Salts of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole

Reaction of 2,5-dimercapto-1,3,4-thiadiazole with ammonia or pyridine gives monoammonium or monopyridinium slats, and the reaction with hydrazine hydrate gives both mono- and dihydrazine salts, which was confirmed by alkylation of the salts obtained.
