Very high cycle fatigue (VHCF) properties of a low temperature tempering bearing steel GCr15 with smooth and hole-defect specimens are studied by employing a rotary bending test machine with frequency of 52.5 Hz. Both smooth and hole-defect specimens break in VHCF regime with some difference in fatigue crack initiation. For smooth specimens, a fine granular area (FGA) is observed near the grain boundary in the fracture surface of the specimens broken after 107 cycles. But no FGA is observed in the hole-defect specimens broken in VHCF regime, and the VHCF crack does not initiate from the small hole at the surface as it does at low or high cycle fatigue regime. Internal stress is employed to explain the VHCF behavior of these two types of specimens. At last, an advanced dislocation model based on Tanaka and Mura model is proposed to illustrate the internal stress process and to predict fatigue crack initiation life with FGA observed in the fracture region.  相似文献

The feasibility of using frequency gradient analysis (FGA), a digital method based on Fourier transform, to discriminate neutrons and γ rays in the environment of an 8-bit sampling system has been investigated. The performances of most pulse shape discrimination methods in a scintillation detection system using the time-domain features of the photomultiplier tube anode signal will be lower or non-effective in this low resolution sampling system. However, the FGA method using the frequency-domain features of the anode signal exhibits a strong insensitivity to noise and can be used to discriminate neutrons and γ rays in the above sampling system. A detailed study of the quality of the FGA method in BC501A liquid scintillators is presented using a 5 G samples/s 8-bit oscilloscope and a 14.1 MeV neutron generator. A comparison of the discrimination results of the time-of-flight and conventional charge comparison (CC) methods proves the applicability of this technique. Moreover, FGA has the potential to be implemented in current embedded electronics systems to provide real-time discrimination in standalone instruments.  相似文献

Forming gas annealing (FGA) is an effective process to repair low efficiency crystalline silicon (c‐Si) solar cells with overfired screen‐printed paste electrodes. An experimental study was performed to investigate the effect and mechanism of FGA treatment on front silver electrodes of c‐Si cells. To facilitate the FGA mechanistic study, special simulation samples were prepared to magnify the FGA effects on glass frit and overfired electrodes. The micro‐morphology (from cross‐sectional X‐SEM) and elemental composition (from energy‐dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy) data revealed few Ag crystallites in the paste/Si interface because of the thick glass layer from the paste overfiring. The FGA treatment induced phase crystallization (from X‐ray diffraction) in the paste and increased the glass wettability on both Si and Ag substrates, thus resulting in a thinner glass layer, which expedited the precipitation of more pyramidal Ag crystallites at the Ag/Si interface. The wetting angle data of glass samples measured before and after FGA confirmed the mechanism of FGA and concluded that the improvement of glass wettability benefited to reduce the glass layer thickness. As a result, more Ag crystallites diffused toward and precipitated at the Si interface contributing to a lower contact resistance between the paste electrode and the Si matrix and thus improved electrical properties for overfired c‐Si cells. 本文中应用全部PECVD工艺沉积a-SiOx:H、a-SiNx:H,和a-SiOx:H/a-SiNx:H叠层系统,比较了不同钝化膜对多晶硅太阳能电池发射极和背面钝化效果,应用FGA、RTP等热处理方法对钝化膜进行处理,重点讨论了FGA(Forming gas annealing)温度和时间的长短对钝化的影响.结果表明:低温FGA对只有单面钝化膜的硅片钝化效果不明显,而在800 ℃下FGA有明显作用,而且钝化效果随着时间的增加呈现出先增大后减小然后再增大的现象;退火后降温环境中是否有H和降温时间对钝化效果有很大的影响,但是对于双面膜无论FGA温度高低对钝化都有帮助,文中对上述现象做了合理的解释.最后利用双面叠层钝化膜经过FGA处理后得到的多晶硅片的少子寿命达到14.2 μs,比镀膜之前的3.0 μs提高了11.2 μs,使多晶硅太阳能电池暗电压 Voc达到630 mV.  相似文献

The specimens of a high carbon chromium steel were quenched and tempered at 150°C,180°C and 300°C.Such specimens were tested via rotating bending and a push-pull type of axial loading to investigate the influences of loading condition on the behaviour of very-high-cycle fatigue(VHCF).Experimental results show the different influences of inclusion size on the fatigue life for the two loading conditions.Predominant factors and mechanism for the fine-granular-area(FGA)of crack origin were discussed.In addition,a reliability analysis based on a modified Tanaka-Mura model was carried out to evaluate the sensitivity of inclusion size,stress,and KFGA to the life of VHCF crack initiation.  相似文献
