High‐quality single‐crystal and polycrystalline chemical‐vapor‐deposition diamond detectors with platinum contacts have been tested at the white‐beam X28C beamline at the National Synchrotron Light Source under high‐flux conditions. The voltage dependence of these devices has been measured under both DC and pulsed‐bias conditions, establishing the presence or absence of photoconductive gain in each device. Linear response consistent with the theoretically determined ionization energy has been achieved over eleven orders of magnitude when combined with previous low‐flux studies. Temporal measurements with single‐crystal diamond detectors have resolved the nanosecond‐scale pulse structures of both the NSLS and the APS. Prototype single‐crystal quadrant detectors have provided the ability to simultaneously resolve the X‐ray beam position and obtain a quantitative measurement of the flux.  相似文献

Results of the scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), optical absorption, photoconductivity (PC), and photoluminescence (PL) studies for the CdSSe:CdCl2,Ho films are presented in this paper. The SEM studies of different CdSSe films show a layered growth structure. A crystalline nature of the films is observed in the XRD studies. The regions with stacking fault were also observed in the X-ray diffractograms. The optical absorption spectra of these films show variations corresponding to the band gaps and the grain-sizes obtained under various deposition conditions and also with annealing. The effect of flux, impurities and annealing on the saturated photo to dark current ratio Ipc/Idc is observed in the PC rise and decay studies. The maximum value of Ipc/Idc ∼107 is obtained for the impurity doped annealed films. The PL emission spectra of CdSSe films show two emission peaks associated with the annihilation of free excitons and the transitions between shallow donor and deep acceptor states. In CdSSe:CdCl2,Ho films, two PL emission peaks are observed at 495 nm and 545 nm corresponding to the transitions 5S25I8 and 5F35I8, respectively, in Ho. The effect of pH on PL and grain size is also included in the present studies.  相似文献

To tailor organic p/n heterojunctions with molecular‐level precision, a rational design strategy using side‐chain incompatibility of a covalently connected donor–acceptor (D–A) dyad has been successfully carried out. An oligothiophene–perylenediimide dyad, when modified with triethylene glycol side chains at one terminus and dodecyl side chains at the other ( 2 Amphi ), self‐assembles into nanofibers with a long‐range D/A heterojunction. In contrast, when the dyad is modified with dodecyl side chains at both termini ( 2 Lipo ), ill‐defined microfibers result. In steady‐state measurements using microgap electrodes, a cast film of the nanofiber of 2 Amphi displays far better photoconducting properties than that of the microfiber of 2 Lipo . Flash‐photolysis time‐resolved microwave conductivity measurements, in conjunction with transient absorption spectroscopy, clearly indicate that the nanofiber of 2 Amphi intrinsically allows for better carrier generation and transport properties than the microfibrous assembly of 2 Lipo .  相似文献

The photoconductivities of a series of novel polyacetylene derivatives (PAs) serving as charge generation materials in the single-layered photoreceptors were investigated using photoinduced xerographic discharge technique. It was found that the substitution can improve the photosensitivity of PAs by increasing the conjugation of π electrons. When the substituent is itself photoconductive, the photoconductivity becomes even higher. It can be concluded from cyclic voltammetry that when the HOMO level of the polymer is closer to that of the charge transport material, the photoconduction performance will be better.  相似文献

The electric conduction and photoconduction of sandwich-type poly-N-epoxypropylcarbazole (PEPC) and 3,6-di-Br-poly-N-epoxypropylcarbazole (3,6-di-Br-PEPC) films containing 33 wt.% of the dye 1,8-naphthoylene-1′, 2′-benzimidazole (NBI) have been investigated. It has been established that the PEPC films, as compared to the 3,6-di-Br-PEPC films, have a higher electric conduction and a lower photosensitivity and an electric field exerts a stronger quenching effect on the photoluminescence of the first-mentioned films. Analysis of the voltampere and lux-ampere characteristics and the kinetics of electric conduction of these films has shown that the space charge and recombination via dye molecules in them influence their electric conduction and photoconduction. 含四-苯基卟啉基团聚酰亚胺膜的光电导性能研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
分剐以均苯四酸二酐(PMDA)与四(4-氨基苯基)卟啉(TAPP)/4,4′-二苯醚(ODA)、TAPP/3,6-二氨基-N-甲基咔唑(DACz)聚合得到两个系列含四-苯基卟啉基团(TPP)聚酰亚胺(PI)共聚膜,并时其作为载流子发生层(CGL)制成的感光体的光电导性能进行了测试。结果表明:PI共聚膜的光电导性能随分子链中TPP基团含量的提高而增强;当TPP基团含量相同时,PMDA/TAPP/ODA系列的光电导性能较PMDA/TAPP/DACz系列好;含TPP基团PI共聚膜的光电导性能明显优于四-苯基卟啉分子掺杂体系;在CGL与导电铝基间引入聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)阻挡层(CBL)不能提高感光体的光电导性能。从光电导机理分析了TPP基团、四-苯基卟啉分子的聚集结构与PI膜光电导性能的关系。  相似文献
