cis-1,2,3,4,5,5-Hexafluorobicyclo[2.1.0]pentane and 1,2,4,5-tetrafluorobicyclo[2.1.0]pentane have been synthesized from hexafluorobenzene. The former hydrofluorocarbon, which exists entirely in the endo configuration, rearranges to cis-1,2,3,3,4,5-hexafluorocyclopentene below room temperature (Ea = 21.9 kcal/mol, log A = 13.4). The latter undergoes degenerate ring inversion with extraordinary ease (ΔG = 6.8 ± 0.2 kcal/mol at −55 °C). Density functional calculations indicate that significant bonding between the bridgehead carbons is retained in the ring inversion transition state. Analogous calculations predict for hexafluorobicyclo[1.1.0]butane a considerably lower barrier for ring inversion and more 1,3-bonding in the transition state.  相似文献

Treatment of Ru3(CO)12 with dpphSe2 (dpph = 1,6-bis(diphenylphosphino)hexane) in refluxing toluene in the presence of Me3NO afforded two new compounds, Ru3(CO)7(-CO)(3-Se)(-dpph) (1) and Ru3(CO)7(3-Se)2(-dpph) (2). A similar reaction of Ru3(CO)12 with dpppeSe2 (dpppe = 1,5-bis(diphenylphosphino)pentane) gave exclusively Ru3(CO)7(3-Se)2(-dpppe) (3). Treatment of Ru3(CO)12 with dpphS2 and dpppeS2 at 110°C in the presence of Me3NO afforded Ru3(CO)7(3-S)2(-dpph) (4) and Ru3(CO)7(3-S)2(-dpppe) (5), respectively. Reactions of Fe3(CO)12 with dpphSe2 and dpppeSe2, under identical conditions, afforded Fe3(CO)7(3-Se)2(-dpph) (6) and Fe3(CO)7(3-Se)2(-dpppe) (7), respectively. Compounds 1–7 were characterized spectroscopically and the molecular structures of compounds 1–4 were determined by single crystal X-ray crystallography. The core of 1 contains an equilateral triangle of ruthenium atoms with one capping selenium, one bridging dpph, one doubly bridging carbonyl and seven terminal carbonyl ligands. Complexes 2–4 have a square-pyramidal structure with two metal and two chalcogenide atoms alternating in the basal plane and the third metal atom at the apex of the pyramid, and belong to the family of well-known nido clusters with seven skeletal electron pairs.  相似文献

With the burgeoning interest in cage motifs for bioactive molecule discovery, and the recent disclosure of 1,4-cubane-dicarboxylic acid impact sensitivity, more research into the safety profiles of cage scaffolds is required. Therefore, the impact sensitivity and thermal decomposition behavior of judiciously selected starting materials and synthetic intermediates of cubane, bicyclo[1.1.1]pentane (BCP), and bicyclo[2.2.2]octane (BCO) were evaluated via hammer test and sealed cell differential scanning calorimetry, respectively. Iodo-substituted systems were found to be more impact sensitive, whereas hydroxymethyl substitution led to more rapid thermodecomposition. Cubane was more likely to be impact sensitive with these substituents, followed by BCP, whereas all BCOs were unresponsive. The majority of derivatives were placed substantially above Yoshida thresholds—a computational indicator of sensitivity.  相似文献

摘要:利用过渡金属镉(锌)盐与1,5-二(2-乙基咪唑)戊烷(BEIP)、5-羟基间苯二甲酸(5-OHH2IP)在水热条件下合成了配合物[Cd(BEIP)(Cl)2]n1)和[Zn(BEIP)(5-OHIP)]n2),并对其进行了元素分析、IR及X射线衍射法表征。晶体结构研究表明:配合物1属于正交晶系,Pca21空间群。配合物2属于单斜晶系,P21/n空间群,β=100.542(4)°。配合物1是由配体1,5-二(2-乙基咪唑)戊烷连接镉离子形成一维链状结构。而配合物2是由配体间苯二甲酸连接锌离子形成一维链状结构,该一维链通过1,5-二(2-乙基咪唑)戊烷连接成二维网络结构,进而通过氢键连接成三维超分子结构。此外,配合物12具有较高的稳定性和较好的荧光性能,配合物2对甲基橙染料有一定的降解作用。  相似文献

