合成了螺［异苯并呋喃－１（３Ｈ），９＇－（９Ｈ）－２＇－Ｎ，Ｎ－二苄胺基－６＇－二乙胺基占吨］－酮－３，Ｃ＿（３７）Ｈ＿（３４）Ｎ＿２Ｏ＿３，单斜晶系，空间群Ｃｃ，晶体学参数为ａ＝１６．８２６（４），ｂ＝１０．６４８（４），ｃ＝１７．６１８（７），β＝９２．２５（２）°，Ｖ＝３１５４（２），Ｚ＝４，Ｍ＿ｒ＝５６６．７，Ｄ＿ｘ＝１．１９ｇ／ｃｍ３，Ｆ（０００）＝１２００。结构由直接法解出，偏离因子Ｒ＝０．０８０。分子由占吨和异苯并呋喃两部分组成Ｙ形结构，占吨部分相连的苄基的两个苯环位于占吨部分的两侧。

Synthesis of dibenzoxanthenes through condensation of β-naphthol with various aromatic and aliphatic aldehydes in ethanol as an ecofriendly solvent using Ru^III as catalyst is reported.

Synthesis and characterization of new fluorinated photoactive polyamides based on xanthene pendant: Evaluation of antibacterial and heavy metal ions removal behavior

A series of novel organosoluble polyamides (PAs) bearing different functional groups such as flexible ether, substituted imidazole, and xanthene rings and electron-withdrawing CF₃ groups were synthesized from diamines and various dicarboxylic acids. The structures of diamines and PAs were fully characterized by elemental analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, and proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. The PAs showed good solubility in aprotic and polar organic solvents, with high thermal stability exhibiting the glass transition temperatures (T_gs) and 10% weight loss temperatures (T₁₀%) in the range of 184–277°C and 410–480°C in N₂ atmosphere, respectively. These polymers showed fluorescence emission upon irradiation with UV light. Diamine compounds and two of synthesized polymers were also screened for antibacterial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, and the obtained results for all four combinations showed good inhibition. Extraction capability for heavy metal ions such as Cr³⁺, Pb²⁺, Hg²⁺, Cd²⁺, and Co²⁺ from aqueous solutions was also tested at 25°C and pH 7–8.     

一种可溶性含呫吨结构的聚醚醚酮酮的合成与表征

以呫吨酮为起始原料,经二氯亚砜作用得到9,9-二氯呫吨中间体,继而与苯酚发生取代反应,探索了"一锅、二步"法制备含呫吨结构的双酚单体———9,9-二(4-羟基苯基)呫吨(BHPX)的新方法.在氮气保护下,在K2CO3存在下,以环丁砜为溶剂,将其与1,3-二(4-氟苯甲酰基)苯进行亲核缩聚反应,制得了一种高分子量的(数均分子量为45000,多分散性指数为1.9)新型含呫吨结构的Cardo型聚醚醚酮酮(PEEKK-X),并用FTIR,DSC,TG及WAXD等方法对其进行了分析表征.结果表明,所制得的聚合物(PEEKK-X)为无定形结构,其玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为215℃;在氮气气氛中5%的热失重温度(Td)为558℃,700℃时的残炭率为67%;在常温下易溶于非质子极性溶剂(如NMP、DMF和DMAc)和极性较弱的溶剂如CHCl3中.该聚合物可通过溶液浇铸成膜,所得到的薄膜韧性好,透明且耐折,其拉伸强度为81.5 MPa,杨氏膜量为2.48 GPa,断裂伸长率为16.8%.     

Macrocycle-Derived Functional Xanthenes and Progress Towards Concurrent Detection of Glucose and Fructose

The detection of saccharides in biological media is of great current importance for the monitoring of disease states. We have previously reported that solutions of boronic acid-functionalized macrocycles form acyclic oligomeric materials in situ. The oligomers contain fluorescent xanthene moieties. Current efforts are aimed at modulating the spectroscopic responses of these materials for the analysis of specific sugars. We describe conditions whereby the xanthene boronic acids exhibit high colorimetric fructose selectivity. In contrast, at physiological levels selective glucose monitoring can be achieved via fluorescence. Additionally, we describe a method which exhibits promise for detecting both glucose and fructose at dual wavelengths in the UV-Vis region. Mechanistic rationale for each of these findings is presented.     

Oxalic acld as a catalyst for efficient synthesis of bis-(indolyl)methanes,and 14-aryl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes in water

A simple,efficient,and environment benign route was developed for the preparation of bis-(indolyl)methanes and 14-aryl-14H-dibenzo[a,j]xanthenes from condensation of various aromatic aldehydes or ketones with indole,and 2-naphthol,respectively,using oxalic acid catalyst in aqueous medium.Use of cheap and easily available catalyst,better yields and simple reaction protocol are the advantages of the present method.     

改性活性炭负载氯化铁催化氧杂蒽衍生物的合成

制备了一种新型改性活性炭负载FeCl₃催化剂(MAC-FeCl₃),并通过红外光谱及等离子体发射光谱等技术手段对其进行了表征。 在MAC-FeCl₃催化下,β-萘酚与醛在PEG200中,于120 ℃反应60~120 min,合成了一系列氧杂蒽类衍生物,收率为79%~93%。 该方法操作简单、产率高、环境友好。 制备的催化剂性能稳定,使用4次仍保持较高活性。
