稀土、2,2''''-联吡啶、邻氨基苯基苯甲酸配合物合成、光谱表征及荧光性质

2,2'-联吡啶(bipy)、邻氨基苯基苯甲酸(HL)与稀土离子(RE=Tb,Eu,Sm,Nd)合成了固体稀土配合物.用元素分析、摩尔电导、紫外光谱、红外光谱、差热-热重分析和荧光光谱,对配合物的组成进行了确定和表征,并对TbL3和TbL3·bipy·3H2O的荧光性能进行了测试和讨论.TbL3·bipy·3H2O的荧光强度比TbL3的荧光强度强.     

新型钝感炸药1-氧-2，6-二氨基-3，5-二硝基吡嗪的合成及表征

美国LLNL1995年合成出的代号为LLM-105的高能量密度材料，其化学名称为1-氧-2，6-二氨基-3，5-二硝基吡嗪（2，6-diamino--3，5-dinitropyrazine-1-oxide），分子结构式C4H4N605，分子量216．04，密度为1．913g／cm^3，氧平衡为-37．03％，生成热为-3．1kcal／mole，外观为亮黄色的针状晶体，比TATB的能量约高25％，且有着良好的热安定性，特性落高Dh50=117cm（RDX和HMX的特性落高30-32cm），对静电火花的刺激也很钝感。由于综合性能优异，LLM-105已经引起了国际炸药界的极大兴趣。     

Fabrication of Dendrimer－like PAMAM Based on Silica Nanoparticles

A G 4.0 dendrimer-like poly (amido amine) (PAMAM) based on silica nanoparticles was fabricated via a divergent approach.It was built from γ-aminopropyi silica nanoparfides (APSN) core via repetitive addition of acrylate (MA) and hexylenediamine (HDA). FT-IR and EA were used to monitor the progress of dendrimer during each step. The amino group content of the resulting product increased from 0.49 to 3.72 mmol/g after the 4th generation. In addition, the percentage of grafting increased with increasing generation and reached to 65.9% after 4th generation. It was found that the resulting silica nanoparticles could be dispersed in methanol with a mean hydrodynamic particle diameter of 152.7 nm although the silica nanoparticles had agglomerated during the storage period.     

3,7-二硝基亚氨基-2,4-二氮杂双环[3,3,0]辛烷的放热分解反应动力学

在程序升温条件下 ,用DSC研究了标题化合物的放热分解反应动力学 .用线性最小二乘法、迭代法以及二分法与最小二乘法相结合的方法 ,以积分方程、微分方程和放热速率方程拟合DSC数据 .在逻辑选择建立了微分和积分机理函数的最可几一般表达式后 ,用放热速率方程得到相应的表观活化能 (Ea)、指前因子 (A)和反应级数 (n)的值 .结果表明 :该反应的微分形式的经验动力学模式函数、Ea 和A值分别为 (1-α) 0 .44、2 30 .4kJ/mol和 10 18.16s-1.借助加热速率和所得动力学参数值 ,提出了标题化合物放热分解反应的动力学方程 .该化合物的热爆炸临界温度为 30 2 .6℃ .上述动力学参数对分析、评价标题化合物的稳定性和热变化规律十分有用 .     

2-乙酰氨基-3,4,6-三乙酰葡萄糖的合成

细菌内毒素(ＬＰＳ)是革兰氏阳性阴性菌细胞外膜层的主要成分,由其引起的革兰氏阴性杆菌脓度症和休克是导致战创伤病人死亡的主要原因之一。而从类脂Ａ(ＬｉｐｉｄＡ)的结构出发,以非肽类物质拮抗内毒素受体ＣＤ-14为治疗手段的研究在国外刚刚起步。2-乙酰氨基-3,4,6-三乙酰葡萄糖是合成ＬｉｐｉｄＡ结构类似物的重要中间体[1,2]。它的合成一般是通过氨基葡萄糖五乙酸酯的选择性水解[3-6]脱去一个乙酰基得到。氨基葡萄糖五乙酸酯是通过氨基葡萄糖的乙酰化反应得到的,由于氨基葡萄糖不稳定,一般是用氨基葡萄糖的盐酸盐作为起始原料。由于…     

