合成了表面具有自由羧基的硫化镉纳米团簇,以乙基-(3-二甲基丙基)碳二 亚胺盐酸盐为偶联活化剂,将其标记于人工合成的5'端氨基修饰的寡聚核苷酸片段 上,制备成CdS纳米团簇标记DNA探针,该寡聚核苷酸片段与大肠杆菌肠毒素基因相 关。在一定的条件下,使基与固定晨玻碳电极表面的待测DNA序列进行杂交反应, 利用阳极溶出示差脉冲伏安法(ASDPV)间接测定Cd的量,实现对互补、非互补 DNA片段的识别和电化学检测,从而对大肠杆菌肠毒素基因片段识别和检测。  相似文献

One of the most exciting frontiers in materials chemistry in recent years is the optoelectronics of quantum-confined semiconductor nanoclusters. These nanoclusters are 10–200 A in diameter, and in this size regime exhibit extra-ordinarily interesting quantum mechanical effects. Cadmium sulfide is a popular semiconductor for these studies, and reviewed here is the synthesis and charac-terization of such CdS nanoclusters, with emphasis on how chemical control of the surface by thiolates influences product formation and properties. Also described are the syntheses and structures of true molecular clusters of CdS capped with thiolate ligands.  相似文献

Polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS)-reinforced epoxy nanocomposites were prepared by reacting commercially available diglycidyl ether of bisphenol-A (DGEBA) and tetraglycidyl diamino diphenyl methane (TGDDM) epoxy resins with 1,1-bis(3-methyl-4-glycidyloxyphenyl)cyclohexane (Cy-Ep) separately and reinforced with POSS nanocluster. POSS (OAPS)-reinforced hybrid Cy-Ep-epoxy resin castings were characterized for their mechanical and morphological properties. The data obtained from mechanical studies indicated that the incorporation of nano OAPS into Cy-Ep modified hybrid systems results in improved stability. Among the epoxy systems studied, the TGDDM-based hybrid epoxy system exhibited higher values of tensile and flexural properties than that of the DGEBA hybrid epoxy system, whereas the impact strength of the DGEBA system was higher than that of the TGDDM system. The dispersion of POSS was confirmed by scanning electron microscopy and visual observation studies.  相似文献

Creation and application of noble metal nanoclusters have received continuous attention. By integrating enzyme activity and fluorescence for potential applications, enzyme-capped metal clusters are more desirable. This work demonstrated a glucose oxidase (an enzyme for glucose)-functionalized gold cluster as probe for glucose. Under physiological conditions, such bioconjugate was successfully prepared by an etching reaction, where tetrakis (hydroxylmethyl) phosphonium-protected gold nanoparticle and thioctic acid-modified glucose oxidase were used as precursor and etchant, respectively. These bioconjugates showed unique fluorescence spectra (λem max = 650 nm, λex max = 507 nm) with an acceptable quantum yield (ca. 7%). Moreover, the conjugated glucose oxidase remained active and catalyzed reaction of glucose and dissolved O2 to produce H2O2, which quenched quantitatively the fluorescence of gold clusters and laid a foundation of glucose detection. A linear range of 2.0 × 10−6–140 × 10−6 M and a detection limit of 0.7 × 10−6 M (S/N = 3) were obtained. Also, another horseradish peroxidase/gold cluster bioconjugate was produced by such general synthesis method. Such enzyme/metal cluster bioconjugates represented a promising class of biosensors for biologically important targets in organelles or cells.  相似文献

研究了奎宁作手性修饰剂修饰的负载型纳米铑簇合物催化剂 (Rh/ PVP-γ-Al2 O3)催化丙酮酸乙酯不对称氢化反应 ,在该反应中手性修饰剂奎宁不仅具有手性诱导作用 ,而且还有明显加速反应的作用 ;载体γ-Al2 O3在促进提高催化剂活性和对映选择性方面也有很重要的影响 .在优化的反应条件 [2 0℃ ,7.0 MPaH2 ,c(奎宁 ) =3 .86× 1 0 - 3mol/ L,四氢呋喃作溶剂 ]下 ,丙酮酸乙酯不对称加氢的转化频率 (TOF)为871 h- 1 ,对映选择性达到了 5 4.7% ;反应温度降低到 3℃时 ,对映选择性达到 5 9.2 % .  相似文献

