Synthesis and reactivity of 3-(trichlorogermyl)propanoic acid and 3-(triphenylgermyl) propanoic acid

3-(Trichlorogermyl)propanoic acid (la) reacts with phenylmagnesium bromide in malar ratio 1:4 to give 3-(triphenylgermyl)propanoic acid (2a).In the compounds la and 2a theβ-carboxylic functional group shows some unusual properties when they react with excess of phenylmagnesium bromide.The compound la reacts with phenylmagnesium bromide in molar ratio 1:5 to give phenyl 2-(triphenylgermyl)ethylketone (3a) and in molar ratio 1:6 to give l,l-diphenyl-3-(triphenylgermyl)propanol (4a).The compound 2a reacts with phenylmagnesium bromide in molar ratio 1:2 to give 3a and in molar ratio 1:3 to give 4a also.Dehydration of the compound 4a with dilute hydrochloric acid seems especially easy.Moreover,the compound la reacted with phenylmagnsium bromide in molar ratio 1:6,then the mixture was treated with dilute hydrochloric acid to give 1,1-diphenyl-3-(triphenylgermyl)-1-propene (5a) in one pot reaction.Alkyl Ge-C bond in the compound 5a can be cleaved selectively by lithium aluminium hydride ( LiAlH4) in good yiel     

Synthesis and biological activity of novel N‐benzoyl‐N‐tert‐butyl‐N′‐(β‐triphenylgermyl)propionylhydrazines

A series of new N‐benzoyl‐N‐tert‐butyl‐N′‐(β‐triphenylgermyl)propionylhydrazines were synthesized by the condensation reaction of β‐triphenylgermyl propanoic acid with N‐benzoyl‐N‐tert‐butylhydrazines in good yields by using N,N′‐dicyclohexylcorbodiimide as dehydrating agent. These title compounds were evaluated for molting hormone mimicking activity. The results of bioassay showed that the compounds exhibit moderate larvicidal activity, and toxicity assays indicated that the title compounds can induce a premature, abnormal and lethal larval molt. We found that the title compounds possess potential anticancer activities in vitro. Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

β-三苯锗基丙酸及β-三苯锗基丁酸的拉曼及红外光谱

我们合成了有机锗化合物的一类重要中间体β-三苯锗基丙酸和β-三苯锗基丁酸 ,测量了该化合物的拉曼光谱和红外光谱 ,经光谱分析 ,指认了主要波数所对应的分子振动。在这两种化合物的拉曼光谱中 ,30 50 cm- 1( m)、1 0 2 5cm- 1( m)和 61 8cm- 1( m)分属于 Ph- H的伸缩振动、面内弯曲振动和面外扭曲振动。饱和 Ge- C键的振动分别在 594cm- 1和 587cm- 1,同时指出了 Ph- Ge的几种振动所对应的振动频率。在红外光谱中 ,C=O的振动出现在 1 70 9cm- 1( s)和 1 70 5cm- 1( s) ,与饱和碳相连接的 Ge- C振动出现在 61 7cm- 1( w)和 61 7cm- 1( w)。     

O-(3-三苯锗基)正丙基硫代磷酸酯及类似物的合成

首次采用3-三苯锗基正丙醇及其衍生物和硫代磷酸类的合成路线,合成了13个标题新化合物。其结构由IR,^1HNMR及MS等手段鉴定。研究结果表明:以NaH作缚酸剂,18-冠-6作相转移催化剂可以大大加速反应。体外实验表明,部分化合物对KB,A2780,HCT-8等癌细胞有较好的抑制活性。     

β-三氯锗基丙酸及β-三苯锗基丙酸与苯基溴化镁的反应

三氯锗基丙酸(1a)和三苯锗基丙酸(2a)与过量苯基溴化镁起反应时,这两个分子中的羧基表现出一些奇特性质。当1a和2a与不同浓度的苯基溴化镁起反应时,都能生成相应的酮(3a)和醇(4a)。在稀盐酸作用下,4a极易脱水生成1,1-二苯基-3-三苯锗基丙烯-1(5a)。当1a与苯基溴化镁起反应,然后再用稀盐酸处理也同样得到5a。5a的Ge-C键能被LiAlH~4高选择性地切断,生成三苯基锗烷(6a)和1,1-二苯基丙烯(6b)。
