Stereocontrolled synthesis of a potent antimalarial alkaloid, (+)-febrifugine

A novel and stereocontrolled synthetic path to a potential antimalarial piperidine alkaloid, (+)-febrifugine, was established by employing the reductive deamination and simultaneous recyclization of a proline derivative with samarium diiodide, as a key step.

本文用ＤＴＡ、Ｘ－ｒａｙ粉末衍射和荧光光度计等方法研究了ＥｕＩ２的相变和结构及荧光性质，用退火和淬火的方法得到了ＥｕＩ２的三种不同结构，并在荧光光谱上有不同的反映，首次发现ＥｕＩ２的低温变体，ＥｕＩ２－Ⅲ，正交晶系，空间群为ｐｎｍａ，ａ＝１．２２８７ｎｍ，ｂ＝０．４８８７ｎｍ，ｃ＝０．８３８４ｎｍ，Ｚ＝４。     

Studies toward the synthesis of salinosporamide A, a potent proteasome inhibitor

An α-methylenepyrrolidinone bearing all the functionalities and relative configurations of an advanced intermediate in the synthesis of salinosporamide A and analogues has been synthesized from methyl pyroglutamate through regio- and stereoselective N-methylnitrone cycloaddition.     

Er~(3 ),Ho~(3 )和Tm~(3 )在硫氧化钆中的余辉发光

非放射性长余辉磷光粉作为美化和清洁光源在发光陶瓷、交通安全标志、紧急突发事件的照明设施、工艺美术涂料等众多领域得到越来越广泛的应用,引起人们的重视.到目前为止,文献报道的稀土长余辉磷光体的激活离子主要有铕离子(Eu3+和Eu2+[1-4]、三价铈离子(Ce3+)[5]、三价铽离子(Tb3+)[6]、三价镨离子(Pr3+)[7]、三价钐离子(Sm3+)[8].Ho3+,Er3+,Tm3+等稀土离子作为红外上转换发光材料的激活离子[9～12],而关于它们的长余辉发光的报道极少.最近,雷炳富等在Tm3+离子[13]激活的硫氧化钇体系中发现了长余辉发光.在此,我们通过高温固相法合成了Er3+,Ho3+和Tm3+掺杂的硫氧化钆长余辉磷光粉,观察到该体系中迄今未见文献报道的Er3+,Ho3+和Tm3+离子的长余辉发光.

室温下SmI2-THF-HMPA-t-BuOH体系可顺利地将二硫代氨基甲酸酯还原断裂得到二硫醚和硫代甲酰胺; 同样条件下, 硫代氨基甲酸酯还原断裂得到二硫醚篅34The reductive cleavage of dithiocarbamic esters are promoted by the SmI2-HMPA-THF-t-BuOH System successfully to give disulfides and thiocarboxamides at room temperature in good yields; The reduction of thiocarbamic esters are also promoted by the same system to give disulfides and carboxamides.     

二碘化钐作用下缺电子烯烃的还原偶联反应

室温下SmI2-HMPA-t-BuOH-THF体系能顺利地将丁烯二酸二酯还原偶联为1, 2, 3, 4-四烷氧基羰基丁烷, 同样条件下, 亚苄基氰乙酸乙酯,α-乙氧羰基肉桂酸乙酯, α-乙酰基肉桂酸乙酯和亚苄基丙二酸亚异丙酯等化合物也发生还原偶联反应得到相应的二聚体。     

Reactions of neodymium(ii), dysprosium(ii), and thulium(ii) diiodides with cyclopentadiene. Molecular structures of complexes CpTmI2(THF)3 and [NdI2(THF)5]+[NdI4(THF)2]–

The reactions of LnI₂ (Ln = Nd (1) or Dy (2)) with cyclopentadiene (CpH) in THF at 0 °C afforded the CpLnI₂(THF)₃ complexes in 65—67% yields. The reaction of thulium diiodide (3) with an excess of CpH at 60 °C produced CpTmI₂(THF)₃, Cp₂TmI(THF)₂, and TmI₃(THF)₃ in 21, 58, and 63% yields, respectively. The reactions of 1 and 2 with pentamethylcyclopentadiene (Cp*H) in THF were accompanied by disproportionation giving rise to the Cp*₂LnI(THF)₂ and LnI₃(THF) _x complexes. Neodymium triiodide was isolated in the ionic form [NdI₂(THF)₅]⁺[NdI₄(THF)₂]^–. Its structure and the structure of CpTmI₂(THF)₃ were established by X-ray diffraction analysis.     

Samarium diiodide promoted formation of 1,2-diketones and 1-acylamido-2-substituted benzimidazoles from N-acylbenzotriazoles

N-Acylbenzotriazoles, when treated with samarium diiodide in THF, undergo self-coupling reaction to afford 1,2-diketones in good to excellent yields; while when treated with samarium diiodide in CH₃CN, they undergo ring-opening reaction to afford 1-acylamido-2-alkyl (or aryl) benzimidazoles in reasonable to good yields. A plausible mechanism was suggested.     

Quecksilber(II)‐chlorid‐ und ‐iodid‐Komplexe von Dithia‐ und Tetrathiakronenethern

Mercury(II) Chloride and Iodide Complexes of Dithia‐ and Tetrathiacrown Ethers The complexes [(HgCl₂)₂((ch)₂30S₄O₆)] ( 1 ), [HgCl₂(mn21S₂O₅)] ( 2 ), [HgCl₂(ch18S₂O₄)] ( 3 ) and [HgI(meb12S₂O₂)]₂[Hg₂I₆] ( 4 ) have been synthesized, characterized and their crystal structures were determined. In [(HgCl₂)₂((ch)₂30S₄O₆)] two HgCl₂ units are discretely bonded within the ligand cavity of the 30‐membered dichinoxaline‐tetrathia‐30‐crown‐10 ((ch)₂30S₄O₆) forming a binuclear complex. HgCl₂ forms 1 : 1 “in‐cavity” complexes with the 21‐membered maleonitrile‐dithia‐21‐crown‐7 (mn21S₂O₅) ligand and the 18‐membered chinoxaline‐dithia‐18‐crown‐6 (ch18S₂O₄) ligand, respectively. The 12‐membered 4‐methyl‐benzo‐dithia‐12‐crown‐4 (meb12S₂O₂) ligand gave with two equivalents HgI₂ the compound [HgI(meb12S₂O₂)]₂[Hg₂I₆]. In the cation [HgI(meb12S₂O₂)]⁺ meb12S₂O₂ forms with the cation HgI⁺ a half‐sandwich complex.     

电极条件对硫酸介质中电解还原提纯镱过程的影响

研究了以钌铱钛合金网和汞分别为阳、阴电极, 在无气氛保护条件下, 采用电解还原方法从铥、镱、镥硫酸盐溶液中分离提纯镱的过程. 讨论了在8 V恒电压时的电极间距、位置, 以及阴、阳极表面积对电解过程中的电流、还原率影响. 优化了电解还原过程, YbSO4产品的纯度稳定达到99.5%以上, 一次收率可达80%;提镱后母液中的铥和镥被富集4倍以上, 其中Lu含量高于50%, 十分有利于后续铥/镥分离.
