Synthesis of potassium salts ofO-substitutedN-nitrohydroxylamines

聚(酪氨酸酯对苯二甲酰胺)碳酸酯药物控制释放材料的研究

报道了一类生物可降解聚（酪氨酸酯对苯二甲酰胺）碳酸酯的合成和结构表征，研究了聚合物的性质和体外降解性能，并以５ 氟脲嘧啶和牛血清白蛋为模型，对它们作为药物控制释放材料的性能进行了初步评价．     

甲苯定向硝化的理论研究

运用密度泛函理论(DFT)B3LYP方法，在6-31G~(* *)基组水平上，全优化计算 了硝酰阳离子NO_2~+对苯和从0-，m-,p-位进攻甲苯亲电取代硝化后应，求得4条反 应途径上包括反应物、过渡态和Wheland中间体共(4×3)12个反应驻点σ络合物的 分子几何、电子结构、能量和IR光谱等性质，阐明了反应中无同位素效应的实验事 实，求得各反应途径的活化能排序：p-＞o-＞PhH＞m-和σ络合物(R,TSak或INT)的 相对稳定化能排序：p-ArCH_3-NO_2~+＞o-ArCH_3-NO_2~+＞m-ArCH_3-NO_2~+＞ PhH-NO_2~+，从而阐明了甲基对苯环致活(或致钝)以及增加甲苯硝化络合物稳定性 的双重功能，对甲苯定向硝化的理论预示与实验结果相吻合。     

Expression and Characterization of Catalytic Domain of T Cell Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase（△TC-PTP） —— Immunohistochemical Study of △TC-PTP Expression in Non-small Cell Lung Carcinomas

This study objective was to express and characterize the catalytic domain of the human T cell protein tyrosine phosphatase（△TC-PTP） and to study immunohistochemically the expression of △TC-PTP in human non-small cell lung cancers. △TC-PTP gene was PCR amplified with the cDNA of human TC-PTP as template, and cloned into the pT7 expression vector. The recombinant pT7-△TC-PTP was expressed in E. coli Rosetta （ DE3 ） host cells and puri- fied. The enzymatic characteristics of △TC-PTP including enzyme activity and kinetics assay were measured. The antiserum was prepared by immunizing rabbit with the purified recombinant △TC-PTP. Rabbit polyclonal antibody against △TC-PTP was purified by PVDF immobilized antigen affinity chromatography. Immunohistochemical staining of lung cancer tissues was performed with antibody against △TC-PTP protein. △TC-PTP gene was correctly cloned, expressed, and purified. The recombinant △TC-PTP had a highly catalytic activity of PTPase. Squamous cell lung carcinoma showed a significantly higher expression rate of △TC-PTP （76. 92%, 10/13 ） than adenocarcinoma （57.14%, 4/7） and normal lung tissue（20%, 1/5 ）. This study represents the first demonstration that △TC-PTP is highly expressed in human squamous cell lung carcinomas. In addition, this study provides an important basis for further studying the biological function of TC-PTP and its relationship with lung carcinomas and other diseases.     

Nitropyrazoles

A method for the synthesis of bi-, ter-, and quaterpyrazoles by cyclization ofC-(diformylmethyl)nitropyrazoles with hydrazine has been elaborated. Some of theirC- andN-derivatives have been obtained. Nitration Reaction Catalyzed by Horseradish Peroxidase in the Presence of H2O2 and NaNO2

The enzymatic nitration of phenol and m-cresol catalyzed by horseradish peroxidase was studied in the presence of H2O2 and NaNO2. The results showed that the nitration products of phenol were 2-nitro and 4-nitrophenols. There was also a small amount of by-products of hydroquinone and catechol. The influences of various reaction parameters, including pH, organic solvent type, and concentrations of NaNO2 and H2O2, on the nitration products were investigated. The yields of 4-nitrophenol and 2-nitrophenol were 14% and 12%, respectively. The nitration products of m-cresol were 4-nitro-m-cresol and 6-nitro-m-cresol, and the yields of 4-nitro-m-cresol and 6-nitro-m-cresol were 19% and 30%, respectively.     

Microwave assisted synthesis of an unusual dinitro phytochemical

A novel dinitro secondary metabolite, 2-nitro-4-(2^′-nitroethenyl)phenol from a marine source, has been prepared via highly accelerated, microwave assisted, nitration reactions using mild reagents. ipso-Substitution of a carboxy group by a nitro group is discussed.     

Synthesis and some properties ofN-polynitromethyl derivatives of fused benzotriazoles

示差脉冲伏安法测定黄酒中的酪氨酸

本文研究了硼砂介质中镍与酪氨酸络合物的示差脉冲吸附伏安特性，实验了仪器参数对示差脉冲阴极吸附伏安法的影响，在最佳条件下络合物峰电流与酪氨酸浓度在２．０×１０＾－７～４．０×１０＾－５ｍｏｌ．Ｌ＾－１范围内有线性关系，并以此法测定了黄酒中酪氨酸的含量。     

表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂的药效团研究

根据一系列表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂的三维定量构效关系研究，得 到了该类抑制剂的药效团，研究结果与Novartis的药效团模型相当类似．药效团包 括一个氢键受体，一个氢键给体，一个疏水区和一个带有氯或溴原子药效团对于研 究表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶抑制剂结构与活性的关系具有重要的意义．通过三 维数据库搜索可能会得到新的先导化合物．
