合成了螺［异苯并呋喃－１（３Ｈ），９＇－（９Ｈ）－２＇－Ｎ，Ｎ－二苄胺基－６＇－二乙胺基占吨］－酮－３，Ｃ＿（３７）Ｈ＿（３４）Ｎ＿２Ｏ＿３，单斜晶系，空间群Ｃｃ，晶体学参数为ａ＝１６．８２６（４），ｂ＝１０．６４８（４），ｃ＝１７．６１８（７），β＝９２．２５（２）°，Ｖ＝３１５４（２），Ｚ＝４，Ｍ＿ｒ＝５６６．７，Ｄ＿ｘ＝１．１９ｇ／ｃｍ３，Ｆ（０００）＝１２００。结构由直接法解出，偏离因子Ｒ＝０．０８０。分子由占吨和异苯并呋喃两部分组成Ｙ形结构，占吨部分相连的苄基的两个苯环位于占吨部分的两侧。     

Practical synthesis of new functionalized tetraphenylenes

The practical synthesis procedure of substituted tetraphenylene derivatives involving the synthesis of a precursor for 4, 7-dunethoxyisobenzofuran and Diets-Alder addition of 4, 7-dimethoxyisobenzofuran generated in situ to 5, 6, 11,12-te-tradehydrodibenzo[a,e]cyclooctene, followed by a low valent titanium mediated deoxygenation to give 1,4, 11, 14-tetra-methoxy-dibenzo[b, n] tetraphenylene, which can be further demethyiated to the corresponding phenolic compound, which was acetylated to afford 1,4,11,14-tetraacetoxy-dibenzo-[ b, n] tetraphenylene.     

Pestacin: a 1,3-dihydro isobenzofuran from Pestalotiopsis microspora possessing antioxidant and antimycotic activities

Pestalotiopsis microspora, an endophytic fungus native to the rainforest of Papua New Guinea, produces a 1,3-dihydro isobenzofuran. This product, pestacin, is 1,5,7-trisubstituted and exhibits moderate antifungal properties and antioxidant activity 11 times greater than the vitamin E derivative trolox. Antioxidant activity is proposed to arise primarily via cleavage of an unusually reactive C-H bond and, to a lesser extent, through O-H abstraction. Isolation of pestacin was achieved by extraction of culture fluid with methylene chloride followed by silica gel chromatography. Structure was established by X-ray diffraction and ¹³C and ¹H NMR. The X-ray data demonstrate that pestacin occurs naturally as a racemic mixture. A mechanism for post-biosynthetic racemization is proposed.     

Oxidative cleavage of 1,3-diaryl/(heteroaryl)benzo[c]furans into 1,2-diaroyl/(heteroaroyl)benzenes using selenium dioxide

Reaction of 1,3-disubstituted isobenzofurans (IBFs) with selenium dioxide in tetrahydrofuran (THF) at room temperature led to the formation of 1,2-diaroyl/(heteroaroyl)benzenes in good to excellent yields.     

The Alkylidenphthalan–1-Alkylisobenzofuran Equilibrium: A Computational Study

Semiempirical (AM1, PM3) and density functional theoretical studies (B3LYP/6-31G*) are reported for the tautomerism of 2-methylidene-2,5-dihydrofurans (3a–e) and the corresponding 2-methylfurans (4a–e) and of benzannulated derivatives (5a–e, 6a–e, 7–14).

Efficient and Chemoselective Methods for the Synthesis of Some Isobenzofuran and Spiro[isobenzofuran‐1,2′‐pyrrole] Derivatives

An efficient and practical one‐pot procedure for the direct chemoselective synthesis of isobenzofuran and spiro[isobenzofuran‐1,2′‐pyrrole] derivatives is developed via oxidative cleavage of 3a,8b‐dihydroxyindeno[1,2‐b]pyrrol‐4‐ones with Pb(OAc)₄ at room temperature.
