报道了一种用国产激光二极管泵浦的1064nm单频NdYVO4红外激光器的设计.利用布氏片和石英晶体组合构成的双折射滤光片技术,在泵浦功率为800mW时,实现了功率为360mW的1064nm红外单频输出.测量结果表明,偏振比超过了10001,功率稳定性优于0.5%,振幅噪声小于0.1%. 相似文献

The coexistence at low temperature in YVO3 and LaVO3 of two competing phases with defined orbital and spin orientations is studied by Raman spectroscopy. The temperature evolution of the phonons indicates that phase coexistence, due to strain in YVO3 and fluctuations in LaVO3, is not restricted to small R ionic radius in RVO3 compounds. Also, a typical temperature at 50 K is inferred from the temperature dependence of the intensities in LaVO3. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

为了简化激光器冷却系统,减小体积,降低成本,设计出一种基于水、风混合型的冷却系统,具有水冷和风冷的优点,可以实现稳定的绿光激光输出.采用结构简单、紧凑的平-凹腔设计,其端镜为平面镜,输出镜为凹面镜,曲率半径R=1 m,腔长L=165 mm,获得较稳定的单端泵浦Nd:YVO4腔内倍频KTP连续绿光激光输出.当晶体吸收的泵浦功率为24.3 W时,532 nm激光功率达到4.2 W,光-光转换效率达到17.2%.在绿光输出功率为3 W的情况下,观测到的变化范围在2.5%左右,温度变化范围在0.1°左右.实验结果表明,该冷却系统能够较好地转移晶体热效应产生的热量,实现转化效率较高的绿光输出,有利于实现高功率激光器的微型化. 相似文献

A diode-pumped Nd3+:YVO4 emitting at 1342 nm and 671 nm was developed. Low concentration neodymium doped Nd:YVO4 shows excellent stability at 1342 nm. With a type-Ⅱ noncritical phase-matched LBO crystal as the intracavity frequency doubler, 890 mW of 671 nm light was obtained at 11.2 W incident pumping power, the optical-optical conversion efficiency is 7.9%. 相似文献

以柠檬酸为络合剂,在水相中合成了悬浮稳定性较好的稀土YVO4∶Eu溶胶,采用XRD、TEM、荧光光谱等技术,研究了稀土荧光粒子的尺寸、形貌、晶胞参数及发光性能.结果表明合成的YVO4∶Eu荧光粒子为四方晶系,粒径约为10nm,分散性较好;在pH=9.0时合成的Y0.7VO4∶Eu0.3溶胶具有最大的荧光强度,其最大发射峰在619nm;经乙二胺四乙酸二钠表面修饰后的Y0.7VO4∶Eu0.3纳米荧光粒子能够清晰地显现出光滑客体上的指纹,颜色为红色. 相似文献
