The spectrum of BSA(v, 3, λ; α) with α = 2,3

In this article, a kind of auxiliary design BSA^* for constructing BSAs is introduced and studied. Two powerful recursive constructions on BSAs from 3‐IGDDs and BSA^*s are exploited. 牛血清白蛋白对Pluronic聚合物胶团形成的影响研究

用吡啶作为荧光探针研究了嵌段共聚物PluronicF108胶团形成以及牛血清白蛋白(BSA)对嵌段共聚物胶团形成的影响。研究表明,BSA阻碍嵌段共聚物的胶团形成,BSA与嵌段共聚物疏水链段的疏水相互作用是其阻碍嵌段共聚物胶团形成的主要原因。     

The spectrum of cyclic BSA(ν, 3, λ; α) with α = 2, 3

Balanced sampling plans excluding contiguous units (or BSEC) were first introduced by Hedayat, Rao, and Stufken in 1988. In this paper, we generalize the concept of a cyclic BSEC to a cyclic balanced sampling plan to avoid the selection of adjacent units (or CBSA for short) and use Langford and extended Langford sequences to construct a cyclic BSA(ν, 3, λ; α) with α = 2, 3. We finally establish the necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a cyclic BSA(ν, 3, λ; α) where α = 2, 3. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Combin Designs.     

牛血清白蛋白的压电免疫测定及电极的洗脱

在镀银石英晶片上用压电免疫方法测定了０．５～５０ｍｇ／Ｌ范围内的牛血清白蛋白的浓度，得到线性响应；并较全面地研究了压电晶片的回复性使用问题，以０．２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ甘氨酸－盐酸（ｐＨ＝２．０）溶液洗脱时效果较好     

血清蛋白-荧光素复合物单扫极谱波与应用

在0．08mol／L的HAc中，荧光素与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)或人血清白蛋白(HSA)相互作用形成复合物。复合物使荧光素在-0．58V(vs．SCE)处的还原峰电流增大，峰电流的增大值与加入的BSA或HSA的浓度在一定的范围内呈线性关系。BSA在2—24μg／mL范围内呈线性关系，检出限为1μg／mL；HSA在2—22μg／mL范围里呈线性关系，检出限为0．8μg／mL。应用该法测定了人血清蛋白样品，结果令人满意。     

刚果红与血清白蛋白相互作用的极谱分析

在pH4．7HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中，刚果红与蛋白质(BSA或HSA)作用形成络合物，使刚果红-0．35V(vs SCE)的还原峰电流下降，峰电流的降低值同所加的BSA或HSA质量浓度在一定范围内呈线性关系；BSA和HSA的线性范围分别为0．5～12mg／L和0．5～11mg／L，检出限分别为0．25和0．20mg／L；运用该法测定了人血清白蛋白样品，结果令人满意。     

荧光法研究Ge-132对牛血清白蛋白Maillard反应的抑制作用

人体内氨基酸及蛋白质的非酶糖化反应(Maillard反应)与糖尿病及其并发症的关系已经引起广泛注意[1].有机锗化合物β-羧乙基锗倍半氧化物(Ge-132)具有预防糖尿病及调节糖代谢的作用[2].     

Oxidation of Natural and Thermal Denatured Bovine Serum Albumin Hydrazyl Free Radicals in the Presence of Cyclodextrins

The influence of certain thermal treatments on the reactivity of bovine serum albumin (denaturation followed by renaturation in three different cooling conditions) was studied monitoring the kinetics of oxidation of BSA with two water-soluble stable hydrazyl radicals. The results showed that the addition to the reaction mixture of -cyclodextrin and -cyclodextrin decreases the oxidation rate, probably due to the encapsulation of terminal amino acid rests by the cyclodextrins cavity. -Cyclodextrin protects more efficiently the albumin probes than -cyclodextrin. The denatured albumin probes are more reactive than natural albumin as a consequence of the reorienting of the hydrophobic rests of albumin molecule to their surface.     

The Effect of the Nature and Structure of Adsorbents on Interaction with Ibuprofen

The interaction of ibuprofen [2-(4-isobutylphenyl)propionic acid] with the surface of carbon and oxide adsorbents was investigated. The significant role of wide pores during the adsorption of ibuprofen on carbon adsorbents in the presence of protein molecules was demonstrated. At low concentrations ibuprofen is adsorbed on the surface of hydrophilic and hydrophobic adsorbents in the form of a monomer, but the contribution from the adsorbed dimer increases with increase in its concentration.     

磷脂酰胆碱与牛血清白蛋白相互作用的FT-IR研究

利用傅立叶变换红外(FT-IR)和拉曼(FT-Raman)光谱研究了高浓度磷脂酰胆碱(PC)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)的相互作用,及Eu3＋对该作用的影响.FT-IR结果显示,PC/BSA混合体系中二者的相互作用主要发生在PC头部极性基团,且这一作用随BSA含量的增加而增强,作用后蛋白质二级结构中α螺旋的比例有所增加. FT-Raman光谱说明PC与BSA的相互作用影响磷脂CH链的排列有序程度. PC/BSA/Eu3＋体系的红外光谱显示, Eu3＋与PC的磷氧键发生了强相互作用,并使蛋白α螺旋的比例进一步增加.
