采用淋洗液发生器阴离子交换-抑制电导检测法,同时分离和检测阿思巴甜、甜蜜素、安赛蜜和糖精4种常见的甜味剂.由于采用了淋洗液发生器,使背景电导大大降低,可以实现甜味剂的高灵敏度检测和分离.该方法具有良好的重现性、线性关系和较低的检测限.阿思巴甜、甜蜜素、安赛蜜和糖精的检测限分别是:1.27、0.045、0.033、0.063 mg/L;样品测定的回收率分别为99.7%、102.8%、98.6%、103.5%.  相似文献

Summary Sulfonylureas are widely used for the treatment of non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus. Glibenclamide belongs to the group of substituted arylsulfonylureas. Many representative of this group shows polymorphism. The purpose of this work was to investigate the thermal behaviour and compatibility between glibenclamide and some excipients using thermoanalytical techniques (TG-DTG/DSC). The thermal and isothermal kinetics data showed incompatibility between glibenclamide and magnesium stearate.  相似文献

A facile total synthesis of (+)-hernandulcin (1) was accomplished from (−)-isopulegol in 6 steps with 15% overall yield. Epoxidation of (−)-isopulegol with m-chloroperbenzoic acid followed by opening of the epoxide 3a with prenyl Grignard afforded the tertiary alcohol 4a with correct C-6 and C-1′ stereochemistry as a major product. Oxidation of the secondary alcohol in compound 4a to the ketone 5a was accomplished in high yield by using TPAP and N-methylmorpholine N-oxide. Conversion of the ketone 5a to α,β-unsaturated ketone via organoselenium intermediate gave (+)-hernandulcin (1). This method was also successfully applied to the synthesis of (+)-epihernandulcin (2).  相似文献

建立了液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间串联质谱联用技术同时测定4种甜味剂(安赛蜜、糖精钠、甜蜜素、阿斯巴甜)及2种抗氧化剂(叔丁基对苯二酚、丁基羟基茴香醚)的方法.试验采用Extend-C18色谱柱分离与ESI(-)检测,以乙腈-1 mmol/L乙酸铵为流动相梯度洗脱,在6 min内实现6种目标物的快速分离,检测限为0.250 0~5.00 0 ng/m L,日间精密度小于10.71%(n=3),液态样品平均回收率为83.24%~118.3%.方法准确、灵敏,可快速检测食品中的甜味剂和抗氧化剂.  相似文献

The unconventional yeast Yarrowia lipolytica is used to produce erythritol from glycerol. In this study, the role of the erythrose reductase (ER) homolog YALI0B07117g in erythritol synthesis was analyzed. The deletion of the gene resulted in an increased production of mannitol (308%) and arabitol (204%) before the utilization of these polyols began. The strain overexpressing the YALI0B07117g gene was used to increase the erythritol yield from glycerol as a sole carbon source in batch cultures, resulting in a yield of 0.4 g/g. The specific consumption rate (qs) increased from 5.83 g/g/L for the WT strain to 8.49 g/g/L for the modified strain and the productivity of erythritol increased from 0.28 g/(L h) for the A101 strain to 0.41 g/(L h) for the modified strain. The application of the research may prove positive for shortening the cultivation time due to the increased rate of consumption of the substrate combined with the increased parameters of erythritol synthesis.  相似文献

There are increasing demands for simple, rapid, low-cost, and green methods for the determination of artificial sweeteners that are of concern because of their toxicity. Acesulfame-K, sodium saccharin, sodium cyclamate, aspartame, and neotame were determined by high-performance ion-mobility spectrometry with direct electrospray ionization (ESI-HPIMS). The resolving power exceeded 60 in both positive- and negative-ion modes. The single acquisition time was less than 10?s and the total analysis time was under 2?min which is faster than traditional chromatography methods. Calibration curves were established for the sweeteners at concentrations from 0.1 to 1.5 or 2.0?mg/L with correlation coefficients of approximately 0.99. The combination of simple sample preparation, fast analysis, high sensitivity, robustness, green properties, and low cost makes ESI-HPIMS a promising technique for the determination of acesulfame-K, sodium saccharin, sodium cyclamate, aspartame, and neotame in water and beverages.  相似文献

We used high-resolution rotational spectroscopy coupled to a laser ablation source to study the conformational panorama of perillartine, a solid synthetic sweetener. Four conformers were identified under the isolation conditions of the supersonic expansion, showing that all of them present an E configuration of the C=N group with respect to the double bond of the ring. The observed structures were verified against Shallenberger–Acree–Kier’s sweetness theory to shed light on the structure–sweetness relationship for this particular oxime, highlighting a deluge of possibilities to bind the receptor.  相似文献

 采用反相高效液相色谱法 ,一次进样、同时测定食品中的人工合成甜味剂 (糖精钠、安赛蜜、甜味素 )、防腐剂(苯甲酸、山梨酸 )、咖啡因、可可碱和茶碱。以AlltechEconosphereC18柱 (15 0mm× 4 6mmi.d .,3μm)为分离柱 ,10mmol/LNaH2 PO4 (pH 4 0 0 ) 乙腈 (体积比为 90∶10 )为流动相 ,采用二极管阵列检测器进行检测。整个分离过程在 2 3min内完成。样品平均加标回收率为 78 5 %~ 10 7 2 %。  相似文献
