This article describes the technique of fast atom bombardment mass spectrometry (FAB MS) and its applications to the analysis of organometallic and coordination complexes. Sections on ion generation and matrices are followed by a Periodic Group-based review of FAB MS results obtained from Transition Metal and Main Group compounds, organometallic cluster carbonyls and their derivatives, and salts of poly-oxo-anions. 根据CTP在离子交换树脂上的吸附容量和分离因数的大小,确定Duolite A-30树脂适合CTP与CDP,CMP之间的分离.对CTP在Duolite A-30树脂上的吸附动力学和热力学研究表明,在283.15K~303.15K之间,CTP的质量浓度在7.5g/L以上时,Duolite A-30树脂对CTP的吸附主要受颗粒扩散的控制,其有效扩散系数为D=3.47×10-7cm2/s,溶液的质量浓度≤1.0g/L时,CTP与Duolite A-30树脂之间的交换速率主要受液膜控制,其液膜扩散系数为Kf =4.112×10-4/s.同时测定了不同条件下三磷酸胞苷溶液在Duolite A-30树脂固定床离子交换柱中的穿透曲线,研究了进口浓度、进口流速、原料液温度、原料液的pH值及柱高对穿透曲线的影响.用二阶动力学推动力模型描述固定床动态过程,考察了轴向返混对穿透曲线的影响,并从穿透曲线回归得到总传质系数,模型计算值与实验数据符合良好. 相似文献

A theoretical study of ion hydration using the statistical thermodynamic supermolecule-continuum method is described. The cell and shell methods are used for configurational averaging. Enthalpies, free energies and entropies are calculated for Li+, Na+, K+, F– and Cl– each four coordinated with water. The results are in reasonable accord with experiment. A comparison of the site method, cell method and shell method results is presented. The supermolecule-continuum approach to solvent effects seems to be capable of accommodating essential features for the calculation of solvation energy and solvent effects on structure and properties. 相似文献

The first study of the voltammetric reduction of cyclooctatetraene (COT) in tetrahydrofuran (THF) in the presence of lithium ion is reported. A single wave is observed at ?2.23 V vs. Ag/0.1 M AgNO3. Density functional calculations have been carried out on a variety of COT/Li/THF species in order to clarify the nature and role of ion pairing in this system. The dominant species in solution are the COT/Li/(THF)2 anion radical and the COT/Li2/(THF)4 dianion. Computer simulations have been carried out to further understand the effects of ion pairing on the reduction. The simulations show that coalescence of two waves into one can occur in the presence of strong ion pairing even when the second reduction potential is negative of the first. 相似文献

A method for the determination of fluoride in coal, coal fly ash, phosphate rock, limestone, mineral clay, fossilised materials, oyster tissue and vegetation using pyrohydrolysis for sample decomposition is proposed. A specific apparatus was constructed and the influence of vanadium pentoxide (V2O5) as a catalyst for the pyrohydrolysis reaction was investigated. It was verified that V2O5 does not influence the release of fluoride from the vegetation, oyster tissue, coal and coal fly ash matrices analysed. However, the catalyst was necessary for the phosphate rock, fossil bone, mineral clay and limestone samples. Certified and noncertified samples were analysed using an ion selective electrode (ISE) for the analyte detection. Precise (relative standard deviation—R.S.D.<7%) and accurate (recovery in accordance to certified values) results were obtained. The limit of quantification (LOQ) of the method was 5.0 μg g−1 of fluoride using 20 mg of sample and a final dilution to 10 ml. The sample frequency was five samples per hour. 相似文献

0 = const), the depth profiles of luminescent centers are deduced from the range of the electron energy transfer profiles dE/dx.
Thermally grown SiO2 layers of thickness d = 500 nm have been implanted by Ge+-ions of energy 350 keV and doses (0.5–5)1016 ions/cm2. Thus Ge profiles with a concentration maximum of (0.4 – 4) at% at the depth of dm≅240 nm are expected. Afterwards the layers have been partially annealed up to T
a = 1100 °C for one hour in dry nitrogen. After thermal annealing, not only the typical violet luminescence (λ = 400 nm) of
the Ge centers is strongly increased but also the luminescent center profiles are shifted from about 250 nm to 170 nm depth
towards the surface. This process should be described by Ge diffusion processes, precipitation and finally Ge nanocluster

The paper deals with the reconstruction of lipid bilayer membranes on a Au-covered polycarbonate membrane. Such a kind of like-biomembranes (namely mixed hybrid bilayer lipid membrane (MHBLM)) are characterised by appreciable long-term stability. Here we describe changes that have been made in the geometry of the experimental device in order to avoid artefacts and render membrane reproduction easier. Incorporation of valinomycin was performed to check the membrane and its stability: conductance and membrane potential following the changes of ion concentration were recorded. This new approach permits increase of successful trials and renders possible, when it breaks, easily formation of a new MHBLM on the same Au-covered polycarbonate membrane support. Finally, the stability shown by the MHBLM renders this system a promising tool for use under flowing conditions. 相似文献
