Seven discrete sugar‐pendant diamines were complexed to the {M(CO)3}+ (99mTc/Re) core: 1,3‐diamino‐2‐propyl β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( L 1 ), 1,3‐diamino‐2‐propyl β‐D ‐xylopyranoside ( L 2 ), 1,3‐diamino‐2‐propyl α‐D ‐mannopyranoside ( L 3 ), 1,3‐diamino‐2‐propyl α‐D ‐galactopyranoside ( L 4 ), 1,3‐diamino‐2‐propyl β‐D ‐galactopyranoside ( L 5 ), 1,3‐diamino‐2‐propyl β‐(α‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1,4)‐D ‐glucopyranoside) ( L 6 ), and bis(aminomethyl)bis[(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyloxy)methyl]methane ( L 7 ). The Re complexes [Re( L 1 – L 7 )(Br)(CO)3] were characterized by 1H and 13C 1D/2D NMR spectroscopy which confirmed the pendant nature of the carbohydrate moieties in solution. Additional characterization was provided by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, and mass spectrometry. Two analogues, [Re( L 2 )(CO)3Br] and [Re( L 3 )(CO)3Br], were characterized in the solid state by X‐ray crystallography and represent the first reported structures of Re organometallic carbohydrate compounds. Conductivity measurements in H2O established that the complexes exist as [Re( L 1 – L 7 )(H2O)(CO)3]Br in aqueous conditions. Radiolabelling of L 1 – L 7 with [99mTc(H2O)3(CO)3]+ afforded in high yield compounds of identical character to the Re analogues. The radiolabelled compounds were determined to exhibit high in vitro stability towards ligand exchange in the presence of an excess of either cysteine or histidine over a 24 h period. 相似文献

This paper reviews ways in which radioactive tracer techniques can he used to improve the efficiency of a caprolactam production plant, Residence time spectra and material distributions in different parts of the plant were measured by application of sodium 24, bromine 82 and technetium 99m. The investigations led to improved cumeneoxidators and gave useful informations on the catalytic decomposition of the phenolic tar and the hydrogenation process of phenol. It could he shown that the construction of the lactam extractor must he varied and the results of the tracerexperiments made in the distillation unit contributed to a higher quality of the final product. 相似文献

Abstract The reaction of 2-pyridine carboxylic acid (Hpic) with (n-Bu4N)[TcNCl4] and (n-Bu4N)[TcOCl4] in ethanol and methanol, respectively, yields the dinuclear μ-oxo complex [(pic)2NTc-O-TcN(pic)(Hpic)Cl] and the monomeric complex [TcO(pic)2Cl]. Visible and infrared spectroscopy, ESR, 1H-NMR and 99Tc-NMR have been used to characterize the new compounds. Using chemical separations and radiometric measurements medium-half-life irradiation products of molybdenum with 12.5 MeV deuterons were determined (90Nb, 92Nb, 95mNb, 95Nb, 96Nb, 99Mo, 95mTc, 96Tc, 99mTc) as well as thick target yields for some of them: 92Nb (0.22 μCi/μAh), 95Nb(0.05 μCi/μAh), 99Mo (64 μCi/μAh), 95mTc(0.76 μCi/μAh), 96Tc((62.5 μCi/μAh). Moreover isolation possibiities of radioactive preparations from removed worn-cut molybdenum parts of the U-120 cycletron are discussed. 相似文献

Bis-arene sandwich complexes are generally prepared by the Fischer-Hafner reaction, which conditions are incompatible with most O- and N- functional groups. We report a new way for the synthesis of sandwich type complexes [Re(η6-arene)2]+ and [Re(η6-arene)(η6-benzene)]+ from [Re(η6-napht)2]+ and [Re(η6-napht)(η6-benzene)]+, with functionalized arenes and pharmaceuticals. N-methylpyrrolidine (NMP) facilitates the substitution of naphthalene with the incoming arene. A series of fully characterized rhenium sandwich complexes with simple arenes, such as aniline, as well as with active compounds like lidocaine and melatonin are presented. With these rhenium compounds in hand, the radioactive sandwich complexes [99mTc(η6-pharm)2]+ (pharm=pharmaceutical) can be unambiguously confirmed. The direct labelling of pharmaceuticals with 99mTc through η6-coordination to phenyl rings and the confirmation of the structures with the rhenium homologues opens a path into molecular theranostics. 相似文献

An investigation was made into the nature of paramagnetic centers in a Tc/Al2O3 system under varying conditions as to heat treatment and technetium content, and in O2 and CO adsorption environments. It was found that in the case of reduction at 573 K Tc2+ ions and, conceivably, other ionic forms developed and stabilized on the carrier surface. After reduction at 973 K two types of electron center appeared, whose concentration increased as reduction was prolonged. Signals were observed in the low fields (3–20 mT) of the ESR spectra having g1 13.5 and g2>30, which could be assigned to free charge carriers in a cluster of metal atoms or ions. Adsorption of O2 at 300 K caused O
2
–
ion radicals to form on the surface of the reduced Tc/Al2O3 samples, both electron centers and technetium ions constituting the electron donors. In the case of CO adsorption paramagnetic (CO)
2
–
particles appeared on the Tc/Al2O3 samples after prolonged exposure. On reaction with O2 two types of O
2
–

By means of different concentrations the signal-to-noise ratios of Tc-99-NMR spectra were determined applying well measurable Tc-samples [tetrabutylammoniwn pertechnetate, TBA (TcO4)J and a 250 MHz-spectrometer. The signal-to-noise ratios of the spectra were determined by using the integrated routines of the firm's software and accumulating different number of scans. By fittings of data of the signal-to-noise ratio dependence and by extrapolation the minimum Tc-concentralion could be empirically found out. Applying a duration of measurements of 12 hours about 10?7 molar concentrations can be determined. 相似文献
