利用臭氧和一氧化氮发生快速反应生成二氧化氮的原理,设计气相滴定反应系统,通过对参加反应的一氧化氮标准气体浓度变化的准确测定,计算出组分臭氧混合气体的浓度。利用设计的气相滴定系统(GPT),对基于紫外分光原理的臭氧测量标准装置SRP41产生的空气中臭氧标准气体进行了比对及相互验证。比对结果表明:二者偏差不大于2.6%,均在分析不确定度范围内等效。这为臭氧测量计量溯源问题提供了解决方案。  相似文献

研制波长校准用低压石英汞灯电源,用于驱动汞灯起辉并维持稳态发光。电路由EMI滤波电路、桥式整流电路、LCC半桥谐振逆变电路、控制电路和保护电路5部分组成。采用系统建模与仿真验证电路的可行性并计算电路参数理论值,利用示波器和功率表验证电源输出参数,功率输出稳定性不大于0.03 W。根据紫外可见近红外分光光度计国防最高计量标准对研制的电源驱动汞灯的工作效果进行评价。结果表明,汞灯能够输出系列特征谱线,谱线相对强度稳定性不大于5.16%;汞灯工作3 h后,灯管外壳表面温度为43℃。该驱动电源的性能参数满足JJG112–2015《低压石英汞灯波长标准器检定规程》的要求。  相似文献

A digital autocollimator of resolution 0.1 µrad (0.02 arcsec) serves as a handy correction tool for calibrating the angular uncertainty during angular and lateral movements of gratings inside a monochromator chamber under ultra‐high vacuum. The photon energy dispersed from the extreme ultraviolet (XUV) to the soft X‐ray region of the synchrotron beamline at the Taiwan Light Source was monitored using molecular ionization spectra at high resolution as energy references that correlate with the fine angular steps during grating rotation. The angular resolution of the scanning mechanism was <0.3 µrad, which results in an energy shift of 80 meV at 867 eV. The angular uncertainties caused by the lateral movement during a grating exchange were decreased from 2.2 µrad to 0.1 µrad after correction. The proposed method provides a simple solution for on‐site beamline diagnostics of highly precise multi‐axis optical manipulating instruments at synchrotron facilities and in‐house laboratories.  相似文献

A procedure of x-ray spectroscopic fluorescence determination of the composition of chalcogenide glasses As x S100–x is developed, and its metrological characteristics are established. The magnitude of relative standard deviation in determining the content of the components does not exceed 0.003, and the results of x-ray spectroscopic fluorescence analysis (RSFA) agree well with the data of a gravimetric method.  相似文献

 The Centro Nacional de Metrología (CENAM) has developed the MESURA Interinstitutional Network in collaboration with other research and development institutes in Mexico. This network has the aim of providing integral metrological services to industry throughout the country, with uniform standards of quality and consistency. The fulfillment of this aim has been possible because of a number of factors that have made the MESURA Program an attractor for the integration of metrological services. Among these factors are: an unswerving focus on the customer needs, an integral and logical problem solving approach to consultancy, adequate modular classification of the consultants functions, clear-cut definition of the functions of each member of interdisciplinary groups, and a uniform code of communication among the members of the network. The next stage of the strategy is to strengthen the link between metrology and its industrial applications forming a new type of consultant with the technical experts from R&D Centers. These will be consultants with general knowledge and experience in metrology, specialized in certain type of industrial processes and products. The strategy will be initiated in the year 2000 and with it the MESURA Network is expected to make a strong contribution to fostering the optimum use of metrology in industry and to act as a channel for the integration of other technologies in which the participating Centers have expertise.  相似文献

To improve the reduction of metrological data, that are typically grouped in series and cannot be considered as replicated data, a modelling procedure has been obtained by adding to the model representing the physical behaviour, common to all data, a specific term for each series. Such a procedure combines both the advantages of preserving the individuality of each series and of improving the variance estimate which arises from fitting the overall data. A non-parametric bootstrap method for the error analysis has been developed, which does not imply the assumption of the Normal distribution in the least squares estimation. Two examples of application of the method to thermodynamic data series are reported.  相似文献

建立在线式红外分光测油仪的校准方法。在线式红外分光测油仪的校准主要包括绝缘电阻、示值误差、重复性、漂移和最小检出浓度等项目。通过分析实验数据,测量范围不大于10 mg/L时,示值误差不超过±0.8 mg/L;测量范围大于10 mg/L时,示值相对误差不超过±8%;重复性不大于2%;零点漂移不超过±0.5 mg/L,示值漂移不超过±5%;最小检出浓度不大于0.5 mg/L,仪器的计量性能正常。据此对影响仪器性能的各个参数进行全面评价,确认各项指标控制在合理范围内。该校准方法切实可行,可用于在线式红外分光测油仪的校准。  相似文献
