蛋白质的硫巯化是一种重要的氧化翻译后修饰,在细胞衰老、内质网应激、血管舒张、细胞凋亡等过程中扮演重要角色。利用蛋白质组学技术表征硫巯化修饰具有十分重要的意义。该文发展了一种基于碘乙酸功能化的聚酰胺-胺树枝状聚合物(PAMAM-INS),并结合滤膜辅助的样品预处理技术用于硫巯化肽段的富集(简称FADE策略),利用FADE策略能从100倍质量干扰的牛血清白蛋白酶解产物中选择性地富集出硫巯化标准肽段。将细胞培养稳定同位素标记技术引入到FADE策略中,并将其应用于不同浓度梯度硫氢化钠刺激的SHSY5Y细胞硫巯化蛋白质组分析,共鉴定到163条硫巯化肽段。生物信息学的结果表明,硫巯化修饰可能在中枢神经系统中扮演着重要角色。  相似文献

Antibacterial activity was imparted with polyamidoamine (PAMAM) side chain dendritic polyurethane (SCDPU‐PEG) by doping of silver particles. Antibacterial activities of both the polyurethane (SCDPU‐PEG) and its silver doped structures were investigated against Escherichia coli bacteria. The silver doped polymeric structures were found to exhibit antibacterial activity while the polymer without silver loading showed no antibacterial activity. Formation of silver doped side chain dendritic polymers was investigated from the UV‐vis plasmon absorption band of silver particles.  相似文献

Nanosized surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) substrates fabricated by the controlled growth of metal nanostructures on water-dispersed two-dimensional nanomaterials can open a new avenue for SERS analysis of liquid samples in biological fields. In this work, regular and uniform Ag nanostructures were grown on the surface of graphene oxide (GO) through a microwave-assisted hydrothermal method. Polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimers were assembled on the surface of GO to form GO/PAMAM templates for growing Ag nanostructures, which are primarily comprised of Ag dimers and trimers. The prepared Ag/GO nanocomposites are highly dispersed and stable in aqueous solution and may be used as substrates for enhanced Raman detection of rhodamine 6?G (R6G) in aqueous solution. This special substrate provides high-performance SERS and suppresses R6G fluorescence in aqueous solution and is promising as a nanosized material for the enhanced Raman detection of liquid samples in biological diagnostics.  相似文献

以乙二胺和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,经过重复Michael和酯氨解反应,制备出二代(2.0 G)树枝状聚酰胺胺(PAMAM).PAMAM与2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶酮氮氧自由基经缩合、还原将PAMAM与2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氮氧自由基(TEMPO)键连,得到PAMAM负载的TEMPO(PAMAM-TEMPO).采用1H NMR、13C NMR以及FT-IR等手段对中间体及最终产物进行了表征.将PAMAM-TEMPO与CuBr2以及2,2-联吡啶结合构成催化体系,用于分子氧为氧化剂的醇的选择性氧化反应,结果表明该体系对苄基以及烯丙基伯醇的氧化显示出良好的催化活性和选择性.结果还证明,TEMPO的负载使氧化产物醛很容易与催化体系分离,而且催化剂可以循环使用.  相似文献

Information on available polystyrene calibration spheres is presented regarding the particle diameter, uncertainty in the size, and the width of the size distribution for particles in a size range between 20 and 100nm. The use of differential mobility analysis for measuring the single primary calibration standard in this size range, 100nm NIST Standard Reference Material®1963, is described along with the key factors in the uncertainty assessment. The issues of differences between international standards and traceability to the NIST Standard are presented. The lack of suitable polystyrene spheres in the 20–40nm size range will be discussed in terms of measurement uncertainty and width of the size distributions. Results on characterizing a new class of molecular particles known as dendrimers will be described and the possibilities of using these as size calibration standards for the size range from 3 to 15nm will be discussed.  相似文献

The crystallization kinetics of the high‐flow nylon 6 containing polyamidoamine (PAMAM) dendrimers units in nylon 6 matrix was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry. The Ozawa and Mo equations were used to describe the crystallization kinetics under nonisothermal condition. The values of Avrami exponent m and the cooling crystallization function F(T) were determined from the Ozawa plots, which showed bad linearity, and were divided into three sections depending on different cooling rates. The plots of the m and log F(T) values versus crystallization temperatures were obtained, which indicated that the actual crystallization mechanisms might change with the crystallization temperatures. The high‐flow nylon 6 has higher values of m and log F(T) than those of pure nylon 6, which implied that the high‐flow nylon 6 had more complicated crystallization mechanisms and slower crystallization rate than those of pure nylon 6. The good linearity of the Mo plots verified the success of this combined approach. The activation energies of the high‐flow nylon 6 ranged from 157 to 174 kJ/mol, which were determined by the Kissinger method. The ΔE values were lower than those of pure nylon 6, and the ΔE values were affected by both the generation and the content of PAMAM units in the nylon 6 matrix. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A review on developments of liquid membranes (LMs) in the field of gas and vapor separation of the last 16 years is presented. Liquid membrane configurations employing supports, i.e. immobilized, supported and contained liquid membranes are focussed and detailed information on the respective materials, i.e. supports (supplier, type, thickness, pore width, porosity, tortuosity), liquids and carriers, are presented together with their specific separation tasks. Performance of different LMs in terms of permeability and selectivity as well as stability (duration of testing, applied differential pressures) are compared and discussed. 用对甲苯磺酰氯对聚酰胺胺(PAMAM)树枝形聚合物进行了端基修饰,以第5代为例采用元素分析,IR和^1H NMR等方法对产物进行了表征,结果表明:以83%的较高产率得到了预期的产品,产品的官能化程度达到99%。新的壳层使其有不同于PAMAM的溶解性,显示出在含芳基有机溶剂感应方面的潜在应用。  相似文献
