A New Two‐Dimensional Coordination Polymer of Mercury(II) with very High Thermal Stability

A 2D Hg^II coordination polymer containing ligands 1,2,4‐triazole (Htrz) and thiocyanate, [Hg(μ₃‐trz)(SCN)]_n ( 1 ) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. The single‐crystal X‐ray data show the coordination number of Hg atoms is four and the ligand trz^? acts as a three‐fold donor. The thermal stability of compound 1 was studied by thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analyses. The composition and formation of the complex in methanol solution were found to be in support of its solid state structure.     

3—（3,5—二氨基—2,4,6—三硝基苯基）氨基—5—硝基—1,2,4—三唑的合成

多硝基多氨基三唑类衍生物作为含能材料,具有高氮、致密、钝感等优点。本文通过3-氨基-1,2,4-三唑和三硝基三氯苯的缩合,再经过三唑碳原子上的硝化反应和芳环上的氨化反应,合成并鉴定了标题化合物。     

2-(1H-唑基)-1-(2,3,4-三甲氧基)苯乙酮衍生物的合成与结构表征

首先以2－溴－1－（2，3，4－三甲氧基）苯乙酮，四丁基铵－1H－1，2，4－三唑或咪唑为原料，分别合成了2－（1H－1，2，4－三唑－1－基）－1－（2，3，4－三甲氧基）苯乙酮（Ia)和2－（1H－咪唑0－1－基）－1－（2，3，4－三甲氧基）苯乙酮（Ib)与盐酸羟胺反应生成2－（1H－1，2，4－三唑－1－基）－1－（2，3，4－三甲氧基）苯乙酮肟和1－（1H－咪唑－1－基）－1－（2，3，4三甲氧基）苯乙酮肟，产率为63％－72％，并经元素分析，IR和1H NMR进行了表征。     

含芳硫基的新三唑类化合物的合成及生物活性研究

许多三唑类化合物具有优良的杀菌和植物生长调节活性 ,如三唑酮、三唑醇、烯效唑、烯唑醇等 ,对常见真菌病害具有很好的防治效果 ,并具有增产、抗倒和生长调节作用 ,已成为重要的杀菌剂类型 [1] .为筛选新型高活性三唑类杀菌剂和探讨其活性与结构间的关系 ,我们利用生物等排体理论以常规三唑类杀菌剂三唑酮为先导物设计合成了 1 6个含芳硫基的新三唑类化合物 ,其合成路线如下 :RCCH2 BrO+HNNNB NRCCH2O NNHAC-Na ACBr2NRCCHOBrNN(1 ) (2 ) (3 )3 +SH 　R′B NRCCHOS　R′NN　 (4 )RCCH2 CH2 NMe2 .HClO+HNNNH2 O…     

Chiral separation of triazole pesticide enantiomers by high performance liquid chromatography

Four triazole enantiomers of diclobutrazol (erythro form) (1), paclobutrazol (erythro form) (2), diniconazole (3) and uniconazole (4) have been separated by high performance liquid chro-matography (HPLC) on chiral stationary phase (CSP) OA-4700. Chromatographic data and a chiral recongnition model are presented for the separation of these pesticide enantiomers. The influence of column temperature and composition of mobile phase have been described.     

Synthesis of new tetrazene（N-N=N-N）-linked bi（1,2,4-triazole）

The reaction of 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole with sodium dichloroisocyanurate (SDCI) afforded new tetrazene(N-N=N-N)-linked bi(1.2,4-triazole) 2a in excellent yield.Increasing the molar ratio of SDCI to 4-amino-1,2,4-triazole,the chlorinated product 1,5,5′- trichloro-4,4′-azo-1,2,4-triazole (2b) was formed.These new compounds have been characterized by MS,~1H NMR,~(13)C NMR,and elemental analysis.     

三唑类硫醚及二硫醚化合物的合成

以2-苯基-1，2，3-三唑-4-甲酰肼为原料，合成了6个新的含连三唑和均三唑的硫醚类化合物，并经IR、^1HNMR、MS和元素分析进行了结构表征。     

Synthesis and Structure Determination of Some New N‐Glycosides of 4,5‐Disubstituted‐1,2,4‐Triazole‐3‐Thiones

Some new N‐glycosides of 4‐(2‐phenylethyl)‐5‐pyridyl‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thiones were synthesised by the coupling reaction of halo sugar with 4,5‐disubstituted 3H‐1,2,4‐triazole‐3‐thiones in the presence of mercuric cyanide and dry nitromethane as solvent, followed by deprotection using dry ammonia in methanol. All of the above compounds were fully characterized by means of infrared, ¹H NMR spectroscopy, mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis.     

Simultaneous Determination of Dopamine and Ascorbic Acid at a Triazole Self-Assembled Monolayer-Modified Gold Electrode

A 3-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole (TA) self-assembled monolayer-modified gold electrode (TA SAM/Au) is characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, A.C. impedance, cyclic voltammetry, chronoamperometry and chronocoulometry. The TA SAM/Au exhibited good promotion of the electrochemical oxidation of dopamine. Some electrochemical parameters of dopamine such as electron transfer number, exchange current density, standard heterogeneous rate constant, diffusion coefficient, etc., were measured by different electrochemical methods. The peak currents of dopamine were linearly dependent on its concentration in the range of 1.5 × 10⁻⁶–1.0 × 10⁻⁴ mol L⁻¹, with a detection limit of 5.0 × 10⁻⁷ mol L⁻¹. The oxidative peak potentials of dopamine and ascorbic acid were well separated at about 190 ± 10 mV in pH 2.0 BR buffers at TA SAM/Au, the oxidation peak current increases approximately linearly with increasing concentration of both dopamine and ascorbic acid in the concentration range of 9.98 × 10⁻⁶–4.54 × 10⁻⁴ mol L⁻¹. It can be used for simultaneous determination of dopamine and ascorbic acid.     

Synthesis of Some Novel 3,6‐Bis(1,2,3‐triazolyl)‐s‐triazolo[3,4‐b]‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole Derivatives

The cyclization of 1‐amino‐2‐mercapto‐5‐[1‐(4‐ethoxyphenyl)‐5‐methyl‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl]‐1,3,4‐triazole which was synthesized from p‐ethoxyaniline with various triazole acid in absolute phosphorus oxychloride yields 3,6‐bis(1,2,3‐triazolyl)‐s‐triazolo[3,4‐b]‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole derivatives 9a?j , and their structures are established by MS, IR, CHN and ¹H NMR spectral data.