具有独特的电子和几何结构,原子精确控制的金纳米簇(<2 nm)成为一种新的具有广泛研究和应用前景的纳米催化剂.负载在氧化物表面的金纳米簇通常会在高于300°C时聚集或长大.人们已经通过多种方法成功制备了对于非原子精确控制的热稳定性的金纳米颗粒.主要包括利用金属与载体强相互作用,用可还原的金属氧化物来稳定金纳米颗粒;利用物理阻隔作用使用高比表面积的载体或制备核壳、纳米粒子镶嵌在载体中来稳定金纳米颗粒.对于原子精确控制的金纳米簇,由于其外边包覆着一层配体,将其负载到载体上时要保证配体不被破坏才能保证金纳米簇的结构完整性,负载后通常要除去配体才能使催化活性位曝露出来.目前,高热稳定性(>300°C)的金纳米簇的制备方法还较少.由于金与 SiO2相互作用较弱,将超小(<2 nm)的金纳米粒子包覆于其中非常困难.因此,本文首先制备了1.3 nm的含有硅酯键的巯基配体(3-巯丙基三甲氧基硅烷)保护的 Au25[SC3H6Si(OCH3)3]18,然后将其在刚成核的 SiO2表面与正硅酸四乙酯共水解,得到了既保留了 Au25的完整结构,又避免了 Au25之间相互水解的 Au25(SC3H6SiO3)18@SiO2纳米材料.漫反射固体紫外-可见光谱证明了 Au25在包覆完成后结构的完整性.透射电镜结果表明, Au25纳米簇焙烧至400°C未发生明显聚集长大.对硝基苯酚还原实验结果表明,不同温度处理后的 Au25@SiO2配体在200°C开始脱除,温度高于传统的负载型 Au25催化剂,表明 Au25是在 SiO2内部而不是在表面,从而使配体不易离去.400°C处理后的 Au25@SiO2对4-硝基苯酚还原表现出最高的反应活性,表明该纳米簇在400°C处理后没有发生明显聚集长大.  相似文献

利用分子动力学模拟方法,研究了CuN(N=80,140,216,312,408,500,628和736)纳米团簇在热化和冷凝过程中结构和热力学性质的变化,模型采用的是Johnson的EAM作用势.模拟结果表明:铜团簇的熔点和凝固点随其尺寸线性增加,并逐渐向大块晶体靠拢;所有团簇的凝固点都低于熔点,出现凝固过程中的滞后现象;在熔点和凝固点附近,团簇都具有负热容特性,负热容是由相变前后团簇内部结构突变引起的.  相似文献

Self‐assembly of metal nanoclusters into 3D ordered superstructures and the exploration of their electrochemical properties are highly significant for fundamental research and practical application. In this study, atomically precise Ag6(NALC)5 nanoclusters are successfully synthesized and their structure is determined carefully. It is interesting that the prepared Ag6(NALC)5 nanoclusters can be self‐assembled into ultrafine nanowires, long ribbons, and finally 3D porous network in the mixed solution of water and ethanol, which can be attributed to the solvent polarity, static electricity interaction between ligands, and the possible Van der Waals attractions. Such assembly phenomenon lays a foundation for the future fabrication of silver clusters‐based nanodevices. In addition, the synthesized silver nanoclusters can be used for electrochemical sensing of glucose with high detection sensitivity, selectivity, and low limit of detection. This work is expected to be helpful for the synthesis of atomically precise metal nanoclusters and their applications in fabrication of nanodevices for chemical sensors.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The average magnetic moment per atom of Mn13 cluster is expected to be enhanced by doping or coating with a shell. Several ternary core–shell icosahedral clusters TM@Mn12@Au20 were constructed by combining substituting the central Mn with VIII elements (Fe, Co, Ni, Ru, Rh, Pd and Pt) and coating with a icosahedral Au20 shell, and systematically studied by using the first-principles density functional method. Compared to Mn13, Fe@Mn12@Au20 cluster shows a giant enhancement on total magnetic moment (52?µB) which can be greatly attributed to the ferromagnetic coupling between spin moments of atoms. Coating with Au20 shell enlarged the average distances of TM-Mn and Mn-Mn and is a useful way to change the magnetic coupling style. By analysis of density of states and electron localisation functional, we can conclude that the weak hybridisation between Fe and Mn in Fe@Mn12@Au20 is propitious to maintain their original direction of spin moments of atoms and then form ferromagnetic coupling.  相似文献