As a highly strained small molecule, [1.1.1]propellane has been widely used in various synthetic transformations owing to the exceptional reactivity of the central bond between the two bridgehead carbons. Utilizing strain-release approaches, the rapid development of strategies for the construction of bicyclo[1.1.1]pentane (BCP) and cyclobutane derivatives using [1.1.1]propellane as the starting material has been witnessed in the past few years. In this review, we highlight the most recent advances in this field. Accordingly, the reactivity of [1.1.1]propellane can be divided into three pathways, including radical, anionic and transition metal-catalyzed pathways under appropriate conditions.  相似文献

A systematic series of ortho‐methyl‐ and nitro‐substituted arylhydrazones 2–6 formed by Japp–Klingemann reaction between pentane‐2,4‐dione and the respective aryldiazonium salts have been synthesized and studied by X‐ray crystal structure analysis, with added quantum chemical calculations. The optimized molecular geometries based on DFT calculations, enabling determination of relevant rotational barriers, and the calculated bond and ring critical points, using the method of ‘atoms in molecules’, were found to correspond with the experimental data, involving specific molecular conformations and hydrogen‐bonded ring structure dependent on the ortho‐substitution, thus making possible reliable structural prediction of this compound class. A variety of 2-azabicyclo[2.1.0]pentanes were synthesized by the intramolecular nucleophilic substitution of cyclopropylmagnesium carbenoids with magnesium anilide. The 1-chlorocyclopropyl p-tolyl sulfoxides possessing an N-aryl-substituted aminomethyl group were prepared from dichloromethyl p-tolyl sulfoxide, α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid esters, and anilines in four steps. The deprotonation of the amine with t-BuMgCl followed by sulfoxide/magnesium exchange of the sulfoxides with i-PrMgCl led to the generation of the cyclopropylmagnesium carbenoids possessing a magnesium anilide moiety. Subsequent intramolecular nucleophilic substitution of the cyclopropylmagnesium carbenoids occurred in a 4-exo-tet manner to give the 2-azabicyclo[2.1.0]pentanes. The optically active 2-azabicyclo[2.1.0]pentane was synthesized using a p-tolylsulfinyl group as a chiral auxiliary.  相似文献

For the quantitative analysis of ‘compounds lacking authentic standards or surrogates’ (CLASS) in environmental media, we previously introduced an effective carbon number (ECN) approach to develop an empirical equation for the prediction of their response factor (RF). In this research, a series of laboratory experiments were carried out to benchmark the reliability of an ECN approach for sorbent tube/thermal desorption/gas chromatography (GC)/mass spectrometry (MS) applications. First, the ECN values were determined using external calibration data from 25 reference volatile organic compounds (VOCs) using two MS dectectors (quadrupole (Q) and time-of-flight (TOF)). Then, a certified standard mixture of 54 VOCs was analyzed by each system as a simulated unknown sample. The analytical bias, assessed in terms of percentage difference (PD) between the certified and ECN-predicted mass values, averaged 19.2 ± 16.1% (TOF-MS) and 28.2 ± 27.6% (Q-MS). The bias using a more simplified carbon number (CN)-based prediction increased considerably, yielding 53.4 ± 53.3% (TOF-MS) and 61.7 ± 81.3% (Q-MS). However, the bias obtained using the ECN-based prediction decreased significantly to yield average PD values of 9.84 ± 7.28% (TOF-MS) and 16.8 ± 8.35% (Q-MS), if the comparison was limited to 26 (out of 54) VOCs with CN ≥ 4 (i.e., 25 aromatics and hexachlorobutadiene).  相似文献

Herein, we present the synthesis of the bench-stable sodium bicyclo[1.1.1]pentanesulfinate (BCP-SO2Na) and its application in the synthesis of bicyclo[1.1.1]pentyl (BCP) sulfones and sulfonamides. The salt can be obtained in a four-step procedure from commercially available precursors in multigram scale without the need for column chromatography or crystallization. Sulfinates are known to be useful precursors in radical and nucleophilic reactions and are widely used in medicinal chemistry. This building block enables access to BCP sulfones and sulfonamides avoiding the volatile [1.1.1]propellane which is favorable for the extension of SAR studies. Further, BCP-SO2Na enables the synthesis of products that were not available with previous methods. A chlorination of BCP-SO2Na and subsequent reaction with a Grignard reagent provides a new route to BCP sulfoxides. Several products were analyzed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献