层状结构钒磷酸盐（pipzH2）2[（VO）3（HPO4）2（PO4）2]·H2O的水热合成及热稳定性研究

水热合成了钒磷酸盐体系中少有的结构中具有多面体共棱连接的层状孔道结构化合物（pipzH2）2[（VO）3（HPO4）2（PO4）2]·H20的纯相。用ICP、单晶XRD、TG-DTA、粉晶XRD和SEM对产物进行了表征。结果表明，化合物在空气中开始失重的温度为274℃，随着温度的升高，化合物中有机分子分解，同时伴随着重结晶过程，但晶体的外观形貌保持不变直至有机部分分解殆尽。相变过程分析和与模板相同的（pipzH2）0.5[（VO）（PO4）]的热稳定性对比研究表明，有机模板的稳定性及分解过程不但影响化合物的热稳定性和热变化过程，还影响原晶体微形貌的保持；无机骨架结合的牢固程度在很大程度上影响化合物的热稳定性。     

Influence of Mobile Phase Composition on the Enantioseparation of Meythoxyl Flavanones with Self—prepared CDMPC Column and Chiral Recogniton Mechanism

The influence of different alcohol modifiers in mobile phase on the chiral separation of 4‘‘‘‘‘‘‘‘-methoxyl flavanone,5-methoxyl flavanone and 6-methoxyl flavanone on cellulose tris(3,5-dimethylphenylcarbamate)(CDMPC)column was studied and the chiral recognition mechanism was discussed.Using hexane-tert-butanol(1.31molL^-1) as the mobile phase,those three methoxyl flavanones were excellently separated on CDMPC chiral column.     

4，4′—二偶氮苯重氮氨基偶氮苯与Ag（I）的显色反应及其应用

本文报道了4,4′ -二偶氮苯重氮氨基偶氮苯在Triton X-100存在下与Ag(Ⅰ)的显色反应.在pH10.0的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲溶液中,试剂与Ag(Ⅰ)形成1∶1的红色配合物,其最大吸收波长为540nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为7.55×104L*mol-1*cm-1,Ag(Ⅰ)的浓度在0-0.28mg/L范围内符合比耳定律.应用于显影废液和钮扣电池液中Ag的测定,结果令人满意.     

Solid Phase Synthesis of 2-Substituted 1,3-Oxazin-6-ones Using Resin-bound Cyclic Malonic Acid Ester

A facile solid phase synthesis of 2-substituted 1,3-oxazin-6-ones using polymer-supported Meldrum‘s acid has been reported. Reaction of the resin-bound cyclic malonic acid ester with triethyl orthoformate and subsequent double substitution with amide, afforded the corresponding polymer-supported acylaminomethylene cyclic malonic acid ester, which upon thermal treatment led to 1, 3-oxazin-6-ones in good yields and with high purity.     

Studies on Structure and Porperties of Water Soluble Polysaccharide from Fruiting Body of Cordyceps Militarvs(L.) Link

A water soluble crude polysaccharide has been isolated from the fruiting body of cultivated Cordyceps militarvs(L.)Link.The GC analysis indicated that it contained the monosaccharides of Gal,Man,Glc and GlcA.Their molar ratio is 1.00:1.58:7.89:0.19.The crude polysaccharide was fractionated with ethanol to get three fractions,which were CM-Ⅰand CM-Ⅲ,CM-Ⅱ was further purified to get one homogeneous fraction named CMB.The molecular weight was estimated to be 6000by means of gel filtration.CMB is a greyish white powder.The GC analysis indicated that it was composed of Gal.Man,Glc and the molar ratio is 1.00:1.38:5.10.Partial hydrolysis with an acid.periodate oxidation.Smith degradation.IR,GC and methylation analyses,GC/MS analyses were used for the structure analyses of CMB.Man,(1→6)-linked-Glc,(1→4)-linked-Glc and (1→4)-linked-Gal.Some of (1→4) -linked-Glc and all(1→4)-linked-Gal residues are substituted at 3-O and 6-O respectively,(1→4)-linked-Glc and minor(1→6)-linked-Gle.The nonreduced end is composed of Gal and Glc.The main glycosidic link of CMB is α configuration.
