对Nb3Sn超导线低温下残余应力进行了分析。通过分析复合材料产生热应力的机理,给出弹性假设下计算残余应变的公式。用有限元分析计算了超导线制造到降温过程中各组分的应力变化情况,得到Nb3Sn超导丝在低温下的残余应变,模拟了不锈钢管对超导线残余应力的影响。  相似文献

We consider incremental problem arising in elasto-plastic models with isotropic hardening. Our goal is to derive computable and guaranteed bounds of the difference between the exact solution and any function in the admissible (energy) class of the problem considered. Such estimates are obtained by an advanced version of the variational approach earlier used for linear boundary-value problems and nonlinear variational problems with convex functionals [24, 30]. They do no contain mesh-dependent constants and are valid for any conforming approximations regardless of the method used for their derivation. It is shown that the structure of error majorant reflects properties of the exact solution so that the majorant vanishes only if an approximate solution coincides with the exact one. Moreover, it possesses necessary continuity properties, so that any sequence of approximations converging to the exact solution in the energy space generates a sequence of positive numbers (explicitly computable by the majorant functional) that tends to zero.   相似文献

In the present study, an effective model is proposed to predict the effective elastic behavior of the three-phase composite containing spherical inclusions, each of which is surrounded by an interphase layer. The constitutive equations are derived for the stress and strain of each phase of the composite subjected to a far-field tension. Based on these constitutive laws, the effective bulk, shear and Young’s modulus are obtained. A statistical debonding criterion is adopted to characterize the varying probability of the evolution of interphase debonding. Influences of debonding damage, particle volume fraction, interphase properties and bonding strength on overall mechanical behavior of composites are also discussed. Numerical analyses are carried out on particle-reinforced composites and the predictions have a good agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

A stochastic variational inequality is proposed to model a white noise excited elasto-plastic oscillator. The solution of this inequality is essentially a continuous diffusion process for which a governing diffusion equation is obtained to study the evolution in time of its probability distribution. The diffusion equation is degenerate, but using the fact that the degeneracy occurs on a bounded region we are able to show the existence of a unique solution satisfying the desired properties. We prove the ergodic properties of the process and characterize the invariant measure. Our approach relies on extending Khasminskii’s method (Stochastic Stability of Differential Equations, Sijthoff and Noordhoff, 1980), which in the present context leads to the study of degenerate Dirichlet problems with nonlocal boundary conditions. A series of triaxial compression tests was carried out on a frozen sandy soil under confining pressures of 0–18 MPa at −6 °C. The experimental results indicate that, the strength of frozen sandy soil increases versus the increase in the confining pressures when σ3 ? 3 MPa, but decreases when σ3 > 3 MPa. This phenomenon is called the strengthening and weakening effects of confining pressures. A yield function, considering both effects, is proposed using the experimental method according to Drucker’s postulate, and the mathematical expression of the hardening parameter, which can describe the softening and hardening phenomenon, is provided. An elasto-plastic constitutive model for frozen sandy soil is developed. Based on the continuum damage theory, the cross anisotropic damage variables are deduced and their change regularities are investigated. Then the elasto-plastic damage constitutive model is proposed by introducing damage variables into elasto-plastic constitutive model. The validity of the model is verified by comparing its modeling results with experimental results obtained from triaxial tests. It is found that, this model can predict the deformation regularity of frozen soil exactly. It can simulate the stress–strain process under high confining pressures when pressure melting phenomena appear especially well.  相似文献

Many approaches for estimating mode I fracture toughness (KIC) using circumferentially notched tensile (CNT) specimen have been demonstrated in the literature. In this paper, an effective approach for estimating fracture toughness from the numerical solution of critical crack tip opening displacement (CTOD) is proposed. An elasto-plastic finite element analysis is used to estimate critical CTOD values for CNT specimens. A number of materials are analysed, and the relationship between KIC and critical CTOD for CNT specimens is obtained. The proposed relationship is validated by comparing the fracture toughness values obtained from the relationship with those obtained experimentally using CNT specimens. The fracture toughness (KIC) calculated according to this relationship from numerically obtained critical CTOD is found to be in close agreement with the experimentally obtained fracture toughness for the respective materials.  相似文献

Based on pair functional potentials, Cauchy-Born rule and slip mechanism, a material model assembling with spring-bundle components, a cubage component and slip components is established to describe the elasto-plastic damage constitutive relation under finite deformation. The expansion/shrink, translation and distortion of yield surfaces can be calculated based on the hardening rule and Bauschinger effect defined on the slip component level. Both kinematic and isotropic hardening are included. Numerical simulations and predictions under tension, torsion, and combined tension-torsion proportional/non-proportional loading are performed to obtain the evolution of subsequent yield surfaces and elastic constants and compare with two sets of experimental data in literature, one for a very low work hardening aluminum alloy Al 6061-T6511, and another for a very high work hardening aluminum alloy annealed 1100 Al. The feature of the yield surface in shape change, which presents a sharp front accompanied by a blunt rear under proportional loading, is described by the latent hardening and Bauschinger effect of slip components. Further, the evolution law of subsequent yield surfaces under different proportional loading paths is investigated in terms of their equivalence. The numerical simulations under non-proportional loading conditions for annealed 1100 Al are performed, and the subsequent yield surfaces exhibit mixed cross effect because the kinematic hardening and isotropic hardening follow different evolution tendency when loading path changes. The results of non-proportional loading demonstrate that the present model has the ability to address the issue of complex loading due to the introduction of state variables on slip components. Moreover, as an elasto-plastic damage constitutive model, the present model can also reflect the variation of elastic constants through damage defined on the spring-bundle components.  相似文献

Hoek-Brown经验准则能够较容易地用来估计节理岩体的强度,在岩石工程界已得到广泛的应用和认可。只要用定量指标合理地描述岩体质量,就可确定岩体的强度,因此Hoek-Brown经验准则为通过岩体质量评分评价岩体稳定性架起了一座桥梁,并对需要采取的加固支护措施提出建议。地下硐室开挖后改变了岩体的初始应力状态,围岩应力产生应力重分布现象。当硐室周边围岩应力状态超过岩体弹性极限状态而进入塑性状态时,塑性区内岩体的应力满足极限平衡条件。本文简单回顾了当侧压力系数为1时,圆形硐室围岩的弹性应力和位移,在此基础上以Hoek-Brown经验准则为极限平衡条件,得到圆形硐室轴对称平面应变问题的围岩弹塑性应力和位移的分析解。  相似文献

Damped transient dynamic elasto-plastic analysis of plate is investigated. A finite element model based on a C 0 higher order shear deformation theory has been developed. Nine noded Lagrangian elements with five degrees of freedom per node are used. Selective Gauss integration is used to evaluate energy terms so as to avoid shear locking and spurious mechanisms. Von Mises and Tresca yield criteria are incorporated along with associated flow rules. Explicit central difference time stepping scheme is employed to integrate temporal equations. The mass matrix is diagonalized by using the efficient proportional mass lumping scheme. A program is developed for damped transient dynamic finite element analysis of elasto-plastic plate. Several numerical examples are studied to unfold different facets of damping of elasto-plastic plates.  相似文献

本文研究圆柱壳在流固中冲击载荷下的弹塑性动力曲问题。建立了液体-气体-固体三相的数学模型。其中结构部分控制方程由弹塑性力学中关于加速度的最小原理获得,本构关系采用增量理论,液体假设为不可压缩,空气层认为最等熵压缩。分别讨论了不同冲击高度时压力变化规律,屈曲对载荷的影响。屈曲沿壳长的分布及发展规律等。  相似文献
