氦原子与非对称替代氢分子碰撞(E=0.3eV)角分布计算

用密耦方法计算了非对称同位素替代分子与氦原子碰撞(He-HD,HT,DT)转动激发,当入射能量E=0.3 eV时,得到了上述碰撞体系的微分散射截面或角分布.基于上述理论计算,讨论了原子与双原子分子碰撞的同位素效应.     

On-line cysteine modification for protein analysis: new probes for electrochemical tagging nanospray mass spectrometry

A series of electrogenerated selective electrophiles based on substituted benzoquinones has been characterized as tags for l-cysteine and cysteine residues in proteins. The electrophiles are generated electrochemically from the corresponding hydroquinones. It is shown from mass spectrometry analysis that the electrogenerated benzoquinone can tag the biomolecules. The rate constants pertaining to the addition of l-cysteine onto the electrogenerated benzoquinones have been determined using electrochemical techniques. The substitution patterns have been unraveled leading to the assessment of site-specific rate constants. It is shown that the rate constants are primarily dependent on the electronic nature of the substituents as expressed by the Hammett substitution constant. The apparent tagging yields observed for l-cysteine in nanospray mass spectrometry experiments do not correspond to the yields expected from the electrochemical study, as the ionisation efficiencies are highly dependent on the tag. Finally, the on-line tagging has been tested using β-lactoglobulin A and myoglobin. Based on these results, it is concluded that the tagging reaction is selective towards cysteine when it takes place in the nanospray interface. The results show that the methodology presented can be used for a rapid characterization and identification of reactive sites in biomolecules.

17N+197Au反应中碎片与中子的符合测量

在3?3?.4MeV/u ¹⁷N束轰击¹⁹⁷Au靶产生的反应中,利用放置于不同角度组合的17个中子探测器(4°—83°)和14个半导体望远镜(2.3°—9.0°)对反应产物碎片与中子进行了符合测量.经对所得实验角分布积分得到Z=3—6元素的同位素产额分布.在参加者-旁观者模型框架下,采用¹⁷N原子核内部的不同密度分布计算了同位素产额分布并与实验数据做比较.

TIMING OF COLLISION BETWEEN THE NORTH AND SOUTH CHINA BLOCKS——THE Sm-Nd ISOTOPIC AGE EVIDENCE

Sm-Nd isotopic ages for C-type eclogite (243.9±5.6 Ma) and mafic and ultramafic rocks(230.6±30.7 Ma and 402.6±17.4 Ma) from the Qinling-Dabieshan orogenic belt are reported.These ages suggest that at the early Triassic, the North and South China Blocks have beenunited along the Qinling-Dabieshan collision zone, and before the final collision, a se-ries of ophiolite obductions took place successively away from the continental marginduring the Paleozoic.     

A novel technique to specifically analyze the secretome of cells and tissues

The secretome of cells and tissues may reflect a broad variety of pathological conditions and thus represents a rich source of biomarkers. The identity of secreted proteins, usually isolated from cell supernatants or body fluids, is hardly accessible by direct proteome analysis, because these proteins are often masked by high amounts of proteins actually not secreted by the investigated cells. Here, we present a novel method for the specific detection of proteins secreted by human tissue specimen as well as cultured cells and chose liver as a model. The method is based on the metabolic labelling of proteins synthesized during a limited incubation period. Then, the cell supernatant is filtered, precipitated, and subjected to two-dimensional gel electrophoresis. Whereas fluorography detected a large number of proteins derived from residual plasma and dead cells, the autoradiographs selectively displayed genuinely secreted proteins. We demonstrate the feasibility of this approach by means of the secretomes of the hepatocellular carcinoma-derived cell line HepG2 and human liver slices. The selective identification of cell- and tissue-specific protein secretion profiles may help to identify novel sets of biomarkers for wide clinical applications.     

用质谱技术对钾、钙同位素体系特征参数测定的初探

报道了用FinniganMAT 2 62质谱技术和同位素稀释法测定了光谱纯CaO和国际二级标准Tahiti(CaCO3)的同位素40 Ca 42 Ca比值以及后者的40 Ca含量 ,RSD分别为 0 .0 2 %和 0 .1 %。对国家钾标样的测定表明 :39K、40 K和41 K同位素丰度分别为 0 .93 2 60± 0 .0 0 1 2、0 0 0 0 1 1 2 0± 0 .0 0 0 0 1 2 9和 0 .0 672 86± 0 .0 0 0 1 2 5。其中39K含量为 0 .1 2 1 72± 0 .0 0 0 2 9,与标准值在误差范围内一致。实验测定结果为在我国开展40 K 40 Ca同位素体系的定年和环境的示踪研究打下了基础     

Ce0.6Zr0.35Y0.05O2和Pr0.6Zr0.35Y0.05O2催化剂表面上CO氧化和18O-16O交换反应的研究

测定了在Ce0.6Zr0.4O2,Ce0.6Zr0.35Y0.05O2,Pr0.6Zr0.4O2和Pr0.6Zr0.35Y0.05O2 (分别表示为CZ,CYZ,PZ和PYZ)样品表面上的CO氧化反应和18O-16O 同位素交换反应.结果表明: 在CZ和PZ系列固熔中掺杂Y3 离子可以改善晶格氧的迁移速度;PZ和PZY的晶格氧比CZ 和CZY 的晶格氧具有更高的氧化反应活性.其原因是将Y3 掺杂到Ce0.6Zr0.4O2 或Pr0.6Zr0.4O2晶格中,增加了样品的氧空位浓度,从而提高了晶格氧的迁移性质,而PrOx比CeO2具有更低温度的氧化还原性质,因此PZ和PZY的晶格氧比CZ 和CZY 的晶格氧具有更高的氧化反应活性.     

用脉冲D2反应研究CeO2在Co-CeO2/SiO2费托合成催化剂中的促进作用机理

 采用脉冲D2反应研究了CeO2在Co-CeO2/SiO2费托合成催化剂中的作用机理. 通过比较在Co-CeO2/SiO2和Co/SiO2催化剂上的脉冲D2反应实验结果发现, CeO2可以提高载体表面 Si-OH 的H-D同位素交换活性和 Si-OH 中H参与CO加氢反应的活性; CeO2不仅增加了催化剂表面活性碳物种的总量,而且活性碳物种以链增长单体-CH2-为主,因而有利于增加费托合成反应速率和链增长几率; CeO2的加入明显提高了催化剂表面碳原子的加氢反应速率,从而减少了碳沉积.
