Photoluminescence linewidth broadening due to alloy/thickness fluctuation of CdxZn1 − xSe/ZnSe triple quantum wells

Photoluminescence (PL) linewidth broadening of Cd_xZn_{1 − x}Se/ZnSe triple quantum wells, grown on GaAs substrates by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE), has been investigated. Various quantum well (QW) samples have been prepared with different QW thickness and composition (Cd-composition). Measured and calculated PL linewidth are compared. Both composition and thickness fluctuations are considered for the calculation with the parameters such as the volume of exciton, nominal thickness and composition of QWs. Surface roughness measured by atomic force microscopy (AFM) is used to estimate the interface roughness. Results show that when Cd-composition increases additional linewidth broadening due to Zn/Cd interdiffusion is enhanced.

Riemann曲面上的正常和拟正常复合算子

Riemann曲面M上的平方可测1-形式全体和解析1-形式全体均可构成Hilbert空间。本文讨论Riemann曲面上的解析映射导出的这类Hilbert空间上的复合算子,研究复合算子的正常性、拟正常性的诱导映射特征。特别地,当M有有限三角剖分时,证明了正常复合算子、拟正常复合算子、酉复合算子、等距复合算子和可逆复合算子等价。     

Composition and spectral studies of polyaniline salts

Five different polyaniline salts have been prepared by chemical polymerization of aniline in aqueous solution of different acids. The polyaniline base was obtained from the corresponding polyaniline salt by dedoping using aqueous ammonium hydroxide solution. Electron paramagnetic, electronic absorption, infrared spectral and conductivity measurements have been performed on the polyaniline salts and polyaniline bases. This composition and the extent of dopant in polyaniline salt systems have been determined. There is no definite correlation between the conductivity and the stoichiometric ratio between the polyaniline base and the acid, and also the spin concentration.     

含羧基/环氧树脂的丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液的制备和交联——1.含羧基丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液的分子设计和制备

以在低温下(<100℃)实现含羧基/环氧树脂的丙烯酸酯共聚物乳液的交联固化为目的,进行了分子设计;估算了共聚物的组成,用碱滴定法测定了乳胶粒表面的羧基数,并比较了不同单体配比所得乳液的成膜性能.     

Composition of 2-(3,5-dibromo-2-pyridylazo) diethylaminophenol chelates by liquid chromatography

Summary The composition of 3,5-diBr-PADAP metal chelates was determined by liquid chromatography employing appropriate eluents and non-polar bonded stationary phase. The metal-to-ligand ratios were 12, 12 and 12 for Cu(II), Co(III) and Cr(III) respectively, and the V(V)-to-ligand ratio found to be 111 in V(V)-3,5-diBr-PADAP-H₂O₂ in the presence of H₂O₂. The results are in agreement with literature data.     

Identification of polyimide materials using quantitative CE with UV and QTOF‐MS detection

Polyimides (PIs) are a group of widely used synthetic materials that service a variety of different purposes including microelectronics, insulating films and aerospace applications. Depending on the requirements (defined by the particular final product), the actual composition of PIs may show substantial chemical variation. To study this variation in chemical structure, CE‐MS can be employed for the determination of PI composition following chemical degradation of the polymer sample. PI is chemically decomposed to corresponding aromatic diamine and carboxylic acid components using an alkali fusion reaction. Solid polymer samples are fused in a potassium hydroxide melt yielding reaction products that are diluted in acid and can be immediately analysed by CE coupled to a Q/TOF‐MS with quantification performed using conventional UV detection. This approach involves a simple and rapid sample preparation yielding both qualitative and quantitative information regarding the chemical composition of the polymer. Application of the CE‐MS approach is shown for a range of commercially available PI and poly(amide–imide) materials and the results are used to infer the respective chemical compositions.     

虎舌红多糖的分离纯化与性质研究

采用水提醇沉法提取虎舌红多糖,经DEAE-C32柱层析分离,Sephadex G-200进一步纯化,得到AⅠ和AⅡ二种虎舌红多糖,Sephadex G-200凝胶过滤法表明,AⅠ组分为均一组分,其相对分子质量为2.76×104,借助气相色谱技术,研究了粗多糖和AⅠ组分的单糖组成.     

折光率法确定R141b的两组分溶液组成

应用阿贝折射仪测量液体的折光率以确定其组成是化工生产与科研中常用的一种手段.在5～30 ℃范围测定了R141b与THF、乙醇及甲醇构成的两组分溶液的折光率,结果表明组成与折光率之间呈线性关系,其相关系数均在0.995以上,标准偏差均在0.0015以下,且实验值与文献值相符.该方法完全适合用于R141b相关溶液常温下组成的测定.
