Manganese and iron complexes of Schiff bases derived from 6-formylkhellin were prepared and characterized. Complexes of o-phenylenediamine derivative (ligand (I)) are monomeric or dimeric whereas those of p-phenylenediamine derivative (ligand (II)) are polymeric. The complexes obtained are characterized by a lower magnetic moment values. The complexes also have different solvent of crystallization with different nature of interaction. The thermal behaviour of the ligands and their metal complexes was investigated by means of DTA, TG, IR and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy. Ligand (I) shows different thermal behaviour from that of ligands (II) and (III). The complexes of ligand (II) give abnormal oxides as a final product during their thermal decomposition. A novel and efficient method for the synthesis of substituted thiazepines and diazepines has been developed. A simple one-pot reaction of chalcones 1a–f with 1-amino-2-mercapto-5-phenyl-1,3,4-triazole and o-phenylenediamine in the presence of a catalytic amount of sodium acetate under microwave irradiation gave 2-(3,8-diphenyl-7,8-dihydro[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazepin-6-yl)phenoles 2a–f and 2-(2-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-1,5-benzodiazepin-4-yl)phenoles 3a–f, respectively. The structure of all the synthesized compounds was elucidated on the basis of elemental analysis, IR, 1H and 13C NMR, and mass spectral data.  相似文献

A simple and efficient one-pot synthesis of 1H-benzimidazole derivatives using thiamine hydrochloride (VB1) as the organocatalyst from o-phenylenediamine and aldehyde in dimethylformamide is described. Compared to classical reaction conditions, this new method consistently has the advantages of excellent yields, metal-ion-free procedure, and good recovery and reusablity of catalyst.  相似文献

FeCl3-doped polyaniline nanoparticles efficiently catalyze the synthesis of 2-substituted benzimidazoles by the reaction of aldehydes with o-phenylenediamine. Synthesis and characterization of the catalyst are described, and the obtained results confirms good dispersion of the FeCl3 on the polyaniline. Simple workup, mild reaction conditions, low cost, easy separation, and reusability of the catalyst are some advantages of this method.  相似文献

运用循环伏安法(CV)和原位紫外-可见光谱电化学法分别研究了邻氨基酚(OAP)和邻苯二胺(OPD)在1 mol/L HCl溶液中单独聚合及二者共聚的电化学过程。OAP和OPD单独聚合及二者共聚时呈现出的不同电化学行为表明OAP和OPD发生了共聚反应。原位紫外-可见光谱研究表明,在共聚过程中,OAP和OPD首先分别被氧化生成其相应的阳离子自由基,然后,OAP和OPD的阳离子自由基与溶液中的OPD和OAP单体或其阳离子自由基发生交互反应生成类苯胺和类吩嗪结构的二聚物/低聚物中间体,生成的中间体继续发生耦合反应生成OAP和OPD的共聚物,呈现出两个波长分别位于477 nm和419 nm处的吸收峰。并用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)表征了共聚物的生成。进一步研究发现,OAP和OPD的共聚过程与溶液中OAP和OPD单体的浓度比有关。  相似文献

利用原位聚合原位还原复合法制备了聚邻苯二胺(PoPD)/铂(Pt)复合电极。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、x射线能谱(XRD)、傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、和交流阻抗(EIS)对其形貌、组成元素和结构等进行了表征。研究了Poly(O-Phenylenediamine)/Platinum电极对甲醇的电催化行为,发现该复合电极对甲醇有良好的电催化性能。与裸铂电极相比,氧化电流高出约4.5倍。通过循环伏安法和计时电量法测定了修饰电极在甲醇溶液中的动力学参数,测得电子转移数为1,扩散系数为8.5687×10-7㎝2/s。  相似文献

 A simple and versatile method for the synthesis of 1,5-benzodiazepines from o-phenylenediamine and ketones in the presence of solvents and under solvent-free conditions that used an amorphous mesoporous iron aluminophosphate as catalyst was developed. High yields with excellent selectivity were obtained with a wide variety of ketones under mild reaction conditions. The catalyst had the advantages of ease of preparation, ease of handling, simple recovery, reusability, non toxicity, and being inexpensive.  相似文献

In this article, a zirconia-based nano-catalyst (Nano-ZrO2), with intermolecular C-N bond formation for the synthesis of various benzimidazole-fused heterocycles in a concise method is reported. The robustness of this reaction is demonstrated by the synthesis of a series of benzimidazole drugs in a one-pot method. All synthesized materials were characterized using 1HNMR, 13CNMR, and LC-MS spectroscopy as well as microanalysis data. Furthermore, the synthesis of nano-ZrO2 was processed using a standard hydrothermal technique in pure form. The crystal structure of nano-ZrO2 and phase purity were studied, and the crystallite size was calculated from XRD analysis using the Debye–Scherrer equation. Furthermore, the antimicrobial activity of the synthesized benzimidazole drugs was evaluated in terms of Gram-positive, Gram-negative, and antifungal activity, and the results were satisfactory.  相似文献

基于铜催化邻苯二胺氧化反应,以激光热透镜光谱法测定微量铜,讨论了测定条件的影响。结果表明,该方法测定灵敏度高,在0.2-1.2μg/L铜(Ⅱ)浓度范围内呈线性关系,重现性及回收率实验均取得满意的结果。  相似文献

为使人们更好地控制和调节硒的摄入量,用紫外分光光度法测定了大米中的硒含量。样品通过混酸消化,将有机硒转化成无机硒,酸性条件下,Se(Ⅳ)与邻苯二胺反应,产物在335nm有最大吸收峰。测定结果表明,天津小站米、东北米、丝苗米、泰国香米、富硒米的有机硒含量分别为:0.041、0.046、0.035、0.034、2.021μg/g,有机硒含量占总硒含量的比例分别是89.13%、82.14%、87.50%、80.95%、98.92%。富硒米硒含量及有机硒的比例明显高于其它种类的米。  相似文献
