3,3,6,6-Tetramethyl-9-R1-10-R-1,8-dioxo-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10-decahydroacridines were synthesized through the intermediate -R-methylenebisenamino ketones by the condensation of 5,5-dimethyl-3-N-R-aminocyclohex-2-enones with aliphatic, aromatic, and furan aldehydes (2-propanol, phosphorus pentoxide). In situ Fourier transform IR spectroscopy was a useful tool in monitoring the pH-dependent and two-step oximation of methyl ethyl ketone and benzaldehyde in a liquid–liquid two-phase system, one phase of which was water. Carrying out the oximations at pH 8, the oximation was complete within 45 min and the corresponding carbonyl compound–hydroxylamine adduct (2) could be detected as an intermediate, but at pH 10, the corresponding oxime (3) was formed faster, practically without the appearance of the intermediate. At pH ~ 2.5 using methyl ethyl ketone, the protonated form of the corresponding oxime (3'a) developed gradually without the transient appearance of the intermediate (2). pH dependence of the 3a → 3'a and 3'a → 3a interconversions were studied in separate experiments. 相似文献

Ketones undergo α-oximation by NOCl formed in situ from Me3SiCl and isoamyl nitrite, either in solution or under solvent-free conditions, to produce 1,2-dione monooximes in excellent yields. The oximation is regiospecific in appropriate cases. 相似文献

A novel approach to the functionalization of aglycon in allyl glycosides is described. The method comprises ozonolysis of
the double bond in the allyl group, leading to the corresponding aldehyde, and subsequent transformation of the latter into
the corresponding oxime, which is finally reduced to give the amine. The efficiency of this synthetic sequence (yield ∼90%)
is exemplified by the transformation of two allyl lactoside derivatives into selectively protected 2-aminoethyl lactosides.
The latter are convenient common building blocks for the synthesis of carbohydrate chains of glycolipids that have a lactose
unit at the reducing end.
