制备无机固体材料大都采用高温固相反应,1971年Dislich报导了用溶胶-凝胶法制备多组份固体材料。近年来,有报导利用此法研制玻璃、玻璃陶瓷和陶瓷。我们在过去工作的基础上,合成了SrO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2:Eu~(3 ),Bi~(3 )发光体,研究了从凝胶至发光晶体的转变过程、Eu~(3 )和Bi~(3 )在SrO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2基质中的发光性质以及Bi~(3 )对 EU~(3 )的能量传递。  相似文献

The influence of atmospheric passivation on the electro- and photoluminescent properties of ZnS powders doped with In and/or CuCl is investigated. The processes proceeding in the material during thermal doping with In and/or CuCl as well as participation of oxygen in forming the electro- and photoluminescent radiation centers are discussed. The possibility of creating electro- and photoluminophors based on ZnS that have a continuous spectrum in the visible range with the same spectral density is shown. An electroluminophor based on ZnS:In,Cu,Cl that emits radiation with practically the same spectral density in the 550–750-nm range has been created as well as a photoluminophor based on ZnS:In that emits similarly within the range 500 < < 700 nm.__________Translated from Zhurnal Prikladnoi Spektroskopii, Vol. 72, No. 1, pp. 90–93, January–February, 2005.  相似文献

A review of the works concerned with investigation of the spectroscopic and kinetic properties of the emission of luminescent materials based on phosphate compounds of uranyl with rareearth elements is presented. The characteristic features of electron excitation energy transfer from UO2 2+ to Ln3+ at an abnormally high (from the viewpoint of concentration quenching) concentration of active ions in phosphate matrices are considered.  相似文献

设计合成了一个以四苯乙烯为核心,四端连接长烷基链的咔唑基四苯乙烯衍生物(TPECz),该化合物具有典型的聚集诱导发光(AIE)特性.紫外光谱(UV-Vis)、荧光光谱(PL)、热重(TG)和示差扫描量热(DSC)研究表明,该化合物属于深蓝光材料、具有较好的热稳定性,并且对金属Fe3+具有很好的识别作用,有望用于金属离子检测;同时,该化合物外围的咔唑基团具有电化学活性,采用电化学聚合方法可制备其聚合物交联荧光薄膜,扫描电镜(SEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)研究表明,该荧光薄膜表面平整,有望用于制备有机电致发光器件(OLED),可见该化合物是一种多功能材料.  相似文献

改变分子化学结构和调控分子结构聚集态行为从而影响或改变材料的化学和物理性质, 是开发新型高效有机光电功能材料的重要手段. 在共轭有机分子外缘引入烷基链一般是为了改进材料溶解性能, 但近来的一些研究表明, 烷基链长对一些共轭有机小分子固态聚集行为和光电性质具有重要影响, 烷基链扮演着显著调控材料光电性质的“功能基团”作用. 本文以聚集诱导发光(aggregation-induced emission, AIE)/聚集强化荧光(aggregation enhanced emission, AEE)发射共轭有机小分子为重点, 对近年来有关烷基链长对共轭有机分子聚集形态和光电性质影响的一些典型事例进行评述, 旨在使人们在进行共轭有机分子设计合成及其结构与性能关系研究中能够关注烷基链的因素, 使烷基链变化作为功能导向晶态共轭有机材料设计合成及其可控制备的一种手段.  相似文献

This paper analyzes the possibilities of obtaining induced radiation in singlelayer organic electroluminescent structures on the basis of the proposed model of luminophor molecule excitation by hot electrons emitted from the cathode as a result of the tunnel effect. Numerical calculations of the kinetic, spectral, and energy characteristics of radiation in the regime of singlepass superluminescence and in the presence of positive feedback have been made. It has been concluded that, in principle, it is possible to obtain in such systems induced radiation at actually attainable values of the applied electricfield strength, and the conditions for this have been analyzed.  相似文献

Based on the investigation of the spectra of two-photon excited luminescence of powder zinc sulfide electroluminophors, their electroluminescence spectra measured under different conditions at different stages of degradation, and also the data known from the literature dealing with the study of the microstructure of ZnS:Cu crystals, a conclusion has been drawn that the centers of green and blue luminescence are nonuniformly distributed over the luminophor grains. It is presumed that close by the surface of the grains, near the second phase–zinc–sulfide interface (the regions of energy barriers responsible for impact multiplication of charge carriers in prebreakdown electroluminescence) the centers of green luminescence predominate, while the blue luminescence centers are located at the periphery of the barriers, in deeper regions of the crystals.  相似文献
