旋转工况下小型液冷源设计

设计了一种适用于旋转工况的小型液冷源,该液冷源采用强迫风冷换热器的原理。液冷源液路循环采用闭式系统设计以适应旋转工况的要求,液位检测采用光电式液位传感器,通过单向阀和电磁阀的组合使用可有效防止水锤效应。该系统具有体积小、重量轻、环境适应性强等优点。     

Form Invariance and Noether Symmetries of Rotational Relativistic Birkhoff Systems

Under the infinitesimal transformations of groups,a form invariance of rotational relativistic Birkhoff systems is studied and the definition and criteria are given,In view of the invariance of rotational relativistic Pfaff-Birkhoff-D‘ Alembert principle under the infinitesimal transformations of groups,the theory of Noether symmetries of rotational relativistic Birkhoff systems are constructed.The relation between the form invariance and the Noether symmetries is studied ,and the conserved quantities of rotational relativistic Birkhoff systems are obtained.     

乳糖修饰壳聚糖微载体的制备及对培养肝细胞代谢活性的影响

液体石蜡作分散介质。戊二醛作交联刑，通过反相悬浮聚合制备了微米级的壳聚糖微载体．环氧氟丙烷活化后，乳糖进行修饰．用孔糖修饰的微载体进行原代大鼠肝细胞培养，利用相差显微镜对培养细胞进行形态观察，并测定肝细胞的代谢活性，结果显示，乳糖修饰壳聚糖微载体是一种优良的肝细胞培养支架．     

Theoretical Study on the Rotational Bands and Shape Coexistence of^179，181，183Au in the Particle-Triaxial-Rotor Model

We perform a series of theoretical calculations and investigation for nuclei 179，181，183Au in the particle-triaxialrotor model with variable moment of inertia. The calculated energy spectra in^179,181,183Au agree well with the experimental data globally. The obtained results indicate that the nuclei^179,181,183Au have prolate deformation and involve shape coexistence with different deformation parameters in different bands. The main configuration of bands 1, 2, 3 and 5 in these nuclei are identified as [541]1/2^- (πh9/2, α = 1/2), [541]1/2- (πh9/2, α= -1/2),[530] 1/2- (πf7/2) and [660] 1/2^ (πi13/2), respectively.     

猪传染性胃肠炎病毒聚合酶基因反义RNA对病毒的抑制作用

通过PCR扩增出猪传染性胃肠炎病毒(TGEV)聚合酶部分片段,反向插入逆转录病毒表达载体pLXSN中,用脂质体法将重组质粒plxas-pol转染PA317细胞,经抗生素G418筛选出稳定的产毒细胞克隆,分别扩大培养后,取其上清液感染小鼠成纤维细胞NIH3T3,细胞克隆产生的重组病毒效价达9.0×105CFU/mL。用高效价假病毒感染IBRS2细胞,再经抗生素G418筛选,提取细胞克隆总RNA,经RT-PCR证明plxas-pol整合入IBRS2细胞。以TGEV感染IBRS2细胞和具有抗性的IBRS2细胞所产生的细胞病变为指标,证明该反义RNA对病毒有明显抑制作用,抑制率约为80%。用2×103和4×102TCID50/mL剂量的TGEV感染时,引起细胞死亡的时间分别为21 h和27 h,与对照组相比,抗性细胞系可明显延迟因病毒感染引起细胞死亡的时间。     

Laboratory Studies of the Stratified Rotating Flow Passing over an Isolated Obstacle

We study the flow of a density-stratified fluid passing over an isolated obstacle,using towing-tank experiments.Our special concern is the response of the flow with different Froude numbers passing over a three-dimensional obstacle.A series of experiments of the stratified rotating flow passing over an isolated obstacle was carried out with the towering -tank controlled by the similarity laws and dynamic non-dimension parameters.These experiments show that the Froude number is a very important parameter,and the lee wave and the eddy structure experiments show that the Froude number is a very important parameter,and the lee wave and the eddy structure appear simultaneously under an appropriate conditions.The effect of rotation on the lee wave is mainly to change wave amplitude,particularly to restrain the development of the lee wave and to promote the formation of an eddy.     

马科维兹资产组合选择模型的旋转算法

提出线性不等式组的一种旋转算法，并用其求解马科维兹资产组合选择模型，此算法每次迭代约需n^2次乘法和加法，其中n是模型中变量的数目，在微机上运行Delphi程序的实验结果表明，从上海和深圳股市1072支股票70期周末收盘价计算出20个最优投资组合仅需314次迭代和45s。     

小球与均质自由杆的碰撞

讨论了小球与自由杆碰撞过程中所遵从的物理规律,明确了完全非弹性碰撞过程的能量特征,指出完全非弹性碰撞后两物体不一定粘在一起共同运动的事实.     

极限环和拟旋转向量场

本文定义了平面上的拟旋转向量场,研究在拟旋转向量场中极限环随参数的变化情况,证明它具有和旋转向量场完全族类似的性质.
