α-杂环硫代苯乙酮衍生物的合成

以5-氨基-3-巯基-(1H）-1，2，4-三唑和2-巯基苯并噻唑为主要原料在碱性条件下与α-氯代苯乙酮反应合成了10个新的标题化合物。其结构经元素分析、IR，^1H NMR和MS确证。     

1－芳氧乙酰氧基－1－（1H－1，2，4－三唑－1－基）－3，3－二甲基－2－丁酮衍生物的研究

以三乙胺为缚酸剂，用芳氧乙酸同ω－溴代－ω－（１Ｈ－１，２，４－三唑－１－基）频哪酮反应，合成了一系列三唑类新化合物，探讨了化合物的合成方法。通过ＩＲ￣１ＨＮＭＲ、ＭＳ分析及元素分析确定了化合物的结构，生物活性测定结果表明，部分化合物具有良好的除草活性，同时表现出一定程度的植物生长调节活性及杀菌活性．     

一维链状锰(Ⅱ)三氮唑配合物的合成，结构与磁性质(英)

A novel one-dimensional chain manganese(Ⅱ) compound [Mn(trz)₂Cl][phthH], (trz=1,2,4-triazole, phthH=hydrogen phthalate), 1, was synthesized and structurally characterized. It crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P2 /c with a=1.381 1(11) nm, b=0.815 5(7) nm, c=0.735 4(6) nm, β=94.667(15)°, V=0.825 5(12) nm³. It consists of one dimensional cationic manganese(Ⅱ) chain and uncoordinated hydrogen phthalate anions. The manganese(Ⅱ) ions are bridged with two 1,2,4-traizoles and one chloride anion along the cationic chain, in which the weak antiferromagnetic exchange occurs between manganese(Ⅱ) atoms. α-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-β-芳硫基取代苯酮的合成及生物活性研究

利用 2 (1H 1,2 ,4 三唑 1 基 ) 2 丙烯 1 酮 (2 )与取代硫酚或含巯基的杂环化合物进行 1,4 亲核加成 ,得到目标化合物 3,其结构经元素分析、核磁和红外光谱所证实 ,并对其进行了生物活性的测试 ,发现大部分化合物具有很好的抑菌活性 .结构与活性的关系表明不同的R1取代对其生物活性有较大的影响 ,当R1=(CH3 ) 3 C时 ,对小麦锈病的抑制活性要高于R1=Ar的活性 ,而Ar上不同的取代基对其活性影响不大     

对称三唑Schif碱和氯化铜配合物的研究

本文介绍水杨配合与４－氨基－３，５－二乙基－１，２，４－三唑缩合而成对称三唑Ｓｃｈｉｆ碱（ＳＡＥＴＺ）与氯化铜（ＣｕＣｌ２）形成一种新的配合物Ｃｕ（ＳＡＥＴＺ）２（ＳＡＥＴＺ＝４－（邻羟苯基亚甲基）－亚胺－３，５－二乙基－１，２，４－三唑）。配合物的晶体结构表明，分子中两个偶氮甲碱的Ｎ原子及两个酚氧原子与中心Ｃｕ原子形成规则的平面配位结构。晶体属单斜晶系，空间群Ｐ２１／ｎ，ａ＝８．６８８（２），ｂ＝９．３１４（１），ｃ＝１６．５１５（４），β＝９４．３４（２）。，Ｖ＝１３３２．５（７）３，Ｚ＝２。     

Novel Synthesis of 1,2,3-Triazoles via 1,3-Dipolar Cycloadditions of Alkynes to Azides in Ionic Liquid^＋

2-Azido-3,5-dichloropyridine and 2-azido-5-chloro-3-fluoropyridine were given by reaction of sodium azide with 2,3,5-trichloropyridine, 3,5-dichloro-2-fluoropyridine or 5-chloro-2,3-difluoropyridine in ionic liquids. 1,3-Dipolar cycloaddition of 2-azido-3,5-dichloropyridine or 2-azido-5-chloro-3-fluoropyridine to alkynes in ionic liquids afforded the corresponding 1,4,5-trisubstituted [1,2,3]-triazoles in good yields and regioselectivities.     

内吸性杀菌剂三唑醇(酮)立体异构体的研究Ⅱ

三唑醇(Triadimenol,又称Baytan)是一种优良的内吸性广谱杀菌剂。谷类作物的种子经处理后,防治病虫害的效果极为突出,可增产粮食20%。此化合物化学名称为1-(对-氯苯氧基)-1-(1′,2′,4′-三氮唑-1′基)-3,3二甲基丁醇-2,结构式(Ⅰ)见后。由于分子中含有两个手性碳原子,故应有四种光学异构体。我们实验室曾分离出毫克量的三唑醇两个非对映异构体(A体和B体),生物测定表明两者的药效有明显差別,并确定有效者为A体。根据~1H-NMR中偶合常数,     

5-氨基-1H-1，2，4-三氮唑-3-硫代-2′-丙酸乙酯类Schiff碱的合成与表征

用氨基三氮唑硫代丙酸乙酯与取代苯甲醛反应，合成了6个新型的5-氨基-1H-1，2，4-三氮唑-3-硫代-2′-丙酸乙酯类Schiff碱，其结构经^1H NMR，IR，MS和元素分析表征。     

三唑螯合树脂分离富集催化光度法测定痕量金

研究了三唑螯合树脂 (AMTR)在盐酸介质中分离富集金 ,吸附的容量大 ,选择性高 ,无污染。同时研究了分离后在盐酸介质中 ,在抗坏血酸 (VC)存在下痕量金 催化溴酸钾氧化偶氮氯膦S褪色的指示反应及其动力学条件 ,据此建立测定痕量金 的新方法。方法的检出限为 4.16× 10 - 7g L ,测定范围为 0～ 70mg L ,用于样品的测定获得满意结果。     

Grid‐like Cobalt(II) Layered Complex with an Unprecedented Double 1,2‐Bis(1,2,4‐triazole‐1‐yl)methane Bridges

A novel two‐dimensional cobalt complex, [Co(btrm)₂(dca)]ClO₄ ( 1 , btrm = 1,2‐bis(1,2,4‐triazole‐1‐yl)methane, dca = dicyanamide), was synthesized and characterized. X‐ray diffraction analyses reveal that the title complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/m with a = 29.507(13)Å, b = 17.804(8) Å, c = 14.709(7) Å, β = 119.916(7)°, Z = 12, and R₁ = 0.0784, wR₂ = 0.2041. The cobalt atom involves a six‐coordinated CoN₆ environment, with a distorted octahedral coordination. Two btrm ligands connect the Co^II atoms with the exodentate nitrogen atoms on the 4‐position of triazole rings to form a sixteen‐membered rhombic grid. The unprecedented double btrm bridges and μ_1,5‐dca bridge connect the cobalt atoms to form a two‐dimensional grid‐like layered structure. The spectroscopic and magnetic properties have also been investigated.
