学模型

对刚柔耦合火箭发射架进行了动力学建模．将火箭发射架分成两个子系统,一个是多刚体系统,另一个是空间大位移运动的柔性发射管．先对这两个子系统的动力学分别建模,然后再考虑这两个系统之间的动力学耦合,从而获得整个系统的动力学模型．这种方法把复杂系统离散成简单系统,再由现存的简单系统的动力学模型组合成整个系统的动力学模型,使得整个建模过程高效、方便．     

A DYNAMIC MODEL FOR ROCKET LAUNCHER WITH COUPLED RIGID AND FLEXIBLW MOTION

The dynamics of a coupled rigid-flexible rocket launcher is reported. The coupled rigid-flexible rocket launcher is divided into two subsystems, one is a system of rigid bodies,the other a flexible launch tube which can undergo large overall motions spatially. First, the mathematical models for these two subsystems were established respectively. Then the dynamic model for the whole system was obtained by considering the coupling effect between these two subsystems. The approach, which divides a complex system into several simple subsystems first and then obtains the dynamic model for the whole system via combining the existing dynamic models for simple subsystems, can make the modeling procedure efficient and convenient.     

高速喷流下的柔性旋转火箭发射系统瞬态响应

对于柔性旋转火箭发射系统，考虑高速燃气喷流作用下的系统耦合振动．建立发射系统动力学模型，数值计算发射管流场结构，确定系统瞬态响应和燃气流冲击对火箭发射姿态的影响，更加真实地模拟柔性旋转火箭的发射动力学环境．
