Synthesis and some properties ofN-polynitromethyl derivatives of fused benzotriazoles

介绍了以环己酮为原料，通过肟化、贝克曼重排和水解开环等3步合成6-氨基己酸的过程，样品经过纯化后，通过1H NMR和13C NMR确证结构。本实验和有机合成课程结合紧密，内容覆盖肟化、重排、水解开环等基本操作，适合作为学生综合实验。     

Synthesis of 9-R1-10-R-1,8-Dioxodecahydroacridines and Dioximes Based on Them

3,3,6,6-Tetramethyl-9-R¹-10-R-1,8-dioxo-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10-decahydroacridines were synthesized through the intermediate -R-methylenebisenamino ketones by the condensation of 5,5-dimethyl-3-N-R-aminocyclohex-2-enones with aliphatic, aromatic, and furan aldehydes (2-propanol, phosphorus pentoxide). It was found that the degree of substitution of the heterocycle in decahydroacridinediones has an effect on the direction of their transformations during oximation.     

Monitoring the pH-Dependent Oximation of Methyl Ethyl Ketone and Benzaldehyde by in situ Fourier Transform IR Spectroscopy in a Heterogeneous Liquid–Liquid Two-Phase System

In situ Fourier transform IR spectroscopy was a useful tool in monitoring the pH-dependent and two-step oximation of methyl ethyl ketone and benzaldehyde in a liquid–liquid two-phase system, one phase of which was water. Carrying out the oximations at pH 8, the oximation was complete within 45 min and the corresponding carbonyl compound–hydroxylamine adduct (2) could be detected as an intermediate, but at pH 10, the corresponding oxime (3) was formed faster, practically without the appearance of the intermediate. At pH ～ 2.5 using methyl ethyl ketone, the protonated form of the corresponding oxime (3'a) developed gradually without the transient appearance of the intermediate (2). pH dependence of the 3a → 3'a and 3'a → 3a interconversions were studied in separate experiments.     

6-甲氧基-1,2,3,9-四氢-4H-咔唑-4-酮肟的一锅合成

报道了6-甲氧幕-1,2,3,9-四氢-4H-咔唑-4-酮肟(3b)的一锅合成法,将Fischer吲哚合成与肟化两步反应并为一步,可简化操作,提高收率.反应可以在弱碱性且温度温和的条件下一锅合成,是由于肟化使Fischer吲哚环合变得容易,羰基与肟基在互变异构方向上的差别是影响环合反应的关键因素.     

A remarkably simple α-oximation of ketones to 1,2-dione monooximes using the chlorotrimethylsilane-isoamyl nitrite combination

Ketones undergo α-oximation by NOCl formed in situ from Me₃SiCl and isoamyl nitrite, either in solution or under solvent-free conditions, to produce 1,2-dione monooximes in excellent yields. The oximation is regiospecific in appropriate cases.     

A novel approach to functionalization of allyl aglycon. Effective synthesis of selectively protected 2-aminoethyl lactoside, a common building block for the synthesis of carbohydrate chains of glycolipids

A novel approach to the functionalization of aglycon in allyl glycosides is described. The method comprises ozonolysis of the double bond in the allyl group, leading to the corresponding aldehyde, and subsequent transformation of the latter into the corresponding oxime, which is finally reduced to give the amine. The efficiency of this synthetic sequence (yield ∼90%) is exemplified by the transformation of two allyl lactoside derivatives into selectively protected 2-aminoethyl lactosides. The latter are convenient common building blocks for the synthesis of carbohydrate chains of glycolipids that have a lactose unit at the reducing end. Published inIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. 拟肾上腺素药盐酸甲氧明的绿色合成

以对苯二酚为原料经羟基的甲基化、傅克酰基化、肟化、肟基还原、酮胺氢化5步反应合成了盐酸甲氧明, 中间体和目标产物经核磁共振氢谱、红外光谱及元素分析仪确证了其化学结构, 总收率为37.6%. 与传统盐酸甲氧明工艺相比, 该工艺反应条件温和、简便、经济、产率高及对环境友好.
