紫外探测技术足继激光和红外探测技术之后发展起来的又一军民两用光电探测技术,在普通探测器件光敏面镀上将紫外波段的光转化为可见波段的光的变频薄膜是增强光电探测器紫外响应的主要技术.文章用"旋涂法"制备成像器件紫外增强薄膜.在对紫外增强薄膜的量子转化效率进行测量分析的实验过程中用SP1702紫外可见光栅光谱仪对薄膜的紫外变频效率进行分析,在激发光源为260和280nm时变频薄膜的发射光谱在520和560 nm附近有较明显的波峰.结合光栅光谱仪的工作原理,对该现象进行了理论分析,得出520和560 nm附近的波峰并非变频薄膜受激发发出的光波,而是光谱测量中产生的倍波现象.从分离重级光谱的角度没计了光谱分级器,以消除光谱测鼍中倍波现象的影响.  相似文献

We have found that molecular shape and electrostatics, in conjunction with 2D structural fingerprints, are important variables in discriminating classes of active and inactive compounds. The subject of this paper is how to explore the selection of these variables and identify their relative importance in quantitative structure–activity relationships (QSAR) analysis. We show the use of these variables in a form of similarity searching with respect to a crystal structure of a known bound ligand. This analysis is then validated through k-fold cross-validation of enrichments via several common classifiers. Additionally, we show an effective methodology using the variables in hypothesis generation; namely, when the crystal structure of a bound ligand is not known.  相似文献

A systematic approach for expanding non-deformed harmonic oscillator basis states in terms of deformed ones, and vice versa, is presented. The objective is to provide analytical results for calculating these overlaps (transformation brackets) between deformed and non-deformed basis states in spherical, cylindrical, and Cartesian coordinates. These overlaps can be used for reducing the complexity of different research problems that employ three-dimensional harmonic oscillator basis states, for example as used in coherent state theory and the nuclear shell-model, especially within the context of ab initio symmetry-adapted no-core shell model.  相似文献

 Interferences (overlaps) occurring when lines of other elements affect either peak or background measurements can cause errors in quantitative WD analysis, but may be minimised by suitable choices of analysis conditions such as spectrometer crystal, background offsets, and pulse-height analyser settings. Computer spectrum-simulation is much more effective than reference to wavelength tables for investigating interferences. The ‘Virtual WDS’ simulation program developed by the present authors, hitherto applied only to ‘ordinary’ elements (Z ≥ 11), has been extended to light elements for which evaporated multilayers are used in place of true crystals. ‘Virtual WDS’ utilises experimentally recorded light-element K spectra and L and M spectra of heavier elements in the same wavelength range. It is impractical to record all high-order peaks, so computed line profiles are used, with widths and intensities interpolated from a limited set of observations. The relative positions of first and higher order peaks are affected significantly by the refractive index of the multilayer, requiring modification of the Bragg equation. Suppression of high orders by pulse-height analysis is less effective than for ‘normal’ wavelengths, owing to the breadth of the pulse-height distribution for low X-ray energies. Simulation using a Gaussian expression aids optimisation of threshold and window-width settings.  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to pattern the fluorine-doped tin oxide thin film deposited on the soda-lime glass substrates for touch screen applications by ultraviolet laser. The patterned film structures provide the electrical isolation and prevent the electrical contact from each region for various touch screens. The surface morphology, edge quality, three-dimensional topography, and profile of isolated lines and electrode structures after laser patterning were measured by a confocal laser scanning microscope. Moreover, a four-point probe instrument was used to measure the sheet resistance before and after laser patterning on film surfaces and also to discuss the electrical property at different laser spot overlaps. After laser patterning, a high overlapping area of laser spot was used to pattern the electrode layer on film surfaces that could obtain an excellent machined quality of edge profile. All sheet resistance values of film surfaces near the isolated line edge were larger than the original ones. Moreover, the sheet resistance values increased with increasing laser spot overlapping area.  相似文献

In laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS), plasma emission is extremely unstable because of many factors, such as the fluctuation of laser energy, inhomogeneity of sample surfaces, and variable distance between lens and samples. Therefore, the detection and correction of varying continuum background emission are not easily accomplished. The aim of this work is to present a method that can automatically estimate and correct varying continuum background emission, which is representative in laser-induced plasma. In this method, we first find all minima on a spectrum, and then deduct the unreasonable minima by a proper threshold. Finally, we use one or multiple polynomial functions through the minima left to approximate the continuum backgrounds. The validity of this method was evaluated by using several spectra with different complexities and wavelength ranges. We also applied this method to optimize the measurement time delays of detectors. In addition, for five aluminum alloy samples, we compared their elemental calibration cures between original spectra and background-corrected spectra. Experimental results proved that the method proposed in this paper can well estimate varying continuum backgrounds over a wide range of wavelengths.  相似文献

One-dimensional particle simulations have been conducted to study the interaction between a radio-frequency electrostatic wave and electrons with bouncing motion. It is shown that bounce resonance heating can occur at the first few harmonics of the bounce frequency (nωb,n=1,2,3,...). In the parameter regimes in which bounce resonance overlaps with Landau resonance, the higher harmonic bounce resonance may accelerate electrons at the velocity much lower than the wave phase velocity to Landau resonance region, enhancing Landau damping of the wave. Meanwhile, Landau resonance can increase the number of electrons in the lower harmonic bounce resonance region. Thus electrons can be efficiently heated. The result might be applicable for collisionless electron heating in low-temperature plasma discharges.  相似文献

We propose a method (algorithm) for calculation of the explicit formulas for evolution of the main and the residual overlaps. It allows us to confirm the Gardner-Derrida-Mottishaw second-step formula for the main overlap and to go beyond to the next steps. We discuss the dynamical status of the Amit-Gutfreund-Sompolinsky formula for the main overlap and some computersimulation results.  相似文献
