Reactions of tricarbonyl compounds with vinyl diazo compounds 2 were carried out. Reaction of 1,2,3-indanetrione with 2a,b,c gave the spiroindan-1,3-dione-2,2′-benzodihydrooxepin 7a,b,c, but not normal products oxirane and dihydrofuran derivatives expected from intermediate vinyl carbonyl ylides 4. Formation of 7 requires isomerization of vinyl carbonyl ylides 4 bearing a (Z)-cyanostyryl group to unstable (E)-form 5 and subsequent cyclization to oxepin 6 followed by a 1,5-hydrogen shift. However, reaction of 2 with six-membered cyclic tricarbonyl compounds 1,2,3-trioxo-2,3-dihydrophenalene 11 and dimethylalloxane 13 gave the dioxole 12 and the dihydrofuran 14, respectively, typical products expected from vinyl carbonyl ylides. 相似文献

Stereospecific syntheses of (±)-3-methyl-6-isopropenyl-3(Z),9-decadien-1-yl acetate and (±)-3,9-dimethyl-6-isopropenyl-3(Z),9-decadien-1-yl propionate (the Racemoc forms of the pheromones of the scalesAonidiella aurantii andPseudaulascaspis pentagona) with a geometrical purity of the (Z)-trisubstituted double bond not lower than 99 % were performed. The key step in both syntheses was the 1,4-cis-hydrogenation of the corresponding ethyl 3-methyl-6-(1, 1-ethylenedioxyethyl)-2,4,9-decatrienoates catalyzed with chromium carbonyl complexes. These 2,4-dienes were obtained in five conventional steps including the alkylation of ethyl acetoacetate by the appropriate 1-bromo-3-butenes and the Horner-Emmons olefination of the corresponding -branched aldehydes.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. The mono-ortho chlorobiphenyls (CBs) 60, 74, 114, 123, 157, 167 and 189 were determined in Aroclor mixtures and aquatic organisms by multidimensional gas chromatography with electron capture detection (MDGC/ECD), using a combination of an Ultra 2 and an FFAP column. MDGC/ECD is recommended as the most suitable technique for direct determination of these CBs, without a liquid chromatographic (LC) pre-separation of mono-ortho CBs from the other CBs. Dependent, to some extent, on the stationary phase used, single-column determinations of these CBs easily yield too high results due to the presence of interferences. The contribution of the mono-ortho CBs studied to the total 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (TCDD) equivalents (TEQs) from CBs in fish is highly dependent on the toxic equivalency factors (TEFs) used and varies between 0.02 and 22%. This contribution is mainly due to CBs 74, 114, 157 and 167 which may easily be determined by taking three heart-cuts and combining them into one MDGC/ECD run. The analytical error is negligible compared with the huge uncertainty of the TEFs. A need for more precise TEFs is emphasized. 相似文献

Novel copolymers composed of a styrene (St) derivative bearing a vicinal tricarbonyl moiety and various vinyl monomers such as St, methyl methacrylate (MMA), and N‐vinylpyrrolidone (NVP) were synthesized by (1) radical copolymerization of a St derivative with a 1,3‐diketone structure with St, MMA, and NVP and (2) successive oxidation of the resulting copolymers with N‐bromosuccinimide in DMSO to convert their 1,3‐diketone moieties in the side chains into the corresponding vicinal tricarbonyl moieties. Their tricarbonyl moieties were readily hydrated in water‐containing acetone to generate the corresponding copolymers bearing geminal diol structures in the side chains. On the other hand, heating the resulting copolymers bearing the geminal diol structures in vacuo‐enabled successful recovery of the vicinal tricarbonyl moieties to demonstrate the reversible nature of this system. The interaction of Ru3(CO)12 with a novel family of monodentate V‐shaped Schiff base ligands (L1–4; L1: (E)‐1‐(4‐((4‐bromobenzylidene)amino)phenyl)ethanone, L2: (E)‐1‐(3‐(4‐(dimethylamino)benzylideneamino)phenyl)ethanone, L3: (E)‐1‐(4‐(4‐(dimethylamino)benzylideneamino)phenyl)ethanone, L4: (E)‐1‐(3‐(3,4‐dimethoxybenzylideneamino)phenyl)ethanone) in air under atmospheric pressure afforded the novel complexes [Ru(CO)3(L1–4)2]. The parent ligands and their complexes were characterized using elemental analyses and spectroscopic techniques. In addition, the structure of the representative ligand L1 was determined using single‐crystal X‐ray analysis. The stereochemistry and theoretical optimization of the three‐dimensional geometry of the ligands and their complexes were justified. In vitro antimicrobial screening against bacterial stains Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and fungus Candida albicans was conducted. Cytotoxicity of the compounds as anti‐tumour agents was evaluated against liver carcinoma (HepG2), breast carcinoma (MCF7) and colon carcinoma (HCT‐116) cell lines relative to cisplatin and doxorubicin. The complexes showed variable in vitro cytotoxic activities against the three studied cell lines, with IC50 values less than those of cis‐platin, and thus appear to be building blocks for promising anti‐tumour agents. 相似文献

合成了一种含双极性9,9-双(9-乙基咔唑-3-基)-4,5-二氮芴(ECAF)配体的新型三羰基铼配合物Re(CO)3(ECAF)Cl,通过核磁共振氢谱及高分辨质谱对其结构进行了确定。以含有4,5-二氮-9,9-螺二芴(SB)配体的铼配合物Re(CO)3(SB)Cl作为参比物,对比研究了其热稳定性及光电性能。结果表明,与参比物的分解温度(366℃)相比,配合物Re(CO)3(ECAF)Cl有极好的热稳定性(热分解温度419℃)。由于富电子咔唑基团导致的能隙增大,相比参比物的发光波长(572 nm),Re(CO)3(ECAF)Cl的发光波长蓝移至565 nm。Re(CO)3(ECAF)Cl的发光量子效率(39%)稍高于参比物(37%)。以旋涂法制成电致发光器件后,基于Re(CO)3(ECAF)Cl器件的最佳掺杂浓度(质量分数)高达30%,是基于参比物器件的2.4倍,而且开启电压低至2.9 V,明显比参比物器件的4.0 V低,说明ECAF配体能有效抑制发光浓度淬灭,且明显改善了铼配合物的载流子传输性能。基于Re(CO)3(ECAF)Cl器件的最大电流效率及最大外量子效率分别为8.2 cd·A^-1和3.0%,低于参比物器件的9.7 cd·A^-1和3.9%。 相似文献
